I've tried looking for my oc that I loved. Her name was Aliyah but i forgot her last name and thought to update her and add her officially.

She is a bit serious due to how she was raised as a child living in the dumps with her parents and having to put up a fort when it came with thugs. She is a bit of a pessimist but means well. Once she opens up, she is very nice and protective. She just tries to hide it by being a bit mean.

Description:
She can summon three wishes that'll last her for 24 hrs. Her wishes can be anything she wants  that includes quirk, clothes, etc. Though, as she learned to use it she found out what she can't use and made it into her known rules.

1. Just 3 wishes only. No unlimited wishes.
2. No bringing anyone from the dead.
3. No multiple of quirks.
4. No making someone fall in love.
5. No taking over the world in one snap.
6. No 2 wanted objects in one wish. (Ex: I wish for money and fame! -> First wish is fame. Second wish is fame.)
7. No wishes can involve someone to die

Disadvantage:
After wishing three wishes, she can only use those three and can't exchange it for another wish. Sometimes the wishes aren't functionable unless it was described well. What she is not aware of is that her body is like a genie if one day she gets caught into a lamp meaning she listens to the master. No one's ever tried this so it is unknown to her.

Single father, quirk is being able to summon an object on his command as long as it's something he's held before and it isn't living. He calls it Summon.

They unfortunately were evicted of their place and soon lived in the dark alley with their newborn. Fortunately, luck saved them and took them to a different path. The father finding a job as a cook and now is a famous cook to society.
