Chapter 1
I woke up. Red. Bloody. A smile. Then passed out. I could hear. But couldn't move. Impossible. I heard a voice say coma. What's that? I'm sleepy. Goodnight.
-Time skip 3 years later-
I woke up with a yelp. I heard a rush of feet as I looked down. WTF?!?! I had bumps on my chest. And I was taller. My hands were bigger. And my hair went down to my knees. Uh? Ok? I saw blue mask. He looked at me then ran off yelling incoherent words.
As I was in the abyss, I heard them talking, teaching me as I was asleep. Like they knew my conscious was there. Huh. He came back with the tall faceless man. I titled my head. The little girl on his shoulder did the same. I mived. So did she. We were copying moves. She spoke.
"Boo!" Then tilted her head. "Why aren't you talking?" I glared at her and she hid behind faceless. I shook my head no. The Zelda guy peeked in then walked out. "Nope" was all I heard from him.
"Child please speak. I know you haven't forgotten."
I looked up at him and slammed my jaw together as a sign of NO. I had figured out he read minds. He sighed and shook his head, calling someone else in his mind.
I stood and practiced walking. I got the hang of it. I realized faceless was gone and Smile was here. No not the dog. Smile.jpg was my buddie. He curled up at the edge of the bed. I glared at him and he glared back, the stone cold expression getting colder. He blinked. I won. He shook his head in disbelief and made a follow me motion. I stopped and titled my head.
"You do not speak?" I said. My voice sounding soft and new to me. He froze and turned around. When he spoke his voice was kind of husky. "You spoke?" His grin grew wider. "Come on pipsqueek. Let's go." I snorted at the nickname.
"The name is Alyris, what is yours." He looked behind him. "Jeff, Jeff The Killer." I nodded. His smirk grew again. "Pipsqueek." I heard him mutter. Just because I'm a foot shorter. He lead me to a room. He opened the door for me, but before I could enter, he pulled me to his chest in a hug, and then shoved me in and closing the door. He didn't lock it but I heard him bolt away. Queer.
I was always told if I spoke, I would die.
