After sometime the boy bid bye to manik as his parents were calling him........manik smiled at the boy waving his hand as he saw the child disappearing in the darkness......ruffling his hair he sat on beach sand again trying to catch his breath....after few minutes he also decided to go from there......pulling out his keys from pocket he marched towards the parking area......on the way to his car he saw that boy standing with  a young lady who was probably his mother......ruffling his hair manik asked u r still here boy

Ohhh yeah he pouted hmari car kharab hogye

I can drop u guys manik said looking at the boy's mother

No tysm.....mere husband taxi lene gye hai

Is waqt taxi milna bht mushkil hai.......aap log ajaye mein ghar drop kar deta hn i have no problem he offered genuinely as he was feeling an attraction towards the boy who lighten up his mood

At last they agreed and that little boy sat on front side besides manik and the couple sat on backseat........as soon as the boy got seated he gasped wow manik such a beautiful car.........

Manik nhi uncle rhitik his mother warned and the boy bit his tongue

No its okay manik smiled and then looked at boy did u like it

Yes...yes i loved it....its so beautiful.....u r very lucky the boy couldnt control his excitement and manik shook his head at boy's words.......he probably didnt know the meaning of lucky thats why he was calling manik lucky he thought smiling

The car stopped infront of beautiful banglow which was nothing infront of his huge mansion but does it matter.....no what matter most was that they were happy unlike manik.......manik was about to go but rhitik's father stopped him saying that he wanted him to meet his mother.......rhitik's daadi opened the door and said agye mere bache oblivious of manik's presence

Maa mein aap ko kisi se milwana chahta hn rhitik's father said as he held manik's hand bringing him infront of his mother

Prem the old lady gasped and the next moment she pulled him closer with her shivering hands and hugged him tight while manik felt uneasy in her grip...........the lady was now shedding tears saying mera beta....preemmm when her son said to clear manik's confusion mera bhai.....he was exactly like u.....he died 5 years ago and as soon as he completed the sentence manik felt suffocated thinking that that lady was hugging him just bcz he looked like her deceased son.........she was still longing for her son and on the other hand manik's mother ??????? After so many years he felt that solace and peace he had been longing for years.......controlling his emotional side he parted away from her knowing that he wouldnt stop himself if they stayed like this for some more time

Manik wanted to go from there but old lady insisted him to stay with her for sometime.......she kept talking to him as if he were her son.....they also ate dinner with the lady constantly insisting him to eat more and more and manik felt like he was the most unlucky person alive on world.....the lady also bandaged his injured hand despite him constantly stopping her

Mjhe pta hai tmhe shayad ajeeb lg rha ho but tmhare shakal mein mjhe mera Beta nazar ata hai.....agar ho ske to kbhi kbhar aate rhna old lady said placing hand on his cheek and manik felt difficult to answer her as he felt the lump of tears got stuck in his throat.......he just nodded and left from there not wanting to fall weak infront of them

Sitting inside the car...he ignited the engine and the car took a swift turn as the tyres produced the screeching sound and the family saw manik's car going away.......away from housing society in a secluded road he stopped the car and smashed his hand with a steering wheel...breathing heavily he tried to calm himself down but he felt the warm tears escaping his eyes and making his cheeks wet.......he hid his face in his palms as he let the tears flow.....he knew noone would be there to whom he could share his pain....
No one not even nandini.....she also chose to leave him.......that lady was treating him the way he never got treated in past 15 years just cuz of his resemblance with her deceased son.......he had forgotten that gentle touch the motherly care which he had just experienced......that old lady was unable to forget his son who died 5 years ago and on the other side was his mother who never ever cared to look back for even a moment to check whether he was alive or not......his mother was treating him as if he were never present........was it so easy to forget him.......so easy to leave him that the 2 ladies didnt even think for a second b4 doing so......b4 pushing him into the same darkness.....if he had done some mistake they could have punished him but wait they did punish him by giving him the pain of going away from him....the worst punishment for him.......few tears escaped from his eyes as he kept palmimg his face wanting to cry like a kid....wanting someone's shoulder....after few minutes he composed himself and said fine....if they want to stay with me then its okay otherwise they can go away....m happy being alone....I wont go and beg for their company with angry eyes and a wounded heart he made a promise to himself

As soon as he entered the mansion everyone got up from their places

Manik where were u......

Ye koi time hai aane ka

We were so worried for u...tera phone bhi switch off tha

Were the words that filled the lounge as he looked at his frnds who were worried but then it was changing into anger

M sorry....i didnt realize he said without any emotion on his face 

And they all looked at him with confusion.....was he really admitting his mistake already and saying sorry..... STRANGE

Next morning

Manik woke up like a routine and after taking bath went towards wardrobe to select an outfit for himself.......after finding his desired suit for almost 6-7 mins he called the servant thru intercom

Where is my grey suit he said kinda irritated

The servant came forward and started looking into the wardrobe....after 2 3 mins he said remembering that the suit was in laundry and that they forgot to bring it back

Sir aap koi aur suit pehn le.....wo laundry ke liye gya hua hai he said alittle scared

What!!!!.....laundry mein gya hua hai....wapis kisne lana tha use he growled

With a spoiled mood he went to dinning  hall and began eating his breakfast without even greeting his frnds properly......after few minutes he threw the napkin on table after wiping his face as he got up from his chair.....he turned around when dhruv said

Lets sit in lounge abhi said as they all got up from their seats....as soon as they got seated manik asked

Mein bht bura insaan hn i admit but uske liye mera pyaar kbhi bhi fake nhi tha his voice raised as he spoke every word

Aur haan i know wo bht pareshaan hai....i luv her but still i couldnt succeed in making her happy....so i have decided to give her divorce

I know mere ghalti thi mjhe usse Shi trah btana chaiye tha phle but as soon as she left from the house mjhe realize hogya ke i was wrong..mein kal uske paas gya tha usse ghar wapis lane ke liye but u know what....what she said???she said she wants divorce he choked as he said the word divorce and on the other side cabir who was listening to him patiently had his eyes widened at the revelation

She asked me to choose b/w my past and her......yaar uska koi comparison hai....and how can i forget my past.....its a part of my life...if it would be possible to remove my past then i would be the happiest soul to throw it away from me but i cant his voice raised as he looked at cabir with pained expressions

M not happy by sticking to it....u know how much it hurts???....NO...no one can understand from what m going thru....nandini is the only person to whom I can call as my family and she is thinking that she is not imp to me he made a WOW GREAT face and kia kaho mein apne past ke baare mein....mere mom he said with difficulty as he pushed the lump of tears back haaahhhh he sighed loudly she doesnt care even if i die.....forget care and all she would be happy to listen the news of my death his eyes turned red yesterday night an old lady treated me just like her own son just bcz of my resemblance with her deceased son...after fucking 13 years i felt that motherly touch and even that wasn't for me manik said as he fisted his palm

Aur idhar sb ko lgta hai ke mein bht kush hn.....mjhe relationships ki parwah nhi.....yeah right he said as he turned his head to other side breathing heavily

Manikkk cabir called his name softly but manik didnt budge from his place .....turning him towards himself cabir hugged him tightly as he started rubbing his back to calm him down.....he didnt know he was going thru so much....he felt guilty for not asking it earlier....for not stopping them from using harsh words to manik.......

Jitna tha nikal aya manik joked as he broke the hug wiping his lone tears

M mature enough to accept the reality so dont give false hopes man manik said as he got up from bench and yeah dont take tension....m okay.....he said to cabir...the person who was in pain the one who needed support was bucking up the other one
