Abuela alongside F/n and M/n stormed in castia to see Mirabel, Isabela, Camila and Bruno Jr on the floor laughing while F/n and M/n were happy that their grandchildren were safe, Abuela was ferocious at what she was seeing.

Abuela: "What is going on here?" She asked angrily as the four children sat up in fear while Isabela made her exotic plants vanish, Camila made her gems, crystals and metals fade away by the look in Abuela's eyes.

Mirabel: "Abuela? It's okay! Everything's... we're gonna save the miracle. The magic.." She said while Camila hid behind Isabela and Bruno Jr hid behind Mirabel.

Abuela: "What are you talking about? Look at our home you two! Look at your sisters!" She said seriously as Abuelo F/n, Abuela M/n, Julieta, Agustin, Pepa, Felix, Y/n, Luisa, Dolores, Camilo, Pedro Jr, Elena and Antonio walked into the main floor.

Bruno Jr: "Abuela please just listen to Mirabel, Isa wasn't happy..." He said honestly as he stood beside Mirabel now.

Abuela: "Of course she isn't happy. You two ruined her proposal." She said seriously as Mirabel spoke up.

Mirabel: "No, no, no. She needed us to ruin her proposal. And then we did all of this!" She shouted out happily but Abuela grunted starting on her last nerve with her grandchildren.

Bruno Jr: "And the candle burned brighter and the cracks began repairing themselves... that's why we're in the vision!" He said actually pulling a lopsided smile.

Abuela: "Mirabel, Bruno Jr." She said seriously yet softly.

Mirabel & Bruno Jr: "We're saving the miracle, Abuela!" They said together until Abuela Alma shouted at them.

Abuela: "You have to stop, Mirabel, Bruno Jr!" Mirabel and Bruno Jr looked at their Abuela sadly. "The cracks started with you, Mirabel. Bruno left his wife and growing family because of you." She said seriously as cracks slowly began forming one by one. "Luisa and Pedro Jr are losing their powers. Isabela and Camila are out of control because of you! And you dragged Bruno Jr into your mess! I don't know why you weren't given a gift, but it is not an excuse for the two of you to hurt this family." She said seriously towards her grandchildren as Y/n had enough while she stormed over and stood in front Mirabel and her son.

Y/n: "The cracks didn't start because of Mirabel! Bruno didn't leave cause of Mirabel's lack of a gift, Alma! He left because of you, he was never good enough for you just like everyone else here! You always saw the worse in him, and no matter how hard I tried to make you see that! You just wanted more and more from this family, you shunned Mirabel and let the town outcast my little Bruno just for the rememberance of his father and his name!" She shouted out angrily while Alma stepped back a bit as her daughter in law shouted at her before Bruno Jr tugged on his mother's shawl lightly as the cracking grows louder when Mirabel and Bruno Jr stood in front of their Tia and Mama to look directly at Abuela Alma.

Mirabel & Bruno Jr: "We will never be good enough for you. Will we?" They questioned together as Isabela stood beside Luisa and Pedro Jr, Camila and Elena stayed by their cousins. Julieta, Agustin and Y/n looked at Mirabel and Bruno Jr sadly. "No matter how hard we try." They said together as their voices started to crack with tears filling up their eyes when they looked over at their own siblings. "No matter how hard any of us tries." They said together before speaking separately.

Mirabel: "Luisa will never be strong enough. Isabela won't be perfect enough."

Bruno Jr: "Pedro won't be able to mend anything with a snap of his fingers. Camila will never be able to shine out brighter then her gems. Elena won't be truly able to talk out loud." The two cousins said towards Abuela Alma as Bruno Jr spoke honestly. "Mama is right, Papa left us because of you always seeing him like how you see me! Oh, Bruno Jr has the same gift as his papa so he must be just as much as a bad omen!" He shouted out as tears ran down his and Mirabel's face.

Abuela: "Your father didn't care about this family!" She shouted out as Mirabel got in front of her cousin to protect him.

Mirabel: "Tio Bruno loves this family! I love this family! Bruno Jr loves this family! We all love this family!" She shouted out as the cracks grew larger and began spreading into town. "You're the one that doesn't care! You're the one breaking apart our home and whom took Tia Y/n's husband away from her!" She shouted out

Abuela: "Don't you both ever..." She was going to respond only for Mirabel and Bruno Jr to shout at her.

Mirabel & Bruno Jr: "The miracle is dying and it's all because of you!!" They watched as Abuela gasped softly at them when a large crack spilt in between Mirabel and Bruno Jr separating them from Abuela.

Pepa: "No, no, no!" She shouted out as the whole family watched the cracks go through Abuela Alma's door and towards the candle.

Felix: "The candle!" He shouted out while Mirabel and Bruno Jr ran towards the fallen candle.

Bruno Jr: "Casita! Get Mirabel up there!" He shouted out as Casita moved it's floor railing to become a makeshift ladder as Isabela, Camila, Camilo and Pedro Jr ran towards their family to help them til their doors went out one by one. Isabela's flowers died as Camila's bismuth pillar cracked apart while Casita caught them both. Pedro couldn't stop time to help Mirabel but he caught his primo Camilo from getting hurt. "Keep going, Mira!" He shouted out as his e/c eyes began bleeding rapidly while Mirabel saw the main mountain starting to spilt in two. Elena ran to the stairs which held Abuelo Pedro's portrait as she grabbed onto it tightly for Casita to toss her towards her mother whom caught her and held her tight. Felix ran towards Antonio and saved him from being killed by a falling door while Bruno Jr followed after Mirabel.

Felix: "We gotta to get out of here!" He shouted out running to the exit as Julieta and Y/n looked at Mirabel and Bruno Jr.

Julieta & Y/n: "Mirabel! Mirabel!" Julieta shouted out as Casita began pushing the family outside to safety. "Brunito! Brunito, Mirabel, we have to get out of here!" Y/n shouted out worried for her family.

Bruno Sr ran throughout the corridors of the casita saving his pet rat and put a bucket onto his head before breaking himself out of the Casita's walls. Mirabel and Bruno Jr looked aside to see that their Tio and Papa were safe while reaching out towards the candle together

Julieta & Y/n: "Mirabel! Bruno Jr! Leave the candle and get out of there!" The worried and frightened mothers shouted out in unison.

Agustin: "Mirabel! BJ! The house is going to fall! Both of you get out there!" He shouted out while he and F/n held Y/n back from running back into Casita to help the two children. Mirabel and Bruno Jr both grabbed onto the candle to watch as Bruno's tower was falling towards them but Casita helped the two onto the main floor before covering the two under hardwood furniture as the roof fall over them.

Y/n: "NO! MIRABEL! BRUNO JR!" She shouted out with tears filling her eyes as she alongside Julieta ran into the ruined casa to find their children hopefully unharmed. As Julieta checked on Mirabel, Y/n checked on Bruno Jr while Pepa called out to Julieta and Y/n while the two mothers told them both to not move and they'd be right back.

Townspeople and the family looked all over the destroyed house as Dolores helped Abuela Alma sit down before Elena gave her Abuelo Pedro's portrait. The Madrigal Family's gifts were gone, their home gone while Julieta and Y/n looked through the remains of the kitchen finding Julieta's first aid bottles only to see that Mirabel and Bruno Jr had vanished.

Julieta & Y/n: "Mirabel! Where is she?" Julieta asked Felix as Y/n looked over at Pepa and Agustin. "Have you seen them?" Y/n asked before the whole community began looking for Mirabel and Bruno Jr all throughout the night while the two cousins walked through the giant spilt in the mountains together.

The Next Morning

Luisa and Pedro where looking through the borders of Encanto for Mirabel and Bruno Jr while Dolores and Camila searched with Felix as a few of the town's children held sad looks on their faces for the adults and older kids couldn't find Mirabel nor Bruno Jr anywhere. A lone light pink thread hanged onto a thorn bush beside a purple thread as a lone shadow found the threads then found Mirabel and Bruno Jr crying in front of a river as they heard footsteps approaching them.

Abuela: "Mirabel. Bruno Jr." She said softly as she heard her grandchildren crying.

Mirabel & Bruno Jr: "We're sorry. We didn't want to hurt our family. We just wanted to be something that we're not." They said together through tears as Abuela sat down beside her grandchildren looking at the river sadly.

Abuela: "I've never been able to come back here nor has F/n or M/n. This river is where we were given our miracle." She said sadly while Mirabel and Bruno Jr looked up at her.

Mirabel: "Where Abuelo Pedro..." She said while Bruno Jr hugged Mirabel tightly.

Abuela: "I thought we would have a different life. M/n and I were so different but best of friends." She said honestly as the past began to show. A young Alma and M/n took hold of a lite candle before climbing up onto a streetlight to see a golden butterfly fly towards two young men whom smiled at the butterfly to see Alma and M/n. These young men were Pedro Madrigal and F/n L/n both life long friends, the two young men smiled towards the women and waved as Alma & M/n waved back before catching themselves before they fell making Pedro and F/n laugh at their silliness. The pairs went on dates together, ate together before they had a double wedding in the church. Later on Alma showed Pedro a paper doll of a baby making her husband smile then faint when she showed him it was actually triplets, soon F/n ran into their home cheering that M/n was having a baby while Pedro congratulated him while Alma hugged M/n and began thinking of baby names. When Julieta, Pepa, Bruno and Y/n were born hours apart Pedro and F/n looked at their wives happily before the chaos began throughout their community. Fires were started, men on horseback were cutting down people with machete blades. The friends fled their homes and ventured out into the wilderness with the people of their town wanting a safe life free of fear and bloodshed. While crossing the river the band of killers were riding towards them as Pedro and F/n shouted out for everyone to run til Pedro stopped Alma, M/n and F/n sadly. Pedro kissed his children's foreheads for the last time and told F/n and M/n to look after Alma and the children before kissing Alma one last time telling his friends and wife that he'd try to buy them time to escape only to be cut down by the evil men. Alma cried out in pure agony while M/n and F/n knelt down beside their friend as Pedro's candle began glowing bright to show butterflies etched into the wax, the candles bright flame shot away Pedro's murderers and began creating a safe place for the saved people. Alma, F/n and M/n watched as mountains formed around them blocking the river away where Pedro gave his life. Once Casita was built the remaining people looked to Alma to lead them as F/n and M/n were there for her. The young women and man looked down at their children sadly. "I was given a miracle. A second chance. And I was so afraid to lose it that I lost sight of who our miracle was for. And I am so sorry." She said while Alma looked over at her granddaughter and grandson. "You two would never hurt our family, Mirabel, Bruno Jr. We are broken... because of me." She said being honest with herself while she began to cry her locked away grief.

Mirabel and Bruno Jr looked up at their Abuela before seeing a lone golden butterfly perch itself on a growing river reed grass then they both slowly stood up in front of their grandmother.

Mirabel: "Abuela... I can finally see." She said softly as Bruno Jr took hold of Abuela's right hand while Mirabel took hold of Abuela's left hand to slowly walk up towards the butterfly in the water.

Bruno Jr: "You lost your home. Lost everything. You suffered so much alone just like Mama." He said honestly as Abuela looked down sadly at the children.

Mirabel: "So it would never happen again but you had Abuelo F/n and Abuela M/n to lean onto, we were saved because of you." She said honestly tearing up.

Bruno Jr: "We were given a miracle, because of you. We are a family, because of you. And nothing could ever be broken that we can't fix... together." He said honestly tearing up as well while thecnew day's dawn rinsed onto the three.

Abuela: Smiled softly at her grandchildren as she wiped away their tears from their cheeks. "I asked my Pedro for help." She said honestly before caressing Mirabel's and Bruno Jr's left and right cheeks with her hands. "Mirabel, Bruno Jr, he sent me you two." She said tearing up as Mirabel and Bruno Jr hugged their Abuela whom held them both close to her heart as a massive swarm of golden butterflies surrounded the three whom looked at the butterflies in pure wonder even as they flew away back towards Encanto.

Mirabel and Bruno Jr carefully helped their Abuela out of the river to hear hoofbeats when a horse jumped out of the forest to show Bruno Sr on the beast.

Bruno: "They didn't do this! Whoa! They didn't do this!" He shouted out as the horse moved about not listening to him. "I gave them a vision!" He shouted out as Abuela Alma, Mirabel and Bruno Jr looked at him while he struggled to get off the horse before falling onto the ground to shoot back up from the ground. "It was me! I was, like, "Go!" And they were like..." He blew a raspberry while walking towards Alma mainly. "They both only wanted to help. I don't care what you think of me, but if you're too stubborn to..." He gasped softly as his mother actually hugged him.

Abuela: "My little Brunito." She said softly as Mirabel and Bruno Jr laughed softly at Bruno Sr's confused face.

Bruno: "I feel like I've missed something important here." He said as his mother kissed his cheek while Mirabel got onto the horse as Bruno Jr pulled onto his father's fading green ruana.

Bruno Jr: "Come on, Papi." He said while Mirabel helped her cousin onto the horse then Abuela and Bruno Sr.

Bruno: "What... what's happening? Where are we going?" He asked while Mirabel took a deep breath before exhaling.

Mirabel: "Home." She said before snapping the horses reins as it charged back through the spilt mountain peak and into encanto. The horse galloped through the street as the three children from before saw Mirabel and Bruno Jr then began arguing about whom found them while the church bell rang out through the town. The horse jumped over a down tree towards the ruins of the Madrigal family home.

Julieta: "Mirabel!" She shouted out as Mirabel and Bruno Jr jumped off the horse and ran towards the voice.

Y/n: "Bruno Jr! Where are you!" She shouted out as Julieta and herself ran to what was once the front of Casita to find their children unharmed before the two mothers ran towards their children.

Mirabel and Bruno Jr: "Mama!" They shouted out as Julieta took held of Mirabel hugging her close and Y/n lifted Bruno Jr from the ground to spin hug him to her heart.

Julieta & Y/n: "Mi amor, I was so worried. We couldn't find you two anywhere." Julieta said while Y/n was repeatedly kissing her son's face. "My baby, don't you ever run off like that again." Y/n said before the four saw Agustin with swollen bee stings wounds again.

Agustin: "There were bees everywhere. I'll be okay." He said while Y/n smiled softly at her friend.

Camilo: "Uh... Not if we don't have a house." He said seriously only to have his father elbow his side. "What? We don't have a house. I can't say we don't have a house?" He asked before gesturing to the destroyed Casita. "What is that? Not a house." He said honestly as Mirabel looked at Bruno Jr then their broken home.

Mirabel and Bruno Jr walked up the broken steps to look inside before looking over at their family as soft music began to start. Mirabel hugged her cousin as she began singing before she took hold of Isabela's hands to bring the family inside.

Mirabel: Look at this home
We need a new foundation
It may seem hopeless but we'll get by just fine
Look at this family, a glowing constellation
So full of stars and everybody wants to shine

Bruno Jr looked at his mother as he took hold of her hands while she kissed his forehead lightly as he began singing after Mirabel. Mirabel and Bruno Jr run over towards Luisa and Pedro Jr whom both were trying to lift a massive piece of their home up struggling til Mirabel and Bruno Jr helped them out when Abuela walked up towards her daughters and daughter in law to sing.

Bruno Jr: But the stars don't shine, they burn
And the constellations shift

Abuela: And I'm sorry I held on too tight
Just so afraid I'd lose you too
The miracle is not some magic that you've got

Abuela holds onto Julieta's hands lightly before caressing Pepa's cheek then lightly kissed Y/n's forehead making the three women smile lightly. Abuela turned around slowly as Bruno came around the stone pillar that was once the front door. Julieta gasped softly seeing her baby brother after ten years, Pepa was crying happy tears while Abuela sang to her son before Julieta and Pepa ran over pulling Bruno into a long awaited hug. Once the hug was done, Y/n walked towards the triplets and held onto her husband's hands to lean up kissing him lightly on the lips til Camilo & Antonio sang out then so did Bruno making Y/n's eyes widened before she began laughing while smiling at her husband's theatrical ways. Her whole family looked at Y/n happy to hear her laughter again, to see her smiling again.

Pepa, Julieta & Y/n: All of you, all of you

Camilo: Okay, so we gonna talk about Tio Bruno?

Antonio: That's our Tio Bruno

Bruno: Yeah, there's a lot to say about Bruno...
I'll start, okay!
Pepa, I'm sorry 'bout your wedding, didn't mean to be upsetting
That wasn't a prophecy, I could just see you were sweating and I wanted you to know that your bro loves you so, Let it in, let it out, let it rain, let it snow, let it go

Abuela: What's that sound?

Townspeople: (Oh, oh!)

Antonio: I think it's everyone in town, Abuelo F/n and Abuela M/n are leading them.

The whole entire town was being lead up to the broken Madrigal home by Abuelo F/n and Abuela M/n carrying baskets of tools, supplies and much more to help their friends.

Townspeople, F/n & M/n: Hey!

F/n and M/n walk up to Alma hugging her close alongside their daughter. Soon the reconstruction of the Madrigal home was set into motion.

Isabela: It's a dream when we work as a team

Isabela, Luisa and Mirabel planted all ranges of cactus into a planter then tossed dirt up into the air while Bruno Jr walked up to his siblings whom were helping out the other kids before they began helping out their parents with laying an outline of sand to build near. Soon Y/n walked towards Mirabel and the two began singing out together as day by day their home was growing bigger.

Bruno Jr: Look at us all working hard as we make our family bond stronger then ever

Pedro Jr: I'm taking my time and living in the moment, I'm not going to let time fly by me again

Camila: We're building up our home together making it shine brighter then a diamond

Elena: Bringing in the beauty from painting our home anew and learning new things too

Pedro Jr, Camila, Bruno Jr & Elena: These quadruplets are forever changed and will stand up for our familia!

Y/n & Mirabel: The stars don't shine, they burn

Now in the fully constructed Y/n was helping Julieta and Agustin place down butterfly imprinted slabs of stone into the open window panel looking at Mirabel helping her Tio Bruno whom was in his Jorge character. Julieta and Agustin sang out softly as Y/n noticed Agustin hip bump Julieta before Y/n sang out quitely towards her friends and in-laws making Julieta and Agustin smile at her.

Julieta: Would you watch our little girl go?

Agustin: (She takes after you)

Y/n: Do I need to start making a new piece of Madrigal jewelry for you two?

Soon Mirabel found Mariano sitting on the front door step with little Elena beside him sketching something quitely while Mirabel asked Mariano what was wrong but smiled lightly seeing what Elena was drawing.

Mirabel: Hey Mariano, why so blue?

Mariano: I just have so much love inside

Mirabel: Y'know, I've got this cousin too
Have you met Dolores?

Dolores: Okay, I'll take it from here, goodbye
You talk so loud
You take care of your mother and you make her proud
You write your own poetry every night when you go to sleep
And I'm seizing the moment, so would you wake up and notice me?

Mariano looked at Dolores in shock slightly before he felt a tug on his shirt for both Dolores and Mariano look down at a drawing of them both in a heart while Elena smiled up at them happily especially when Mariano picked Elena up to place her onto his shoulder while he and Dolores walked together.

Mariano: Dolores, I see you

Dolores: (and I hear you)

Isabela and Mirabel: Yes

Mariano: Let's get married

Elena: Abuelo and Mama will help make your wedding rings

Dolores: Slow down you two

Elena giggles at her favorite cousin when Dolores took her off Mariano's shoulders and into her arms to nuzzle their noses together

After long months of building back up the Madrigal family home was finally complete as the whole family stood in front of the messy but fixed home smiling all the front door was missing was a doorknob. Mirabel stood on Abuela's right side and Bruno Jr stood at Abuela's left side singing separately as Y/n walked over holding onto Bruno Sr's arm while he sang to Mirabel.

Mirabel: Home sweet home

Bruno Jr: I like the new foundation

Abuela: It isn't perfect

Mirabel: Neither are we

Abuela: That's true, Just one more thing, before the celebration

Mirabel: (what?)

Bruno Sr: We need a doorknob

Mirabel looked down at her younger cousins all in a group in front of her. Pedro Jr, Camila, Bruno Jr, Elena and Antonio sang out softly to Mirabel as Antonio placed a beautifully decorated golden doorknob into Mirabel's hands which was engraved with an M. Antonio took hold of Mirabel's left hand while Bruno Jr gently held her right arm.

Pedro Jr, Camila, Bruno Jr, Elena and Antonio: We made this one for you

Mirabel looked up as to see the whole family gather around her and the door. Pepa, Felix, Dolores and Camilo on the left with Abuelo F/n and Abuela M/n. Agustin, Julieta, Luisa and Isabela stood on right with Bruno Sr, Y/n, Pedro Jr, Camila and Elena next to Abuela Alma. They whole family sang out separately towards Mirabel while Antonio and Bruno Jr walked her up to the door til Alma, F/n and M/n look at Mirabel full of pride and happiness for their strong granddaughter. Mirabel looked down at the gold doorknob to look at her reflection

Pepa, Felix, Dolores, and Camilo: We see how bright you burn

Agustin, Julieta, Isabela and Luisa: We see how brave you've been

Pedro Jr, Camila, and Elena: Now, see yourself in turn

Bruno Sr & Y/n: We knew you were meant for something special, my little mariposa

Alma, F/n & M/n: What do you see?

Mirabel: I see... me, All of me

Mirabel looks over at her entire family whom all looked at her with happy tears filling their eyes as Mirabel walked up to the door and placed the doorknob in gently. Soon as the doorknob was in place golden light began filling up the whole home, golden butterflies were engraved into the doorway arch as the family's colors were put back onto the building while inside all of the doors glowed brightly before the light spread all throughout the community restoring their homes and shops as well. Once the light faded away the new door was engraved with the whole entire family in gold light with Mirabel being placed as the new head of the Madrigal family. The arched door's titles moved before the house waved its main shutters at Mirabel.

Mirabel: "Hola, Casita." She said waving back as Casita began moving it's titles, shutters, and hanging plants to show it was happily dancing before it pulled Mirabel inside. "Whoa! Come on! Get in here!" She shouted out as Casita brought the whole family and community inside as well.

Antonio laughs happily as he and Bruno Jr rode pass their family on Antonio's leopard. Isabela sprouted exotic plants from her palms while Camila stepped onto the ground making multiple colored jewels and metals appear til Isabela tossed the flowers onto the ground as the two girls stepped out in beautiful multiple colored and messy dresses smiling happily before making exotic plants and rainbow bismuth decorate a wall. Luisa and Pedro Jr looked at a newly sprouted cactus with bismuth decorating the pot as Luisa picked it up with ease placing it onto a nearby wooden table til it cracked making Pedro's eyes glow jade green fixing the break with a wave of his hand before a set of donkeys tossed the two onto a set of hammocks then were given coconut milk drinks. Hail began raining down softly from Pepa as she and Felix danced around the mini ice storm while Dolores helped Elena place Abuelo Pedro's portrait back in place til golden butterflies swarmed around the little girl before Elena began laughing as gold glowing Abuelo Pedro appeared then tossed her up into the air. Bruno Sr and Y/n smiled towards their children before looking over at Mirabel, F/n, M/n and Alma til Casita pulled the whole family together for a new family picture as Casita brought over the camera.

Alma, F/n & M/n: "Everyone, together..." the grandparents said happily.

All: "La Familia Madrigal!" The whole family shouted out before Casita pushed them all together to show that a seemingly perfect family were happier being their true imperfect selves.

Y/n: And so that's how Mirabel showed their whole family that being imperfect was truly perfect. Bruno Jr brought joy to his whole community beside his father with their visions while I explained the brighter side of the future to come. Luisa and Pedro Jr were helped by the community to hold up Encanto and finally not carry the full weight on their shoulders, Pedro Jr was allowed to take his time and be a kid messing with his cousin Camilo by pulling pranks on him. Isabela and Camila no longer had to be perfect examples and went wild with their own crazy kind of beauty. Elena began talking out loud more while creating various artworks all over Encanto, she even painted Mariano's and Dolores's wedding portrait. Alma spent more time with her family and friends F/n and M/n whom stepped aside for Mirabel to lead the family and for me to take over the family L/n's jewelry shop. Bruno Sr made up for lost time with his family and children including me. The whole community began a new tradition on floating bowled candles in the river for remembrance of Pedro Madrigal the First. And within a few months time I was making not one but two new pieces of jewelry for not only Julieta but for me, Agustin and Bruno both fainted that day. I'm so proud to see my whole family shine so brightly by being their true selves at last.
