Karan and preeta are in medical room and preeta is getting her conscious back.
Preeta: karan...
Karan: bolo preeta?
Preeta:karan hum yaha kya ker rahe hai?

10min later,

Karan and Preeta are in classroom teacher came in the class to discuss that from tomorrow there is vocations for 3months.
Karan and preeta decide that they will go back Mumbai to meet Rakhi and Mahesh.

Next day,
(They both reached Luthra house and met to Rakhi and Mahesh)
All are happily spend their day.

1month lather,

Rakhi and Mahesh are going to temple in morning as they go daily.
When they were coming back one truck came and hit that car.
Rakhi and Mahesh both are injured badly.

After some time,
Both are shown in hospital (in operation theatre)
Karan and Preeta are also their both are in deep shock.
