Sumika's P.O.V

Jumping on my seat, with the seat belt put on, of course, me, my mom, dad, and brother Hiram, were headed to Florida in a Southwest plane.

The plane went very fast, but I wasn't concerned about it.

XD I was watching Hiram whine about his fear of heights.

The plane descended from the floor, and Hiram's face was priceless.

While the plane was doing a turn to the left, Hiram looked out the window and got dizzy, so Mom inmediately gave him a pill to prevent dizziness.

A smile on my face clearly proved I was excited.

"I can't wait to go to back to US!" I said happily. Hiram smiled.

2 hours later...

Hiram and me were fast asleep.

"Ey, despiertense. (Translated: Hey, wake up.)" Mom said, touching me and Hiram.

"¿Huh, porqué? ¿Qué pasó? (Translated: Huh? Why? What happened?)" I said, confused.

Hiram woke up.

"Miren. (Translated: Look.)" Mom said.

Hiram looked out the window.

"New York?!" Hiram exclaimed.

"¡Yo pensé que ibamos a aterrizar en Florida! (Translated: I thought we were gonna land in Florida!)" I said, surprised.

The plane landed and we got out. We grabbed our cases and rented a car in a parking.

We got in the car, and started heading to Manhattan.

Later...

We arrived at Manhattan, and Dad parked the car in a parking spot close to a hotel.

We entered the hotel, and Mom reserved us a stay of 5 days in the hotel.

Waiting for an employee to find us a hotel room and a janitor clean inside, me and Hiram decided to explore Manhattan with Mom and Dad.

There was a lot of people! If I were to live here, I wouldn't even sleep!

So we basically went to a mall. And spent the whole day there. It was getting dark.

When we were walking, I saw this strange man or woman with a black jacket in an alley.

"Huh?" I said.

We went to the hotel and ate dinner in a diner inside the hotel. It was free, or "free" for me and Hiram. Mom payed a lot of money.

We went to sleep at 9:23.

Later at 12:11AM...

"Hmm?" I said, sleepy.

I looked at the ceiling of the hotel room.

I closed my eyes. Opened them again. There was a girl with a black robe.

"Huh?!" I said, shocked.

The girl put her hand in my mouth, muting me.

"I..." The girl said.

I stopped screaming.

"I need your help!" The girl said desperately, taking off the hood, revealing herself.

The girl had black cat ears.
