This is my tomato. She was gonna be a carrot, but the colors clashed and I had to change a few other things of the like. This here is a troublesome dryad that kept me up all night until I drew a quick sketch of her, and then forced me to draw this for about 5 hours. She's been a pain in the butt.

But it's been so long since I've drawn anything that I was more than a bit intimidated by my Wacom. That is, more than usual.....

I think my favorite part of drawing her was highlighting and shading, which is surprising since I almost always hate that part. Watching a crap ton of doll face-ups probably helped a lot. It felt as if I was doing makeup for someone and was experimenting with contouring! It was fun.
