Luce has a decent temper. She is usually patient and gives everyone a chance. However, if someone pushes to much then she'll snap. When she does, it's not very pretty, especially if they're a rival.

She will form obsessions over people and while they can be small and not last long, some are a lot bigger and can be a bit dangerous. She's also a people pleaser and does anything she can to make her friends and loved ones happy, this can take a toll on her after a while though.

Luce was born into a well off family. She grew up in what seemed to be a normal family, the youngest of three children. She was never given the attention she needed as a child. Her parents were too focused on her siblings and she felt as if she was just in the background. She could never make them proud, no matter how much she learned or accomplished. They left on business trips for weeks at a time, leaving a nanny to raise her and her siblings. This is likely the cause of her attachment issues.

At 13, Luce learned to take care of herself. She always did her best to excel, wanting to make her parents proud of her, however she was always put last. She began to try to make friends and after some trial and error, made some friends. Her parents had begun to pair her siblings up with kids from other families. She was taught that she was to do the same. She didn't like the idea but was forced to accept it. At 18, she was paired with the person she was expected to marry. She begrudgingly accepted at first but began to like him. Unfortunately, that turned to a bit of an obsession. Another problem was that he had a girlfriend, despite her being his fiancé. They pushed through as best as they could though.

At 19, Luce and her fiancé had grown close. She didn't like his girlfriend and she didn't seem to like her back but they remained passive-aggressive in their rivalry. This only lasted two years before her fiancé's girlfriend decided to do something about it. The girl told Luce she wanted to be friends and that they shouldn't fight over a lover. This seemed fine and Luce agreed, it worked for some time. Luce felt safer around the girl and was kinder. Her fiancé's girlfriend had other plans though. One night, she came into Luce's room when she was sleeping and stabbed her. The first stab woke Luce up who tried to protect herself and struggled a lot. That ended up with messy stab wounds and slashes across her chest and other spots. One of the stab wounds went to her heart and had been what ultimately killed her. She came back as a spirit and the first year was rough for her. She watched her fiancé and his girlfriend's relationship end in quite a violent manner. Her parents didn't seem to have the time to mourn her. So she decided to take matters into her own hands and travel, trying to live out the life she lost.
