[PROLOGUE]

Eddy hadn't spoke to his parents for days he had sat alone in his bedroom in the dark. He had nearly died trying to explore his abilities that were similar to his mothers, his parents were demonologists who explorer the paranormal and helped people. His abilities began to show from the age of 5 which worried his parents because they didn't want him to have to go through what they did. As he sat there in a daze in his rocking chair in his bedroom he had closed the blinds and was just sat there in the dark however a voice began to break through the daze.

"Eddy please." It was the voice of his mother she had been waiting on the other side of the door for days for her son to return back to her. As he heard her voice he turned so that he was looking at the door. " Son." He then heard his father say so he stood up from the rocking chair he had been sitting on and began to walk slowly to the door each step causing the floor to creek each step breaking through his depression state until he reached the door opening it to see his parents stood there with a look of worry of their faces.

"Eddy" His mother said in tears as she hugged him as she did it was the final step to break through his dark void "mom." Eddy said with tears forming in his eyes before soaking into his mothers jumper. "Dad" Eddy said as he looked at his dad before his dad hugged him too.

As there hug ended he looked up at his parents "I'm sorry." Eddy said which made them all laugh and cry at the same time "I'm sorry for what I put you through." Eddy said he had used his powers and ended up summing a dark and dangerous demon which had nearly killed him and his parents who ended up saving him. He felt guilty because if they had died his younger sister Judy would have been on her own. "I know teenagers put them parents through Hell our hell is just literal right." Ed said which made Eddy and Lorraine laugh. "When we go on our next case your coming with us." Ed said which made Lorraine look at him shocked "Ed." Lorraine said sounding confused "he's safer with us he needs to learn how to use his abilities safely."

Ed said as he and Lorraine looked at each other. "I wanna help people Mom and use my abilities for good rather than evil I never want to put a single person in danger again." Eddy said looking at his mother "ok" Lorraine said as he nodded agreeing with them. "I'm always going to be worried for you Eddy your my son and I love you." Lorraine said as she smiled at Eddy "I love you too Mom" Eddy said smiling back at her.

"You coming down for Dinner" Ed said as he looked at Eddy "Yeah" Eddy said "ok" Eddy said as he placed his arm around his sons shoulder as they all walked down the stairs together which made Eddy smile when they entered the kitchen a smiling Judy met eyes with them especially with Eddy "Eddy" Judy said sounding happy as she ran over to them and Eddy picked her up in his arms before she hugged him "Hey Judy." Eddy said as he hugged her back "I missed you" Judy said which made Eddy laugh "I missed you too" Eddy said before he began to step forward still holding his sister until he reached the dinner table before putting her back down "you wanna sit next to me." Eddy said which made Judy smile.
