My eyes flew open, revealing the same void I'd been waking up to for awhile now. The only difference was Shadow was seated on the floor, staring at nothing. This made me a little concerned, but I dismissed it. She must've just come to remind me that I agreed to meet up with the others.

Hey Shadow!! I cheerfully greeted her. I was still a little tired, but I always am in the morning. She said nothing, just continued staring into nothingness. This was very odd for her. She always woke me up by yelling at me or something, and even if she didn't, she never ignored me. U-u-um... Shadow? I called out to her.

Oh, sorry! She turned to me and smiled. I was just thinking! I laughed.

You scared me for a moment! She laughed too.

Sorry! I was going to wake you up but.... She giggled again. I guess I fell asleep?

I guess so! We laughed for another moment. Well, I'm going to go join the others!

​​​​​​​Ok! She smiled and turned back to the void. I walked away before punching the floor and everything turned back to a dust-like powder before floating down and collecting on the ground. I was pretty used to this scene, so I started quickly walking to the meeting point. Both Eclipse and Molly were already there. Both pairs of eyes snapped over to me as I crept closer. I assumed that Rarin was still asleep, so without saying anything I went to go look for him. After about 5 minutes of searching, I finally found him next to a log. I shook him awake.

"Cmon the others are waiting!" I said after he came to.

"Great." He sounded quite uninthusiastic. We made our way back to the other two quickly and quietly. When we got there, Molly was playing in the dirt, and Eclipse was over to the side.... wiping her face off? I coughed and both turned to me. Eclipse's face was a little red on one side, but I shrugged it off as the result of her wiping something off it.

"So..." I started. "What are we going to do tonight?" Molly looked around, then stood.

"I think we should practice, you know, our powers?" Rarin's eyes lit up.

"Sounds great!" Rarin commented.

"Sure!" Eclipse muttered.

"It's settled then!"

"I'm heading to a different space to practice though." Eclipse said and turned away. "I don't want to hurt anyone." I shrugged.

"Fine with me!" Everyone else nodded as well. We all split up after agreeing to meet up back there before the sun rose. I got some good practice in with some coaching from Shadow of course. It was a pretty good night! One thing was kind of bothering me though. What was Eclipse wiping off her face?

Blood? I jumped a bit, not realising that Shadow was listening to my thoughts.

"W-what? Why would she have b-blood on her face?" Shadow thought for a moment.

I don't know? I was just guessing! Your right though, there's no reason she would have anything like that on her face! I laughed.

"You and your crazy imagination."

My imagination? Mine? Your the one that freaked out about it!

I'm sure it was just some sap or whatever. That stuff is pretty hard to get off!

"Didn't realize you bathed in sap"

Didn't realized you loved Eclipse so much! I made a fake gagging sound.

"I'm not like that Shadow!" We both laughed.

Well, I think you should start heading back. The sun seems to be coming up soon. I glanced at the moon to see it quite low in the sky. I nodded in agreement and walked to the meeting place. Both Molly and Eclipse were already there. Molly looked quite wet, whilst the red on Eclipse's skin tight black suit looked almost.... fresh? I shook it off. It was probably just the lighting anyway. Rarin finally showed up just as the sun was starting to rise. Eclipse looked almost... scared? I'm not sure. Molly kept glancing at her. As we quickly figured out a plan, I noticed Eclipse stayed in the shadows more. Molly was in the middle of the clearing running around.

"We should probably split up, I'm pretty tired." Eclipse commented from the shadows.

"I agree, it's getting a little early." I yawned. "See ya!" We all split up. When I finally got back to the void, Shadow was tiredly sitting on a new black bed. It was in the opposite corner from my grey bed.

Are you finally ready to go to sleep?
