Investment party in a private location in Singapore -

"Why don't you go get us some drinks?" I nudged Bucky. He smiled and leaned in, his hand was on my waist. "Sure thing, babe." He whispered and kissed my cheek. But I could tell he was frustrated with me, oh well, whatever.

I watched Bucky disappear through the crowd. I turned to our target and gave him a smile.

"Why don't we go somewhere more..."

"Private?" He answered for me and over comms, I heard Steve make a weird groan.

"This guy is so nasty, please I can't listen to this much longer." He said and I mentally rolled my eyes.

"Yes, your room, perhaps?" I offered and he held out his arm for me.

I grabbed it and we started walking to the elevator. That's until I felt someone's hand on my waist and I turned to see Bucky.

"Honey, planning on leaving me?" He asked and I cringed. I'm going to kill Bucky, he just ruined my plan.

I was so close to getting private information out of him until he ruined it!

The target, Darwin Luther, was supposedly running a trafficking chain of enhanced humans and Bucky and I or, Mr. and Mrs. Marvel... We were looking to buy.

Bucky and I were partners. We went on a lot of missions together and every minute we spend together I find one more thing that annoys me.

Luther was getting a call so took out his phone. I turned to Bucky and leaned in close.

"I can't believe you." I whispered and he rolled his eyes.

"I don't want you to be alone, we were both sent here for a reason!" He whispered and looked behind me.

Luther had hung up the phone. I turned around and leaned on Bucky.

He was rubbing circles on my waist, "I'm afraid we'll have to postpone the signing, I need to go handle a problem." He said and walked out of the elevator.

"I hate you." I mumbled and Bucky rested his chin on my head and wrapped his arms around me.

"No you don't," he said and kissed my head. I pulled out of his grip and rolled my eyes at him.

"Let's just go back to the hotel." I said and he nodded.

"Sure doll." He smiled and another couple walked into the elevator and they were making out heavily.

"Why don't we give that a try?" Bucky whispered in my ear. I ignored him. "I need to punch something, and if you don't shut up it'll be you." I said

"I'm going to go, be safe." Steve said before ending the call. I honestly forgot he was still on the line.

Bucky and I walked outside to our limo. Someone let out a whimper and it drew my attention, Bucky and I walked down an alley and there was an asshole mugging some girl.

"I got this." I said and Bucky stepped back, letting me at him. While he tried running away I punched him in the face. The lady grabbed her bag and thanked me.

"I told you I needed to punch something." I smirked and he laughed.

"I'm just glad it wasn't me." He said. We walked to the limo and drove back to the amazing hotel.

There was only one bed because we needed it to actually seem like we were a couple. But it was a king, so there was plenty of room.

"So, you're sleeping on the couch right?" I asked rhetorically and he jumped beside me on the bed.

"You wish."

I rolled over so I was facing him. He then rolled over and smiled at me.

"Did I ever mention how gorgeous you were?" He asked and I closed my eyes.

"Bucky... I have a boyfriend. You know that." I said and he flashed me a smile. He was constantly flirting with me, I always thought it was an act, he acts like this with everyone, but recently Steve told me this was definitely not an act. That he really does like me, I've never had any time to decide if I like him back.

"I know, but it was worth a shot." I decided I'd change and leave him alone for a couple of minutes.

My boyfriend is the best, his name is Kyle, he is so sweet. He is so patient and understands I have a crazy schedule.

I got up and went to the bathroom and showered quickly. Then I changed into sweatpants and a random shirt.

I then brushed out my hair and when I opened the bathroom door Bucky had ordered a pizza.

I jumped into bed and grabbed a piece, "You're the best." I said and he nodded. "I know." He grinned.

"So what are we watching?" I asked and he shrugged. "Whatever you want."

I turned on the TV and everything was in a different language. "Do you understand this?" I asked and he shook his head no.

"How about we make it up?" I asked and he nodded. He started speaking with weird accents and making up a story line.

I have never laughed this much in my life. This is the funniest thing I've ever seen. And he seemed genuinely happy, we rarely see him like this.

But, sadly, my phone interrupted us. Bucky was closer and frowned when he saw the caller.

"Kyle?" I asked and he nodded. I picked up the phone and Bucky started cleaning up the pizza mess and he turned off the TV and lights.

"Hello?" I answered and it was silent for a few seconds

"Shit! I called her? What should I do?" A voice called, it was female. "Quick hand it to me!"

What the fuck?

"Hey babe." Kyle then called and I pretended I didn't hear anything.

"You called?" I asked and looked at Bucky. He was lying down. "Just to check up. How's it going?" He asked and I squeezed my fists together.

I don't believe he is cheating on me. I mean, it was probably a friend. Or... Maybe he wasn't even cheating on me. I could be blowing this out of proportion

I don't know. I just am going to stay calm until I get back there and then I'll kick his ass.

"You called at a bad time. You almost fucked the whole mission up." I said with a cold voice.

"Sorry, I didn't know, and watch the language." Oh no he didn't.

"Fuck off." I said and hung up. I put my phone away and climbed into bed.

I knew Bucky was awake and he heard the whole thing.

"Bucky?" I called and he stayed quiet.

"Yeah?" His whispered after I grabbed his metal hand under the covers.

"I don't know, I just - I don't want to be alone." I whispered and he started running circles on my hand.

"You're not." He whispered and I closed my eyes.
