He woke up morning and was searching his phone still feeling sleepy. He looked at the time and saw her message.

He quickly got up from the bed to get ready. He stuffed his clothes and packed his bag.

He reached her place and texted her again.

He knocked the door while she opened. He waved at her and stepped inside.

"I am almost done ...Give me 5 more minutes ! " she said and went inside her room. While Neil sat on the couch. He saw her books and took the one which is there on the couch. It was a fictional love story.

She came with her baggage and found him sitting on the couch.

"Hopeless romantic huh ?" He teased seeing her reading romantic fictional books.

"Always into fictional men " she added making him chuckle.

"Me gotta try harder then !" He told and stood up from the couch.

"For what ?" She asked taking that book from the couch. When she turned, she got startled to see him close. She was about to fall in the couch but stopped when he pulled her closer to him.

"To be the fictional men for you.."he flirted with her while she smiled and pushed him away.

"No real men can do !" She looked down on him while he folded his shirt sleeve chuckling.

They left to airport in taxi.

They reached their hotel in Manali. They rented a car for the trip.

"We gotta stay together ..." She told him as she booked room for her longback.

"I like it, babe" he winked at her while Avni chuckled at him.

"Hey Avni!" Avni stopped suddenly and turned to look at her friend who is mutual to her ex as well.

"Hey !...Saisha" She told and hold Neil's hand. She looked at Neil and then Avni.

"Hmm...My boyfriend !" Avni told her and looked at Neil who winked at her again. Neil hold her by her waist pulling her closer.

"Hi!..Nice to meet you.." He told while Saisha also greeted him. They exchanged few conversation and Avneil left to their room.

"We have to be more careful!. She is also here ...She is such a fox!....So .." before she could complete Neil turned her in shift by holding her waist making her look at him.

"Chill! " He told her and calmed her down. She wrapped her hand around his neck.

"Okay boyfie! .." she told making him chuckle

Avni was getting ready. She was wearing a pretty half shoulder mini dress. She was looking breatkingly hot. Neil was who was busy in laptop looked up to see her and was just lost.

"Too hot to be someone's ex" He commented while she let out a laugh.

"Not anyone's present.... but I’m definitely someone’s hot past" She winked at him.

He kept his laptop aside and walked towards her. He leaned gently on the table and looked at her with his hands crossed against his chest.

"Someone tryna make someone regret ..if I am not wrong " Neil stated in a teasing way while Avni chuckled.

"Not gonna comment on that " she replied to him.

Within few minutes, he got ready. He was wearing black shirt and trouser. The first three button of his shirt is opened making him looks so hot. He came outside and saw Avni struggling with her heels. He came near her and kneeled down infront of her. He helped her wear her heels. Avni was looking at him. Avni saw his revealing chest and looked away.

"Done " He told and looked at her.

He stood up along with her.

"Are you sure ...You can manage with this ?" He was concerned because Avni already stumbled while getting up.

Avni smirked and pulled him closer. Their faces were inch apart. They could feel eachother's breath.

"You're there to handle me right ?" She asked her looking at him while Neil leaned in closer to kiss her but stopped when Avni moved back.

"We're running late" she teased him with a smirk while Neil chuckled.

It was a bachleor party in the villa beside a beach. Everyone were dancing and partying hard. Avni met her other friends and spoke to them.

"Hey Avni!" Someone called her and started walking towards her.

"He is that loser !" Avni whispered on his ear while Neil controlled his laughter.

He came near her and his expression changed when he saw someone standing beside Avni. He smiled again and hugged her greetings her while Avni just felt disgusted.

"I am glad that you're here !" He told her and broke the hug.

"Neil, This is Vidyut !" She told him and ignored him.

"And he is my boyfriend, Neil " she introduced eachother while his smile faded when he heard her saying boyfriend.

They greeted each other. And someone called Vidyut soon he just left leaving Avneil.

"Who is that lucky person to marry him ?" He asked her as they walked towards a table to sit.

He took two glasses of champagne from the waiter and gave one to Avni.

"Juhi" she pointed out her while Neil nodded.

"Match made in heaven " he told her and they giggled.

Neil was searching for Avni in the crowd as she left somewhere earlier. He got so bored and was just walking in search of her.

Whereas Avni was with her other so-called friends. She just want to leave from there.

"Hey!..I think I should go back..My boyfriend is waiting.." she told and about to leave while someone hold her hand and took her away.

They reached a place and he let go of her hand.

"Ali?" She called him while he turned and looked at her.

"Avni, I never thought you'll be here.. " he told her while Avni smiled.

"I never wanted to come here in the first place..But these people only..." He told frustrated pointing out their friend's crowd. Avni just chuckled.

"Hmm..." He cleared his throat before looking at her again.

"I ...I..heard that you have a boyfriend.." he frowned saying that while Avni understood where this conversation is going.

"Ali..." Before she could say, he hugged her.

"Then why not me Avni ?... can't you just give me a chance again ?" He told her with sincerity. Avni remained quiet.

They broke the hug and Avni saw Neil there. Neil just gave a smile and left from there. Ali saw him going as well.

"I'm so sorry ...I don't meant to cause any misunderstanding..." He told her in panicked way.

"No!..He is not that kind of person ...He is very understanding..." Avni told him while Ali blankly looked at her.

"Us...It's not meant to be Ali ...I have told you already.... You deserve someone better ...Thank you for being my friend always ..." She told and before he could reply she just left.

Avni came to Neil.

"Sorry for earlier...I was just bored and I wanted my hot girlfriend beside me .."He told her to make the environment light while Avni just laughed .

"It's okay...Nothing serious!" She told assuring him.

Avneil were just sitting and talking with each other and being in their own world.

"I don't think I can let my girlfriend just sit like this...and be a boring boyfriend!" He told making her confused. He stood up and pulled Avni to the dance floor.

"I should use the opportunity while you're still mine " he whispered on her making her chuckled. His hand travelled around her waist and she wrapped her hand around his neck.

They were slowly swaying the body to the music. She giggled to his dad jokes and they were just enjoying each other's company. Vidyut got annoyed seeing Avneil.

Neil pinned her hairs which was dancing in her face and kissed her forehead. Avni was just staring at him. They were just looking at each other. And suddenly the waiter spilled champagne on her dress accidentally.

"I am sorry Ma'am" he told her and apologise.

"Hey!... Can't you just do your work properly?!" Vidyut came and about to hit him.

"It's fine Vidyut!..It was an accident" she told him.

"Are you okay Avni?" He asked her and hold her by shoulder.

Neil came inbetween and took his hand away from her. He took her away from the crowd while Vidyut followed her.

"I'll help you...Washroom is inside " Vidyut told her stopping her.

"It's fine !. Thank you !" Neil told him and took her inside the villa.

Avneil stood infront a room which is written as 'Bride's room ". Neil waited outside while she went inside.

Avni was cleaning her dress and she stepped outside and found Neil nowhere while Vidyut approached her first.

"Are you okay now ?" He asked her and hold her hand slowly caressing her knuckles. Avni jerked his hand away in disgust.

"What's wrong Avni ?" He told her annoyed and stepped closer.

"Back off !" They heard Neil's high pitched voice.

He came inbetween them.

"Touch her once !. I'll break your face !" He told him giving him a warning while Vidyut clutched his jaw.

"Neil stop!..let's just go !" She told and she could sense his anger.

Vidyut came closer to him.

"Huh ?...How long you know her?...A week back ?..A month back ?...She was my girlfriend before ...I used her .."before he could say anything he punched him on his face. They got into a physical fight .

Avni tried to stop them but she couldn't.  His friends came and tried to stop them.

"Neil..Please Stop!. Let's go!" She dragged him away from the venue.

He reached outside and he let go of her hand making her stop.

"Why did you do that ?...Just because he is your ex?.. " he yelled at her in anger.

"He is not worth it !" She told him back.

"So ?...He insulted you Avni...How can you expect me to be calm..." He spat back.

"I am done letting him control my life...I won't let him drag me again into his mess..." She told him in a very serious tone.

"I am done letting people control my life ..." She started walking from there while Neil left to his car. He was waiting for her near the beach beside the villa.

Neil saw Avni coming through the rear view mirror. She was walking in bare foot holding her heels on her hand. He stepped out the car opened the trunk to get his crocs which he had kept. He started walking near her while Avni stopped seeing him coming.

He kept the crocs infront of her and left again without saying anything. Avni realized that he is still angry. She wore his crocs and started following him. The ride was completely silent.
