Manik drove angrily from there while everyone rushed towards manan room where they found a crying nandini holding her legs while sitting on floor.......they went closer to her with tension and navya hugged her rubbing her back while she started crying more and more.........mukti rubbed tears off nandini's eyes and said

Mu: its okay nandini......relax

N: no its not okay......wo naraz hoke gya hai mere se (she said wiping tear of her nose)

N: he was hurt.....i...i disappointed him.....(she hiccuped)

C: nandini relax.....abhi ghussa hai wo...ghussa kam hua to khud hi ghar ajaye ga

N: itna achaw sb kuch chal rha tha i ruined everything..........

Ab: jab tmhe pta tha ke use achaw nhi lgna to phir why u did all that

N: i thought that he luvs his mother but is not ready to admit it.......i just wanted to help him...........(she said mourning over her idiocy)

Ab: u should have told him nandini (he stated the truth as he knew that nandini wouldnt mind his words.....)

N: i know but ab kia karo

Ab: sb theek hojaye ga (he smiled at her) warna hm haina (he spoke affectionately)

Ar: dr nandini sitting here crying is of no use......do sth practical (he said in motivating way)

N: hmmmm okay (wiping her face feeling a little better) she stood up and picked her phone from bed......tapping her finger on the name "HUBBY ❤❤" she pressed her cell phone with ear patiently waiting for him to receive the call..........but after several bells when he didn't pick up the phone she pressed the red button disconnecting the call and her eyes found everyone awaiting for her response....she smiled at them faintly controlling herself and said

N: utha lega call......abhi thora sa ghusse mein hai.........

Scene change

Manik was driving the car aimlessly on road in rash way........after sometime he stopped the car infront of a building.......he went to the roof of building which was secluded and sat there........it was one of his favourite spots where he used to sit alone......when no one was with him to share his pain........it was getting dark and as the sun set it took away the noise and hustle bustle with it also......the peace and serenity started overcoming the uneasinnes in atmosphere......he looked at the surrounding and then at the sky where little stars were shinning trying to enlighten the world....breaking the darkness......conveying the msg that their is a gud thing hidden in the bad phase......he sat there with numb mind unable to think.........few hours ago he was happy......excited to meet her wife but then he was sitting on roof top alone gazing at the stars while he knew the others would be busy in consoling nandini......a sarcastic smile appeared on his lips at the situation as he looked at the stars (his forever frnds) who never left him alone......who were there with him everytime.....who listened to him.....who knew his bad deeds but still they never got angry at him like a human.....he removed his blazer and making a lump of it he placed his head on it lying on the stony ground..........he closed his eyes to escape from the uneasy feeling but nothing happened.......he was missing nandini but at the same time he didn't want to go to her......he opened his eyes in frustation and at the same time ge heard screen flashing the name WIFEY 😍😍 .......he turned his head to other side ignoring the call.....he knew that if he would pick up the call........he would say sth in anger and offcourse he didnt want that.....

Manik's pov

Why she did that???? (His mind screamed) why...why.....why........(the mobile roared again flashing her name.....this time he cut the call turning off the volume) doesnt she luv me enough.........she met that lady who ruined me completely........(but then all their happy moments roamed in his mind........the sparkle in her eyes came in his mind......those eyes were not of the cheater) his heart screamed.... he was angry that she didnt tell him......she could have told him about her thoughts...he told her everything about his life and on the other hand she couldnt even inform him about her decisions....and the main reason behind his anger was that she went to meet those people who were never his well wishers....they could have done sth to her but no she had to do that.....bcz he was dumb and she was so intelligent (he thought angrily)

He stood up picking some stones from the roof and threw them away with all his force removing his anger on the poor stones......he picked up his phone and saw several missed calls from nandini, cabir and mukti........mukti again called him and this time he picked up the call knowing that they wouldn't let him in peace if he would continue ignoring their calls......he picked up the call but kept quiet.....on the other side of phone they could listen his heavy breaths

Mu: manik kha hai to (she literally screamed)

Ma: yhi hn (low tone causing nandini's breath to hitch listening to his voice......she wanted to hug him and say sorry)

Mu: khan idhar hai (she raored in anger)

Ma: zinda hn mein.....itni tension na lo (he said rolling his eyes....while he heard nandini's sob in background)

N: m sorry manik

Manik cut the call without answering while his mind screamed jhoot as a reply thinking that she wasnt sorry at all.......she was saying all this bcz he got to know about it otherwise she would never even feel guilty about it

They both spent a sleepless night as they were too addicted to sleep in eachother's arms.......at one moment he wanted to end up this drama and just hug her and sleep in her lap but his mind became the hurdle...who wasnt ready to forgive her so easily for doing such act........as his mind started thinking about the possibilities
that could have happened bcz of her carelessness.....even she ignored manik's advice to stay away from them......he wasnt expecting that from her

The sun rays caused him to open his eyes and he placed his hand infront of his eyes to stop the powerful rays from blinding his eyesight........he got up and from there only he left for office in that creased shirt and pants covered with dirt........he reached office and asked the guards to open the office and he sighed knowing that their was no one in the office to look at his condition........he sat on his chair and placed his head on the headrest.....at around 7 his door opened and yash appeared from the door.....manik got up from his seat in respect......he was a little embarssed at his untidy condition........yash placed his hand on manik's shoulder saying

Ya: i know u havent eaten anything from yesterday.......(manik bowed his head down) and look at ur condition manik (he scolded him like a dad)

Manik said nothing just ruffled his messy hair roughly

Ya: come with me (grabbing her elbow he pulled him )

They were sitting on cafe and yash ordered some juice and sandwiches for manik......

Manik didnt even touch them and kept staring at the table

Ya: manik bache start eating (he said softly)

Ma: dad....(he was cut by yash)

Ya: dad mjhe bhook nhi (manik looked at her with shocked eyes)  yhi khna tha na tmne........ I know tmhe bhook nhi but mere liye kha lo thora sa (patting his shoulder)

Manik was still reluctant but then yash said

Ya: nandini ne breakfast kar lia hai manik...(he spoke what manik wanted to hear)

Manik quietly picked up the glass and fused his lips with the glass gulping a sip difficulty......it was the first day they were eating without eachother......manik took few bites and pushed the tray and stood up

Ya: jao ghar jake rest karo.......apna ghar nhi chorte is trah (his voice full of luv)

Manik nodded and left from there after hugging yash

Manik arrived at his house but went straight to his study room and rested on the chair while on the other side nandini made herself busy in hospital duty

At around 3pm she entered the house all exhausted and servant informed her about manik's arrival.....a new wave of energy hit her and she changed her clothes after asking the servant to set dinning table for them........she peeked inside the study room to find him sitting on a rolling chair with his feet resting on other.....laptop in his lap and with glasses on looking at the laptop screen working in the previous day's attire......he didnt even go to his room to change......it pricked her heart badly but still she put a cover on her face and went towards him with a happy face and cheering voice.....manik scanned her face for a moment and then went back to his work with a stoic face

N: come manik....lets have lunch

Ma: m not hungry (in a low tone with eyes focussed on screen)

N: but mjhe to bhook lge hai na (she said cutely holding his hand)

Ma: u r not a kid....u can eat on ur own...(removing her hand from his he stood up to leave from there)

N: manik plzz m sorry (holding his hand again)

Ma: hmmm......(with this he went away shutting the door loudly)

He went downstairs and saw buttlers setting the table.....he was at the door when he turned and called the buttler

Ma: nandini uper hai mere study mein......uske liye lunch leke jao and yeah use ye nhi btana ke mene tmhe kha hai (with this he exited from the door)

Even if he was angry but still he was not ready to risk her health

Manik is still angry......😕😕😕

Some of u were angry saying he is being impulsive but guys in my opinion its natural....look we cant even bear our frnd talking to someone we don't like and here she is his better half.....his only family and he told her everything but she went to meet the lady which is responsible for his bad past.......off course he wouldn't be happy seeing that......and see he still cares for her.....he is not talking to her bcz he knows that he will end up saying sth in anger.......
