Alaric dropped me off to the pack house. He got out and opened the door for me. I got out and he slammed the door.

"You don't know what you are asking for princess." He sneers at me. Coming closer to me as if I should be afraid of him.

"Then let me be the judge of that." I say. Sighing as I walked away until he grabbed me arm and pulled me closer to him and put me against the truck.

He kissed me.

I couldn't resist. Not him. I got startled when I heard a growl come from him. I opened my eyes and saw his eyes black, fangs and nails sharps as knives.

"Go inside." He says in animalistic voice. I didn't have to be told twice. When i got in. My heart was beating fast. I couldn't help but smile at the thought of Alaric. The bond that we had was unexplainable. If i was to stay here a little longer it would be for him and no one else.

I walked into the living room. When Roman was sitting there with a serious and grim face.

"You were with the hybrid." He says hurt as he stood up.

"Yes." I says smiling and blushing as the thought of Alaric. That seemed to make Roman angry and upset.

"Have you forgotten that you have a mate." He says in an accusing tone at me. As if I have done something wrong to him. "You are meant to be mine not his. Don't you see that you and I could be together. You are my mate... my everything... I am not going to lose you again."

I laughed as he had tears coming out of his eyes. He's falling apart right in front of just like I was years ago. Yet I could care less.

He really believes that he and I have a chance. Maybe in another life or world.

"Roman we have nothing." I say looking into his eyes. "I want nothing to do with you. And I never want to be with you and I'll never be with you not matter what you do or say."

With that I walked away to room. Leaving him in his own sorrow and misery.

I after I was done showering. I laid in my bed. Thinking about that sexy kiss that Alaric gave me before letting me go or the one at the bar. Everything about Alaric drove me to him. I felt like a fly being guided to the light.

That made me think of Roman... I think are bond is broken in a way. Due to all the damage it's has been to since I was younger. I mean I still feel the sparks as if are desperately trying to stay alive but on my part I don't feel anything emotionally just physically.

In a way I want Roman to move on and find someone because I sure have moved on. I moved on and let him go the moment I left this town.

In the morning I woke up. And got dress to work out. Which is the time of day i dread the most. John is also up once I reach the kitchen to eat some oatmeal. He looks like he has a giant hangover.

"Yeesh you look like you've gone through it." I say.

He glared at me.

"I'm going to work out in hopes that my hangover goes down. Lord know I passed out last night the moment you man Alaric came back to the bar. There were woman of a lot of species surrounding him."

My heart was beating fast. Do i need some bitches up?

"Woman?" I say. The jealously evident in my voice. Oh this got my adrenaline pumping.

John nodded.

"Yeah but your man paid them no mind." He says.

I mean can I get mad since we aren't together together. I don't even know what Alaric and I are. I know he's my protector that's all he really obligated to do with me. I shouldn't bring my hopes up. I mean Its just been a few weeks.

It's still upsetting in a way. But he kissed me. That should mean something right.

"Lets go work out." I say.

The work out only lasted about two hours. As I walked home by myself from the workout outside I saw Roman walking outside the gym without a shirt. He sees me and smiles. His eyes still hopeful. Amelia my sister is also seen walking out the gym.

Well some things never change.

"Hello Channel." Says my sister in a meek voice. I ignored her as if she was invisible.

"Channel let's walk home together." Says Roman to me. Which my sister Amelia looks at him with a hurt expression.

"I really don't-"

I got cut off my brother and his mate walking towards us.

"Channel you want to join us for dinner?" Asked my brother.

"No." I say.

It felt weird for all these people expect Amelia to act all nice to me as if they cared about me. With that I walked away. In which Roman joined me.

"You look beautiful today." He says to me.

"I know." I say.

I believe in myself that I am beautiful. Don't need anyone to tell me.

"I happy to have you as my mate." He says.

"Didn't you tell me ten years ago you were embarrassed to have me as a mate?" I questioned.

He winced as the memorie of that came back to him.

"I was stupid-"

"Still are." I say taking a selfie for my social media.

"I didn't appreciate what I had and I want to beat myself up for that." He says as he opens the door.

My phone started to ring. It was Daliza.

"Hey we are on the way to where you are at by we i mean Lucy, me and whole crew to shoot a music video for Miami." She says with that she hung up. I groaned.

"I like Miami." Says Roman.

I laughed as if I couldn't believe it.

"You listen to my music?" I questioned.

Roman nods.

"Every single song that you have out." He says. "I have all your records."

He's a fan!

"Well..."

I have no idea what to say.

"So you think we at least start off as firends." He says.

"Acquaintance."

"Great." He says. "It's better than nothing."

For me and acquaintance is nothing but, whatever makes him feel better I guess.

"Channel how are you doing?" Asked Romans mother as she came walking towards us smiling.

"Amazing." I say looking at my phone.

"I see you and my son are getting along." She says. She seems very happy with this. "Would you like to come to dinner with us."

I went back to my phone.

"No but I'm sure a Amelia wouldn't mind at the end of the day she's perfect Luna material."

With that I walked away. Walking to my room. I sat down and grabbed my journal.

I have so many feeling that I need to write down. Which is what I spent my whole day doing is writing songs and thinking about Alaric and occasionally Roman.

It was night time. I walked to John's room. I knocked be opened the door. His eyes puffy due to him just waking up.

"Whaaaaaaat." He groaned.

"Do you know how to get to Alarics pack house."

"No." He says quickly. "Wait in wrong yeah I do. It's by the river bank."

Jesus that's at the other side of the the whole town. But I needed to see him and talk to him.

"You are going aren't you?" He says shaking his head. "You do know that he doesn't live by himself from what I heard he has high ranking pack members that live with him as well."

I really don't care.

"Will I see the house right away?"I asked.

John nodded.

"It's one the biggest houses there is. More than this one." He says looking around.

"I'll see you later." I say walking away.

"Yes girl go get that dick."Says John shutting his door.

I walk out and get to the car and start driving which I might took me two hours to get to the other side of town plus fourty minutes to find Alarics pack house.

Men surround my car. These men looked dangerous. I looked the door quickly. Not that would stop any supernatural being. They would probably rip my door.

I rolled my window down a little.

"I come in peace. I'm here to see Alaric." I say.

"You are his imprintee?" He asked in a thick German accent.

"Oh he told you about me?" I blushed. "What did he say?"

The men looked at eachother confused? Some had their eyebrows raised.

"Yeah I am the one he imprinted. My name's Channel Dela Rosa America's sweetheart." I say smiling as if being a superstar meant anything.

"My apologies my lady." Says another man in a thick Romanian accent. "Let her through."

With that I am let in. Some men run behind my car as if guarding me. I arrive to the huge pack house. It's bigger than my mansion. I'm walking into the house.

"The Clan master is not here yet." Says the dude with the Romanian accent.

He walks to a room where fourteen women were in a living room watching Tv. They all had exotic beauty to them.

"Who's she?" Ask a vampire female.

"Who are they?" I asked. Jealousy evident in my voice.

"They are the clan masters Harem." He says.

With that I was out the door.

I am never talking to Alaric again. He I never told me about this.
