We all know that one single from a group who never got lucky with their opposite sex. Pallavi Khurana was one of them. She watched hopelessly as girls, despite being in an all- girls institute became protagonists of their own love stories. Some committed, some broke up, some moved on to their next love while Pallavi remained, fantasizing about hot, fictional characters.

Like any other desperate single, Pallavi yearns for that youthful romance, despite the heartbreaks. Which was why on a certain 18th May, 2014, she makes a wish on a falling star to give her the bachelorette experience she desired with as little heartbreak as possible.

Fast forward a few more single years, Pallavi bags a job at a Korean mobile company, Mansur. There she encounters Adhvik Dhawan, who for some inexplicable reason, begins to take a keen interest on her. Something that never happened in her real life before. On top of that, he is one of the most reputable engineers of the company. Why, she doesn't know but will she give in to his flirtations?
Will she finally get the romance she yearned for all these years?

Like most idealistic stories, the answer would be yes but in this case, it's not that simple. Hence this story.

✒ I don't know why I chose to write this bizarre story. It's just that when I heard something like this, I felt like it deserved to be written. Mainly because of how unconventional and weird the story actually sounds. You'll know as you read. 😅

✒ It's my first time writing a real based fictional story. Who it is based on will be a mystery for privacy reasons. Hope that's fine.

✒ A word of caution for all hopeless romantics— This story is not exactly a passionate, deep love story. Does it have romance? Yes! Is it the soulmate kind? Probably no. It's not guaranteed that the characters will end up together. You'll find out. Don't worry, there will be no deaths in the story. Just entertainment, lovable moments, lessons and more lessons. Lol!

✒ Since the story is as real as it gets, naturally the characters won't be perfect. Expect to be disappointed. Expect surprises, too.
