It's been weeks since training started. I got used to the routine of waking up, getting into Ultimate, and training under the moon. Then going back to the void before going to bed. Luckily, the scenery would change every night, so I got to do different training techniques. Shadow was a good trainer, but I often wondered what it looked like. Tonight I decided to ask. As usual, training ended, and Shadow sucked me back into the void.

Hey, Shadow? I spoke kinda quietly because it seemed to be in a bad mood earlier.

Yes? 'Oh good,' I thought to myself. 'At least it's in a good mood.' I tried to chose my words carefully.

So... I've been wondering about what you look like...

No. I sighed quietly and mentally facepalmed. 'Smooth Luna. Real smooth.'

I never even finished my sentence. 'It already knew what I was saying though.'

You were going to ask if you could see me. The..... the answer is n-no. 'Did Shadow just stutter?'

Hey, you ok there?

I-I'm f-fine. God fucking dammit stop st-tuttering. FUCK! I couldn't help but giggle a little this time.

Are you sure your ok? Does this have anything to do with me wanting to see you?

I already told you I'm fine asshole. And yes. You'd laugh like the others if I showed you myself. My smile instantly vanished.

I promise I won't laugh at you! I felt bad for it. If people laughed at me when I showed myself to them... yea, I'd definitely have trust problems. So, guess it's understandable why it's hesitant. Still though, it should know that I'd never laugh at it!

I..... guess so. But I promise if you laugh, I'll kill you on the spot. Got it?

Yep! I nodded as well, though I knew it couldn't see me. Hearing some footsteps, I turned to my right and saw a figure coming closer and closer. The closer it got the clearer it became. Finally it stopped in front of me.

Happy now? She asked, putting her hand on her hip.

Sh-Shadow? I stuttered looking at her. She had short black hair, and very pale skin. She had black lipstick with a white line going down the middle of her bottom lip, dark blue eyeshadow, a lip and nose piercing, and dark blue nail polish. She was wearing a black knee length dress. It had netting covering her shoulders, neck, and down to her wrists. The netting also seemed to have actual black roses woven in. The actual fabric looked to be something with a similar look to silk. It had small grey skulls on it. I noticed as well that the point where the fabric met the netting was a straight line that went just under her arms. Looking down, I saw she had knee-high black leather boots covering some dark grey tights with small strings of dark blue mixed in. She also had a necklace with an almost full moon on it, and matching eyes. I knew my eyes showed an almost full moon too, as that was what the moon was today. I saw the dark blue hilt of a sword peeking out from her left shoulder. It was about then I noticed she had a black belt around her waist holding a dagger with a matching hilt to the sword.

You can stop starring anytime now. She said, and I snapped back into reality.

Sorry, didn't realize I was spacing out. I smiled at her. You look beautiful! She was looking at me with an amused expression.

You look nice too. She smiled back at me.

What are you laughing at? I gave her a confused expression and she laughed again.

Your all flushed. She stated, holding up a mirror for me. I looked at myself, and I looked to be blushing. That just made me blush harder.

Dammit! I said, laughing along with her. When our laughter died down, we sat on the ground of the black void. The only other things around being the bed and energy bar. We continued talking for about an hour or so. When we finally got too tired to talk, she decided she should probably go so we could get some rest. She turned and started walking into the fog that was surrounding this area of the void. I called out to her before she could completely vanish.

Hey... wait! She turned and popped her hip out a little to the left then put her left hand on her hip.

Yes?

I- ...Thank you. She smiled back.

Your welcome. She then turned and continued walking, fading into nothing. I turned to my bed and fell asleep in no time.
