My dear best friend

Oh my beautiful luminous moon

I am so lucky that I can call you my best friend

I can tell you everything that I am afraid to say aloud

For I know you won't judge me

The only one I can trust with my all deepest darkest secrets

For I know you won't tell anyone

You are my night light that keeps my demons away

The reason I am not afraid of the dark

The one that illuminates my lonely dark room when the whole world is sleeping

You make my broken heart glow again

You make me smile like a crazy cat lady

You are my only companion

The one I can always count on during my restless nights

Oh my beautiful moon I am glad I have you

You are the only reason I don't hate the lonely nights

You and me forever and always

You are a beautiful goddess that everyone adores

Oh how I wish I could be as pretty as you

You are surround by millions of stars

That illuminate the darkest nights

But they can't ever outshine you

Instead they make you look more angelic

More magical

Oh my beautiful moon how i adore you

Oh my beautiful moon thank you for being my best friend

I wish I could give you a wonderful gift as pretty as you

But nothing compares to your beauty

Nothing seems special for your wonderful friendship

But today I wrote you this poem and hopefully you love it as much as I love you
