i started this account on the 17th of may, 2014. don't let that fool you, before wattpad required you to make accounts to read, i was here, lurking. reading. one direction was all i read for the longest time. then came that fateful day i signed up, the original username being @teamsingleleader . i was young and dumb. then, later on became potatopinata, after that, lntothevoid yes, that's an "L". then, came the brand name, nocturnalamp.

i am from a little town in north central florida, though i pass through another small town to get a secret third small town for work

i am approximately 5'7" and a half. i have that weird hair that used to be blondie blonde but then darkened because i stopped going outside. my vision and hearing SUCKS. my eyes? well, i used to think they were blue but i guess they're also green? but looking at them they also look grey. so do what you want with that information.

i originally made this account to read but then felt like every single user here was challenging me to write. i also found that it was a great way for me to focus and form coherent sentences and plots. which trust me, has made my essays better. i started out writing one direction fanfics, which all were deleted out of shame and if i went into my windows 98 computer notes, i would probably cry from the cringe.

i later moved onto percy jackson, which gave me more writing freedom considering that i could base things on before the series or even after and it would be canonically correct.

after that shit-show, i found a new love in five seconds of summer, making most of my fanfics about them and michael clifford. you should have seen my pjo/5sos crossover. that was a HUGE shitshow.

i finally grew out of writing for 5sos and finally moved onto tom holland and peter parker, which in all honesty, is where i'm really happy. because it's where i can make my characters truly powerful and really channel different personalities and the different mental issues i have.
