The whole community of Encanto began filling up the casita, the smells of delicious food filled the air alongside beautiful music while Luisa and Camilo greeted the people entering their home to watch Isabela perform displays of her flowery gift, Elena bringing newly drawn portraits to life for the younger children, Pedro helping out Tia Julieta with cooling down food using a bit of time manipulation. Y/n stood at the foot of the staircase well putting on a genuine smile for tonight as casita made a slide of sorts for the young children from the curved staircase. Y/n was so happy for her little nephew so she buried her sadness at least until tonight's festivities were over, so her e/c eyes watched her family display their gifts especially her own children.

The lights of her life and a part of the union between her and her husband: Pedro Jr was starting to look nearly like his Abuelo Pedro but his eyes showed his Abuelo F/n's determination to his family, he used his gift well for the community and his family. Camila was the second princesa of the Madrigal family, she would follow Isabela around since she could walk joining beautiful gems and crystals into her cousin's floral arrangements, Elena was the messy one of her children but extremely passionate about her artwork especially when she first got her gift to bring the main portrait of Abuelo Pedro to life for the first time. Y/n remembered the sad yet happy tears from Alma to see her late husband actually walking around to kiss her forehead lovingly before vanishing into golden butterflies. Then there was Bruno Madrigal the Second ie Bruno Jr with his duo gifts of enhanced sight and precognition, he was growing up well looking more and more like his padre but with his Mama's gentle e/c eyes. Bruno Jr could see his own visions clearer with his sight as well see things that people often overlook.

Pedro's outfit was simple brown pants and a white shirt including his shoes decorated with clocks, sundials and a few hourglasses. He made his h/c hair a refined style and clever smirk always showed on his face.

Camila's dress and shoes held all the colors of the rainbow to symbolism the gems and crystals she'd grow from the earth. Camila's long mixed black & h/c hair was tied low with a amethyst ribbon which was curled at the ends beautifully.

Bruno Jr clothes was a good mix of his Padre's but reversed, his shirt and pants were jade green while his own ruana was a deep purple decorated with jade green hourglasses and magnifying glasses. His brown leather sandals held a golden mariposa engraved into the straps. His own curly/wavy black hair was held back by a simple brown hair tie.

Elena although looked like a carbon copy of their Mama from her s/c with medium h/c hair which was held back by jade green ribbon. Her light green dress was covered by an artist light purple smock covered by paint splotches, charcoal smudges, stone dust and such.

Y/n: Takes a deep breath as she walked over towards Pepa, Felix, Dolores and Camilo with Bruno Jr by her side behind a red rose curtain made by Isabela. "Has anyone found Tonio yet?" She asked honestly before seeing Mirabel walk downstairs with Antonio whom was already wearing her handmade jaguar necklace. "Ay, Pepa look at Antonio. He's no longer a baby." She whispered softly while smiling as Bruno Jr stood beside Mirabel.

Felix: His laughter filled the air seeing his youngest son. "There you are." He said as he, Pepa, Dolores and Camilo walked over towards him.

Pepa: A rain cloud appeared above her head from her happy sadness. "Look at you! All grown up." She said honestly going to hug her baby as Felix batted away the cloud.

Felix: "Pepi, amor, you're gonna get him all wet." He said as Camilo shifted into a tiny Felix.

Camilo (Felix): "You are making your papa proud." He imitates their father.

Felix: "I don't sound like that." He said seriously before looking over at his friend and sister. "Do I sound like that?" He asked while Y/n laughed beside Felix.

Y/n: "Ay, Camilo. Do it again." She encouraged her shape-shifting nephew.

Camilo (Felix): "I don't sound like that." He mimicked making Y/n laugh once more before she moved to kneel down beside Antonio.

Y/n: "Look at you, mi pequeño leopardo. I want you to remember this okay. Gift or no gift, you make your Tia and family so proud of you." She said honestly before Antonio hugged her tightly. "Te amo mi pequeño sobrino." She said while kissing his cheeks

Antonio: "Y te quiero tanto tía Y/n." He said happily while he kisses her cheek softly before she stood up looking down at him smiling as Dolores perks her ear up.

Dolores: "Abuela says it's time." She said smiling as Pepa whispers to Antonio.

Pepa: "We'll be waiting at your door." She said as she, Dolores and Y/n walked out of the flowered curtains.

Felix: "Okay, okay. Vamo, vamo, vamo." He said seriously before Camilo mimicked him again.

Camilo (Felix): "Okay, okay. Vamo, vamo, vamo." He said til Tia Y/n grabbed him by the ear making him go back to his normal voice. "All right, I'm done!"

Once the family left Antonio with Mirabel and Bruno Jr to watch Alma Madrigal tell the whole community about how they were blessed with the miracle. Y/n stood beside Pedro, Camila and Elena alongside Abuelo F/n and Abuela M/n with Agustin, Julieta, Dolores, Isabela, Lusia and Camilo.

Alma: "Fifty years ago, in our darkest, this candle blessed us with a miracle. And the greatest honor of our family has been to use our blessings to serve this beloved community." She said honestly as Mirabel and Bruno Jr looked at their Abuela from the flower curtains. "Tonight, we come together once more after five years as another steps into the light to make us proud." She said as the flower curtains separate to reveal Antonio to the whole community while Casita made a red walkway of it's titles then a set of spotlights to shine onto him.

Antonio looked at the crowd growing nervous as he reached up to play a bit with his new jaguar charm necklace as the casita gently nudged his feet up to walk forward but Antonio looked over at Mirabel and Bruno Jr in the darkness then held out his hands towards his trusted cousins. Bruno Jr walked over towards Antonio into the light and held onto his left hand as the crowd whispered a bit yet Y/n, Pedro, Camila and Elena smiled at Bruno Jr's courageous act. Meanwhile Mirabel looked over at the crowd to whisper towards Bruno Jr and Antonio.

Mirabel: "I can't, Antonio. You have Bruno Jr so you'll be okay." She whispered softly as her young cousins look at her.

Bruno Jr: "Mira, he doesn't need just me here for him." He whispered back towards Mirabel.

Antonio: "I need you too." He whispered softly with soft puppy eyes as Mirabel slowly walked out to take hold of Antonio's right hand making the crowd exclaim in pure shock.

Mirabel: "Come on, let's get you to your door." She said while the trio slowly walked slowly towards the stairs as Mirabel began having flashbacks to her own door ceremony and the sadness she had felt before it shifted into Pedro's, Camila's, Bruno Jr's, and Elena's own door ceremony. How scared they were, how much they wanted Mirabel to have a door alongside them. Her eyes looked over at Bruno Jr as she remembered that he had to reached out to Mirabel like Antonio did to the both of them. She remembered the love filled hugs that tackled her down by Pedro, Camila, Bruno Jr and Elena when they were given their gifts that they made things for Mirabel first before she snapped out of her memories to hear Abuela talking while Bruno Jr hugged her gently.

Abuela: "Will you use your gift to honor our miracle? Will you serve this community and strengthen our home?" She asked while Antonio touched the candle before nodding as Alma stepped aside for Antonio to reach towards the door knob slowly til he held onto it as golden magic touched his hand to spread all across the door when a toucan landed onto Antonio's arm making him look at the exotic bird as it squaks at him causing Antonio to gasp happily.

Antonio: "Uh-huh. Uh-huh. I understand you." He said smiling as the toucan flew around Antonio to land onto his other arm squaking. "Of course they can come!" He said happily while giggling as the toucan called outwards to the sky. The whole community and Madrigal family looked up towards the sky as tropical birds of various species flew into Casita and tropical land animals of different species as well ran up to Antonio while his door burst to life showing and engraved image of the boy surrounded by various rainforest animals big and small.

Abuela: "We have a new gift!" She shouted out as everyone cheered out while fireworks filled the sky.

Antonio: "BJ, can you be the first one inside my room with me?" He asked as Bruno Jr looked over at Mirabel whom nodded towards him while Bruno Jr took hold of Antonio's free hand as Antonio slowly opened up his new room's door with one hand as the other held Bruno Jr's hand to watch the room come to life as a majestic rainforest space appeared for the animals to ran wild up to a large glorious tree containing glass lights hammocks even waterfalls.

Bruno Jr: "Wow.... Tonio, you did it." He said as the family walked into the room in awe til the growl of a leopard filled his ears as well as Antonio's.

A massive leopard ran in between the Madrigal family towards Antonio and Bruno Jr to lift them both up by his head to ride onto his back. This made Antonio and Bruno Jr laugh out happily as the leopard ran towards the large tree to growl towards Antonio while Bruno Jr held onto Antonio's shoulders.

Antonio: "You wanna go where?" He questioned as he looked up then at his cousin. "BJ, hold on tight!" He said seriously as the leopard began jumping up high onto the tree's large fungi steps to run upwards before tossing the boys off of his back. "Whoa!" He shouted out before he alongside Bruno Jr were shot onto the huge hammock beside four curled up lemurs then into a smooth wooden slide were a boa constrictor caught the boys. Bruno Jr laughed with Antonio as the boa flinged the two up into the air for the leopard to catch the two onto his back to run underneath a waterfall making the pair giggle as their family greeted them. The leopard sat down letting the boys slide off his back as Antonio hugged his parents and Y/n hugged Bruno Jr tightly.

Y/n: "That was amazing!" She said happily while the leopard hugged Agustin before he snuggles up against her leg. "Ay, hello. Thank you for letting my son go for a ride you with Antonio." She said while scratching the big cat under his chin smiling. "Make sure to look after, mi pequeño leopardo okay?" She asked while the leopard growled happily at her.

Felix: "That was amazing." He said happily as the family surrounded Antonio while Abuela knelt down to Antonio.

Abuela: "I knew you could do it! A gift just as special as you." She said happily before gasping. "We need a picture! Everyone! Come, come, come!" She said as the family gathered around Antonio. "It's a great night! It's a perfect night!" She said happily while Felix, Pepa were on Abuela's left with Dolores. Julieta and Agustin stood at Abuela's left beside Isabela and Luisa. Y/n stood next to Lusia while Pedro, Camila, Bruno Jr and Elena stood behind Antonio with Camilo. "Everyone, together!"

The Madrigal Family: "La Familia Madrigal!" The group shouted out as the gifted showed their gifts off. Pepa had a rainbow over her head, Dolores placed her hand near her ear, Luisa lifted up a massive boulder with one hand, Isabela brought forth red, pink and white flower petals above her head, Pedro Jr held his right hand up to show as if he were going to snap his fingers, Camila did a dance flourish as rubies and topaz gems came up from the floorboards, Bruno Jr's (e/c) eyes glowed bright purple with his pupils shifting into hourglasses, Elena brought a picture of jaguar to life and Antonio had two toucans fly above the family all the while Felix, Agustin and Y/n smiled widely at their huge family as the camera flashed onto them.

Mirabel looked onto her family whom were taking a photo without her again as she softly began to sing out walking towards her family that were frozen still as if Pedro Jr stopped time.

Mirabel's brown eyes began tearing up as she walked over towards Luisa and Isabela singing sadly.

Mirabel walked towards Pedro Jr, Camila, Bruno Jr and Elena whom were behind Antonio smiling brightly. She moved towards her Tia Y/n whom was smiling sweetly but Mirabel could see the deep pain in her e/c eyes while trying to stay strong for the family.

I can't stop or reverse time with a snap

Mirabel then moved towards her mother and Tia Pepa before walking out of Antonio's bedroom passing the crowd to walk downstairs.

Once on the main floor of Casita Mirabel looked upwards towards her family's gold glowing door's images to walk back upstairs towards Abuela's door.

As Mirabel approached the door as candle glow image of Abuela Madrigal showed to her while she sang out louder before dancing.

From Mirabel's steps golden glows of mountains to clocks showed, next was flowers, gems and crystals from a spin of her skirt then artwork popping to life by a swarm of butterflies.

The candle golden glow soon formed into Casita beautiful and bold in color to run inside to see her whole family within smiling at her. Pepa, Felix, Dolores, Camilo and Antonio on the left. Julieta, Agustin, Luisa and Isabela on the right. To Abuela in the middle holding the miracle candle with Y/n beside her along with Pedro Jr, Camila, Bruno Jr and Elena. She walked up to her family one by one before looking at the image of her Tia Y/n with bright full of life e/c eyes.

Mirabel ran up onto Casita's rooftop as fireworks exploded behind her in jade green before watching all of the bright flame flowers fill up the night sky as she sang out.

When you gave us a miracle!

Now Mirabel stood on the first floor looking up at the candle to sing softly.

Am I too late for a miracle?

Mirabel stood alone near the steps until she heard a clatter from the roof to the sound of shattering title. She looked over towards the roof shingle title while the roof titles rattled above her head. Mirabel slowly picked up the piece of title while Bruno Jr walked downstairs towards her.

Bruno Jr: "Mirabel, are you okay? Mama couldn't find you at the party in Antonio's new room even when the photo was taken." He asked worriedly before noticing that she was holding a broken roof tile. "Where did that come from?" He questioned as he started hearing the Casita's roof rattle to the shattering title and Mirabel's soft wince of pain. "Mirabel!" He gasped seeing a deep cut in his cousin's palm. "Let's go get you to Tia Julieta to heal you up, Mirabel." He said honestly as the two stopped to watch the floor titles moving rapidly.

Mirabel: "Casita?" She questioned while she slowly reached towards the floor titles only to gasp out in horror as cracks began spreading all throughout the house. Mirabel and Bruno Jr stood up to follow the movement of the cracks upstairs to the doors making them flicker dimly. A sound of pain was heard beside Mirabel as she looked over at Bruno Jr to see him covering his right eye with his hand as his left eye began bleeding rapidly as the cracks hit his door before the cracks lead upwards to the candle making it's flame almost go out.

Mirabel guickly picked up Bruno Jr into her arms to run back to Antonio's room to warn their family of the danger. The community and family danced to upbeat music laughing until...

Mirabel: "The house is in danger and BJ is hurt!" She shouted out as everyone stopped dancing while Mirabel ran through the crowd towards her family holding BJ whom was covering both of his eyes. "The titles were falling, there were cracks everywhere then BJ's eyes started bleeding and the candle almost went out." She said as Y/n ran over towards Mirabel with Pedro Jr, Camila, Elena, Antonio, Camilo, Luisa and Isabela all worried for their cousin and brother.

Y/n: "BJ show Mama your eyes, cariño." She said worriedly for her baby as Julieta ran over with an arepa for her nephew while Pepa placed a gentle hand on Y/n's shoulder to Abuela looked at Mirabel.

Abuela: "Show me." She said worriedly for the casita and her grandson's health as Lusia gently took Bruno Jr from Mirabel while the whole family walked outside to see not a single crack in sight nor flickering doors even once Bruno Jr showed his mother his eyes for her to see that he was completely alright.

Mirabel: "What? Nothing? The cracks were there. They were everywhere then BJ's eyes started bleeding. The house was in trouble, Bj was hurt, the candle was... Abuela, I promise..." She said pleading for her grandmother see listen til Abuela held her hand up.

Abuela: "That's enough..." She whispered firmly as Luisa gave Bruno Jr to Y/n for her to take him to her. She looked at her grandson's eyes to see he was fine before addressing the crowd. "There is nothing wrong with La Casa Madrigal nor little Bruno Jr. The magic is strong. And so are the drinks." She said while the crowd laughs. "Please! Music!" She said to clap her hands together as Lusia picked up the piano and Agustin began to play it. "A bailar! A bailar!" She shouted out as the crowd went back to Antonio's room.

The Kitchen

Julieta and Y/n looked downstairs at Mirabel as the three walked into the kitchen while Y/n set Bruno Jr onto the counter gently to kiss his forehead before helping Julieta prep something for Mirabel and Bruno Jr to eat.

Mirabel: "If it was all in my head, how did I cut my cut or how would BJ's eyes bled. I would never ruin Antonio's night." She said honestly before looking over at her mother and Tia. "Is that really what you both think?" She asked while Bruno Jr rubbed his now agitated eyes a bit.

Julieta: "What I think is that today was very hard for you." She said honestly while looking at her daughter's hand and her nephew's eyes carefully.

Mirabel: "That's...." She grunted softly before looking at her mother while her Tia prepared some mango juice for the children. "I was looking out for the family. And I might not be super strong like Luisa, or can grow gems or crystals with a dance, stop or reverse time, bring art to life, or see far, wide and into the future, one even effortlessly perfect like senorita perfecta Isabela who's never had a bad hair day, but... whatever." She said while sighing softly as her mother leaned beside and Tia Y/n leaned on the other side with Bruno Jr next to Mirabel til Casita brought over two treats for Bruno Jr and Mirabel.

Julieta: "I wish you could see yourself the way your Tia and I do." She said while sprinkling cheese onto the treats then handed on to Mirabel and Bruno Jr whom took a bite of the treat instantly.

Y/n: "You're perfect Mirabel just the way you are, just like BJ here." She said honestly before kissing BJ's forehead then Mirabel's.

Julieta: "Your Tia is correct, Mirabel. You're just as special as anyone else in this family." She said while Mirabel held up her injured hand to watch the wound vanish alongside Bruno Jr's agitated eyes.

Mirabel: "Mm-mmm... You just healed my hand and BJ's eyes with a arepa con queso." She said unamused as Tia Y/n laughed a bit while Bruno Jr sipped his mango juice while eating his arepa.

Julieta: "I healed your hand with my love for my daughter with her wonderful brain... and big heart, cool glasses..." She said honestly to kiss Mirabel's cheeks.

Mirabel: "Mama, I know what I saw." She said seriously as Julieta sighed softly while looking over at Y/n whom nodded to her sadly.

Julieta: "Mira, my brother Bruno lost his way in this family. He left not only your Tia but his own children. I don't want the same for you or Bruno Jr. Get some sleep. You'll feel better tomorrow." She said while Mirabel walked out of the kitchen with Bruno Jr leaving her mother and Tia alone.

Later That Night

Mirabel tossed and turned in bed unable to focus on sleep as her mind was filled with cracks on Casita, her primo's eyes bleeding to the candle flickering out before climbed up onto the roof quitely sneaking towards the candle to quickly hide as she heard footsteps approaching. Mirabel looked over to see Abuela holding a locket with Abuelo Pedro's portrait within it.

Abuela: "Ay, Pedro. I need you. Cracks in our casita. Our grandson's eyes bleeding. If our family knew how vulnerable we truly are... If our miracle is dying... We cannot lose our home again." She said sadly while looking up at the stars sighing. "Why is this happening? Open my eyes. If the answer is here, help me find it. Help me protect our family. Help me save our miracle." She pleaded the heavens before kissing Pedro's portrait to head back into her bedroom.

Mirabel carefully climbed back downstairs and towards the nursery before seeing a dim light on the dining room. Mirabel quitely walked near the entrance of the dining room to see her Tia Y/n looking at the family tree painting but rested her hand on the heart twisted branch connecting her Tio Bruno & Tia Y/n before Mirabel heard sniffles coming from the grown woman.

Y/n: "Bruno, por favor." She whispered softly while she reached gently moved her fingers against her husband's portrait. "I wish you were here beside me, you'd know what to do." She whispered softly as tears slowly slide down her s/c face. "Our youngest son's eyes were hurt, Mirabel got hurt. And I don't know if I can stay strong for much longer without you, mi amor." She softly cried before resting her forehead against the family tree portrait. "Te amo mucho, te extraño mucho, por favor muéstrame una señal ... cualquier cosa de que sigas vivo." She pleaded before leaning away to wipe her eyes free of tears to walk over to her bedroom not knowing that Mirabel heard her.

Mirabel: "I will save our miracle and show Tia Y/n a sign." She whispered softly before walking back into the nursery and quickly got dressed before stopping at the door. "Wait. How do I save a miracle and get a sign?" She asked out loud as Casita shrugged it's floorboards at her. "I figure out what's happening to the miracle and that will help give me a sign." She said while Casita opened it's balcony doors and panels. "Oh, I have no idea. But there is one person in this family who hears everything about everything. So, if anyone would know what's wrong with the magic...it's her." She said looking at a family photo but mainly Dolores before heading back to bed.

Elsewhere?

A figure sat down in a old red leather chair by lamp light as a black metal ring around their finger glowed bright jade green. The figure slowly brought their ring hand up against a weathered photo which held a portrait of Y/n in a lite green sundress leaning against a famaliar tree where a heart was carved into the bark holding a BM + Y/L inside overlooking the sunset. The figure slowly removed the fading green hood from their head to reveal their slowly graying black wavy curls and slight stubble.

Bruno: "Mi vida, mi corazon, I miss you as well and even though you, our children nor our family can't see me. I'm here my love, I'm here." He thought knowing if he said it out loud that his niece Dolores would hear him. He slowly lifted the picture of his love to kiss it softly while the smooth jade green glass in his ring glowed brightly letting the man know his wife was thinking or possibly dreaming about him.
