Nandini came out of washroom and sat besides manik who was sleeping on his stomach..only the sight of him made her smile.....she moved her hand in his hair removing them from his forehead..........she then kissed his nose and then his right cheek.......

N: manik (her voice sweet like a honey)

Ma: hmmmm......neend arhi (adjusting his head on her lap while she roamed her hand in his silky long hair)

N: raat ko neend nhi arhi Thi tmhe.....now get up tmhe office jana hai aur mjhe bhi hospital jana hai

Ma: ohhhkkkk uthta mein (he stirred but then closed his eyes going back to sleep)

Ma: (after 5 mins) uth gya mein.........(he sat on his legs with faces facing eachother...........)

He smiled at her (a sleepy one) which she responded.........he moved closer and pecked her lips b4 climbing off the bed and going to washroom.........she got up smiling brightly and placed manik's clothes on bed, then she started arranging the bed sheets and placing other things on their proper places when manik came out of washroom with the towel around his neck from which he was wiping his wet hair......he looked at her and said

Ma: kitni dfa kha hai u dont need to do such things......servants haina (holding her waist)

N: but ye mera ghar hai manik......i feel happy in doing such small things  (he smiled at her words)

Ma: of course its ur house but remember one thing.....u r not allowed to stress urself (kissing her cheek)

After changing his clothes he stood infront of her handing her his tie..........she moved her leg to drag the stool but he kicked it away further and said

Ma: mein kis kaam ke liye hn (he winked and then picked her up hugging her close to him and she smiled at him while shaking her head)

She tied the knot of tie and after 2 3 minutes moved an inch away from him to examine her work and feeling satistfied she smiled at him gesturing him to leave her......

They did breakfast with their frnds and then manan were alone in the dinning area when manik took out all the money he had in wallet and forwarded her towards nandini

Ma: ye lo nandini

N: ye kia hai (with plane face)

Ma: paise hai (he joked while smiling) its the start of month so..........

N: but I have money.....(sharp voice)

Ma: I know tm khud job karte ho......tmhe mere paiso ki zaroorat nhi but nandini m ur husband......u r my responsibility and its ur right......(holding her hand he placed the money on her hand)

A drop of tear fell from her eye at his act and she bowed her head so that he couldn't see her crying.........he held her chin and raised her head.....he rubbed his thumb on her eye

Ma: tm ro kyon rhi ho

Nandini just shook her head in no.......

Ma: tm is waja se ro rhi ke mene tmhe paise die.......dont tell me

N: I never thought my life would be this beautiful.........i never thought that i would find someone like u (her tears started flowing continuously)

Ma: u r my everything yaar......jo mera hai wo tmhara hai......u r my only family......(kissing her hair)

N: i luv u i luv u so so much (she hugged him tight while he smiled b4 settling his head on her shoulder)

They got disturbed by cabir's irritating voice

C: manikk....m finding u in the whole house and u r here......chal ab office chal u have to drop me too (dragging him)

Manik stopped and passed a smile at her while freeing his hand from cabir's grip

C: bs chale ab joru ka ghulam agar aap ka hogya ho (lip pressed smile)

Ma: 1 to tu jaan ka azaab hai.......pta nhi kis gunah ke bdle tere dosti mile mjhe (he glared while punching him)

They went to their respective works.....at around 3 pm nandini left from hospital to meet nyonika .......she reached cafe and started waiting for her impatiently while tapping her fingers on table anxiously  .........someone tapped her shoulder causing her to look at that direction immediately and there stood a lady looking gorgeous in saari with little makeup......nandini looked at her eyes to find her disturbed.......she gestured her to sit and started examining her facial expressions...........sweat beads on her forehead made nandini offer nyonika a glass of water........she gulped it in one go and then nandini finally spoke looking at her

N: why u did that

Ny: what ?????

N: manikk (a glint of hatred appeared in her eyes and all the events which manik had told her roamed in front of her eyes)

Ny: kia kia mene (avoiding eye contact)

N: seriously........u spoiled his life and u r saying ke mene kia kia (voicing every word with gritted teeth)

Ny: its none of ur business.........

N: it is my business (she growled in low voice making nyonika shudder) wo mera husband hai.........u know ke uspe kitna bura effect para hai is sab ki waja se.......

Nyonika blinked her eyes lowering her head to avoid tears from slipping out of her eyes and it went unnoticed by nandini.......

Ny: manik ko pta hai ke tm yaha ho???? (She questioned back with confidence)

Nandini was taken aback at sudden question and she stuttered while saying

N: mein.....mein use bta dnge (she spoke gaining her confidence)

Aur agar isse phle kisi aur trah se usse pta chal jaye a voice spoke from back .......nandini turned immediately in fear to find a man wearing a cap and covering his face with a muffler showing her the pics he had just clicked which were clearly showing nandini with nyonika........nandini and nyonika's face turned pale at his words and nandini was about to say sth when that person went away and nyonika followed him.....while nandini sat on chair holding her head

Scene change

Manik grabbed her car keys and went to parking area whisteling.....he was happy and excited at the thought of meeting nandini........he also bought bouquet on his way for his beloved wife...........his car stopped at signal and he was looking here and there tapping his fingers in rhythm when his phone beeped ........his screen flashed showing some msgs from WhatsApp........he thought to check it later......after few minutes the car stopped at the parking area of his mansion.....he turned off the engine and picked up his cell phone to check the msgs......

Their were pictures of nandini with nyonika and a voice note.......he pressed the start button

Voice note: hello brother how r u.......i know  u want to throw ur phone away but i think u wont do it now as u have seen those pics........yaar tune apne bv ko uski MIL se nhi milaya jo use khud milna para...tch tch tch....u knew about it naa that she was going to meet her????? Wese manik sochne ki baat hai ke aise kia baat hogye jisse ki waja se tere bv ko mom se milna para.....us aurat (woman) se jisne tere baap ki death ke baad dusri shaadi(second marraige) kar le......tera soche bghar (his voice dripping with sarcasm......he was purposely saying those things to refresh his unhealed wounds) wese manik tere kismat (fate) mein 1 trust-worthy women hai hi nhi (he laughed while manik gripped the steering tightly)

His eyes turned bright red in anger as he gazed at those pics ......he in anger came out of car and took long strides to reach the main door.....he opened the door and saw everyone laughing.....his eyes roamed in entire room as he saw nandini bending down laughing while manik stay rooted at his place......everyone looked at manik who was looking at nandini with disgusting expression.......nandini stopped laughing and looked at him

N: manik agye tm (faking a smile thinking that he might got to know about the meeting)

Manik said nothing just rushed towards her and grabbed her wrist in tight grip dragging her with him......their frnds tried to stop them but manik showed them his hand and stopped walking when they reached their room......he closed the door with a loud sound making her flinch......he turned towards her and said

Ma: where were u

N: (thinking that only a lie could save her) hosp.......

Ma: DON'T (coming dangerously close to her) jhoot mat bolna

N: manik....... I ...(holding his hand which he freed immediately from her grip)..I can explain

Ma: yes u can explain (he shouted throwing glass vase on floor few inches from the spot from where she was standing causing her to palm her ears in fear)

N: manikkkk plzzz (she said in crying tone moving towards him)

Ma: no...... no (moving back) u disappointed me (hurtful expressions flashed in his eyes b4 they went back to expressionless)

Ma: i gave u everything......told u everything....... i thought i would have a beautiful life ahead but bhool gya tha ke mere jese logo ki kismet mein ye sab nhi hota (he smiled sarcastically b4 leaving the room and going away leaving a crying nandini behind)

Everyone tried to stop him but he went away without answering to their shouts........nandini thru the window of their room saw him reaching the parking lot and he opened the car and grabbed sth......nandini wiped her tears looking at him............their was bouquet in his hands probably he brought it for her (she thought and her heart ached at the thought) he thru the parking area looked towards their room and then the bouquet in his hands b4 dropping it on the ground and crushing the petals with his shoe and nandini felt that someone had crushed her heart too with the petals.......she sobbed placing hand on her mouth while moving away from window.........and manik also wiped a lone tear off his eye looking thru the wind screen
