i haven't done one of these in a little while, so why not lol. ask heartfire to wax poetic with stories from his youth. idk. go wild.

also: next chapter is coming out next saturday or friday or so to reset the schedule to "once every weekend" because i don't want to get into the habit of posting my chapters during the school week and i need more than like four days to get these things done. it's a jerboa chapter and i would post a teaser but i think this one is better if everyone goes in knowing nothing other than that uh. we get her backstory in this one. so that's all i will say about it. ok.
