Peter would totally fangirl around Bruce, just because he's BRUCE. BANNER. He is the most BRILLIANT scientist of their generation, only MAYBE behind Tony Stark. But, he's more of a mechanic than a scientist. So, I hold that it's Bruce Banner. Full disclosure, I am low key a Bruce Banner fangirl.
