(I plan on getting more Nejitama action next chapter. Don't worry. I think this chapter is gonna be only a bit of Ryushot but I'm writing this before I write the chapter. I honestly don't know. You only understand Fair/Free game Murielle if you read my Todomomo books.)

Two weeks later

"Hey, Tamaki, my sister and her husband are coming over. You can stay in Eijirou's room."

"Just say he's mom's cousin's kid. Ryuko didn't know mom." Momo said. Taishiro wasn't in contact with his parents, but he was still good friends with his wife's parents. Was he still obligated to call her wife? She died a while ago so there wasn't a reason to call her wife. Was that disrespectful?

"I-I think I'll just s-st-stay in Eijirou's room." He said. Taishiro smiled and nodded. Despite being a former S.U.N, he was fine with harboring Tamaki. He would only keep Tamaki safe, anyone else was fair game. (FAIR GAME MURIELLE- I'm wheezing rn ok.)

(Me not knowing wtf S.U.N stands for, only naming them that because Tamaki's hero name is Suneater-)

Eijirou sat on the couch with his sister. He hadn't done his hair yet, leaving it down instead of it's spiky style. Tamaki had only seen Eijirou with his hair down once. At least a year ago.

Eijirou wore a jersey and sweatpants. Momo looked much more professional, actually wearing an outfit instead of pajamas. Tamaki just headed up into Eijirou's room and looked at the gaming system. It was an XBox? What a weird name. Like, what is an X Box? A box that didn't work? That was weird. He pressed the small dull button. When he pressed it, it turned bright white and neon green. He let out a small shriek, the color change surprising him.

The tv turned neon green and white and he found the controller. He was figuring out how to use it while it happened. He went onto 'YouTube' and began watching on Eijirou's account. He didn't know what to watch so he just watched some of the stuff in Eijirou's recommendations.

It was a workout video.

So...

He exited the video.

At least thirty minutes passed by and the doorbell rang. He'd turn into a bat and hide but he hadn't developed those types of powers since he had never drank blood. He was lacking in Vitamin D since he couldn't go outside, and refused to drink blood. His skin was pale and he didn't have blood to make it look more lively.

Is that how he almost got killed a few weeks ago? Because he looked dead? Then again, he was about the age of a college student, that was just awful judgment- Oh, wait, was it his ears? His ears were quite pointy.

When the doorbell rang, Taishiro answered the door and he could hear a woman and a new man. The woman had a smooth voice, sending a small shiver down his spine. The man's voice was calming and he sounded absolutely amazing.

His ears were pointy for a reason. Better hearing than a normal human. Even when they lowered their voices to a normal inside voice, he was able to hear them. He had very good hearing, the ability to run pretty fast. and a pretty good sense of smell. His teeth were also sharp but it didn't matter. He didn't plan on drinking blood so sharp teeth weren't an issue.

Listening in on them, completely by accident, he heard a conversation.

"How's being an officer?" That was the new man with an amazing voice.

"It's nice! How's being a S.U.N?"

"It's nice. I mean, I don't get to spend much time with Ryuko but we make the most of what we get."

"I totally understand. I quit so I could be with Eijirou, Momo, and Tamaki more." He knew Taishiro used to be a SUN. He quit for the exact reason he stated. He had two kids he wanted to spend much more time with.

"Who's Tamaki?" That was Ryuko. He knew her name, just never had seen her before.

"He's my wife's nephew."

"Ah." She nodded. Wasn't suspicious at all. She didn't know her side of the family so there was no reason to believe he wasn't who they said he was.

"How's the wedding planning?"

"Oh, it's fine. We have the honeymoon planned, the venue, the dresses, the two kids we hired, photographer, caterer, hairdresser and makeup artist, and a few other things. We're not inviting mom and dad."

"Yeah I know, that's why I'm walking you down the aisle." Taishiro hissed a bit. "I'm glad it's getting better. You seemed really stressed a while ago."

"I told her to stop planning if she got tired and needed a break. Her happiness is the most important thing to me." The man said. S.U.Ns were actually able to show emotion? He had three of those damn people almost hurt Nejire just because she got in the way of hurting their target.

He continued to listen. He was honestly nervous. Someone who was trained to kill him was in the same house as him. It made him feel uncomfortable.

Taishiro's sister and 'husband' stayed for another hour. When he heard the door open, he looked out the window and saw a blonde woman. She wore an airy white blouse and black shorts. Her 'husband' had silver hair and greyish blue eyes. Tamaki looked at him and shivered.

He knew him.

Oh god.

They had met. He bumped into a killer. He could've died when he went to get Tater tots. He was knocking at death's front door just because of tiny potatoes. He felt safe with Taishiro because he knew Taishiro was too sweet to hurt anyone unless they gave him a reason to.

Maybe Taishiro would take more precautions in keeping him safe. But that wasn't Taishiro's job. He was a grown man, he should be able to protect himself! But he was still a confused teenager who was living a life they didn't want.

As he looked at Ryuko's fiancé, he saw the man turn around and look up. He was glaring directly at Tamaki and didn't seem amused. Did he know? How the fu- frick did he know? He was a S.U.N they must've had some dumb thing they were taught that told them how to spot damn vampires.

He felt like he was going to be sick. That weird warm saliva you felt when you were about to vomit had crept up into his mouth. If he went outside, he was fair game. Any S.U.N could kill him in front of civilians. He was a danger to society because he had been bitten. It felt unfair but he felt like he was playing with life and death. He was supposed to be dead long ago. Those S.U.Ns should've killed him in that alley. They were terrorizing him and making his death slow, then...

Nejire

Nejire was the reason he was still alive. She heard the small, pathetic cries he let out. She saved him. Was it bad to develop a crush on her now? It wasn't love at first sight, it was a real reason to fall in love. W-would that be toxic? The only reason he liked her was because she saved him. Then again, they spent time together, actually talked, and became friends.

"Hey dude, you ok? Shinya is a cool guy but he's still trained to ya know," Eijirou made a motion with his finger, reminding him of a beheading. Tamaki gulped. "Since I think you're staying with us for a while, I think you should have this." (Is that hand gesture called a silencer? I think it is.)

Tamaki cocked his head as Eijirou fished out something from a drawer. It was a small rectangle.

Oh wait, it was a phone?

"It'll help you look more normal I guess. It's my old phone but all the stuff I had has been erased so you can start all over again!" He smiled. Tamaki's lip quivered and he gave him a big hug. "It's not a big deal dude! Just don't get social media. It's pretty toxic and it could risk you getting hurt." (Tam tam reminds me of Shawn Murphy from the Good Doctor and I'm in love omg.)

"Thanks Eijirou." He said, not letting go of their hug. When he sat down and started playing on his weird box, Tamaki explored things he could do on his new phone.

"How do you not have Uno?!"

"Dude chill out-"

"SHUT THE HELL UP, HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE UNO?!" One of Eijirou's friends shouted. Tamaki looked up and started looking at the screen. A girl with brown skin and bright curly pink hair, a boy with spiky ash blonde hair, a boy with black hair, and a boy with a blonde hair were playing with Eijirou.

"I'm sorry! I don't have Uno! I have Minecraft though." The blonde boy whined.

"Everyone has Minecraft. You scream that stupid Creeper song in school!" The ash blond boy screamed.

"It's fine, let's just play Minecraft." The girl sighed.

"Sorry Tamaki" Eijirou whispered and apologized. Tamaki just gave him a cute smile and went back to playing on his new phone.

"Yoooooo KILL THE DAMN VILLAGERS." The girl screamed. "KILL IT! ITS GETTING NEAR ME!"

"It's a squidward though." Eijirou whined.

"Villagers are scary! Just kill them! I'll get you a diamond sword if you kill them!"

"Ooo-"

(I'm horrified of Minecraft villagers so when I play with someone, they have to kill the villagers for me to even walk into the village.)
