Amelia's POV

As the day ended, we moved to Sophie's place. We had drinks and a makeshift dance floor. Sophie and I were elated and decided to drink. Unfortunately, we are lightweight. I started feeling hazy and Sophie was using my shoulder for support. We stumbled out the doors looking for a way to get home.

Ethan's POV

I stood outside the party, not wanting to get hopelessly drunk. I knew the girls would probably go crazy, so I decided to become a self-appointed designated driver. As I was playing flappy bird, I was great at that game mind you, I spotted the girls giggling and stumbling about and man, did they look good. Sophie looked great, but, Amelia, I have no words. Her blond hair fell in the fancy curly things, (ringlets?) around her shoulders. She changed from her winter wonderland outfit to a simple red dress. It was body fitting and then flared out. She looked so much like a cupcake, a red velvet one. And she was. She was my cupcake. Suddenly, I realized where I was, and rushed to make sure they didn't collapse.

"Heyyyy you have glasses!" Amelia screamed, "Does that mean your smart?"

"Uhhhh" was the only intelligent response I had.

"Einstein was smartttt. Are you Einstein? That means youuu came up with the theory of relativityyy! And the energy formulaaaalalala! Oh my god! So basically you are the idiot who decideddd to make physics harder than it already isss!" she rambled.

She was so cute when she was mad. All of a sudden, she pounced on my back. I steadied her, making sure she didn't fall. Seconds later she continued blabbering.

"We're going on a trip in our favorite rocket ship zooming through the sky, Little Einsteins! Oii Rocket! Move!"

Realizing that I am the rocket, I started running around, humoring her.

She continued singing, "Climb aboard, get ready to explore there's so much to find, Little Einsteins!"

After she finished her song, I stopped running and put her in the car, placing Sophie next to her. It was an uneventful trip back home. I got in through the window and opened the door for them. Carrying them one by one, I put them in Amelia's room. While I was carrying cupcake, she opened her eyes. She didn't recognize me, and started to scream. I covered up her mouth so that she doesn't wake up her parents. Somehow, I managed to reach her to her room. As I was about to set her down, she jumped out of my arms, promptly grabbing a pillow and whacking me with it. I tried my best to run away, but she chased me with all her might, I couldn't stand a chance. After about 10 minutes (which to me seemed like forever) she realized who I was. She calmed down a bit after that and interestingly, immediately fell asleep. Setting 2 pain killers and a glass of water, I left quietly.

Amelia's POV

I woke up in the comfort of my own bed with a pounding headache. I turned to my side table, where surprisingly, I found some painkillers. Gulping them down quickly, I headed to the kitchen in search of the most precious thing, food.

I stepped down the stairs when I realized there is someone else in the house. Wait, make that 2 someone elses. I grabbed an old umbrella and crept down stealthily like a ninja. Brandishing my new weapon, I attacked the taller trespasser. In the midst of my crazy ninja skills I heard the man say, "Cupcake? Why do you always attack me like this?" Ohh. Ethan. I put my umbrella down while he massaged his poor back.

"What do you mean 'always'?" I asked confused.

"Do you remember yesterday" he asked tentatively.

I tried to think about that, but I couldn't remember anything. All I succeeded in doing was making my head hurt more. "Umm no..." I said.

"Really?" he asked truly astonished.

Uh oh. His tone scared me. Did I do something evil? Or worse... Did I embarrass myself?

"What did I do?" I asked quietly, scared.

"Umm... You sang, jumped on me then confessed your undying love for me. We proceeded by going to your room and-"

"Shut up." I interrupted, I couldn't hear that any longer," I didn't really do that right?"

"No, but that face was priceless!" He said laughing, scratch that, dying of laughter, to the point he had to hold the table for support. Was I that funny?

"What did I actually do?" I demanded holding my umbrella for effect.

He quickly recounted last night's events, glancing at the umbrella in fear. I called him Einstein? Oh no. I'm never gonna drink again. This was beyond embarrassing, I was mortified. I hid behind my hands, considering my face was going to turn a betraying shade of red. He chuckled softly and came to my side and hugged me saying no one saw, but me. Well that's the issue isn't it?

"Well, what about Soph?" I asked turning to her. She was peacefully digging into the pancakes that she made. There were more for us, but she wasn't one to wait.

"Me?" she asked her voice muffled by the pancakes in her mouth.

"She didn't do anything, she just sat in a corner mumbling to herself" Ethan answered.

"Seriously?" I exclaimed. How come I'm the only one who makes a fool of herself?

"Let's eat" Ethan announced, and we abandoned the conversation and attacked the pancakes.

While eating Ethan was singing, "We're going on a trip, to eat our favorite meal, going through the food LITTLE EINSTEINS!"

"Shut up." I said, trying not to turn red, while Soph and Ethan had a laughing fit.
