"Ow-"

Ruby gulped as the Dexters all slowly got up. Many of them were still worn out and if you're not Gold, you weren't complaining.

"What the hell was that guy throwing?"

"Hell."

"Guys."

Yellow was the only one still knocked out. Emerald stayed by her side, keeping a hand in hers until Red was able to take over. And since he still couldn't move, it was going to be a while.

"Still... we need to track him down."

"You're not going anywhere in your condition."

Yes. Gold was still trying to get back in the fight. Despite everyone's arguments, he was determined. Finally, a familiar voice pulled the room's attention.

"I thought I've seen it all." Gold jerked up instantly, causing Sapphire to grab his shoulder.

"Bloody Kalos Blade." The others turned to see X leaning against the door frame. He raised an eyebrow at Gold's words as Blue got to his feet, knowing damn well he would have to be the peace barrier.

"You shouldn't be trying to shoot the messenger. I bring good news."

"What good news?" Hearing 3 voices fired at him made him sigh as Blue kept his position.

"Obviously it's the fact that you don't need to enter the fight." They all glanced at him as he smiled. "Silver is about to clean it up."

"Alone?!"

"Of course not. But from what I overheard, he's still in denial of the help." Gold hissed.

"Let me out there! I'll show 'im!" They all gulped as X purred.

"Silver would want you to stay put. I'm going to make sure the aftershock doesn't kill him." Blue finally spoke.

"Who's his help?" X paused his retreat before smiling.

"Red Flame's worst enemy."
