As soon as he opened the door he saw nyonika standing there with pale face and manik got a big shock finding her there......the world stopped for him and he didnt know how to react he was just staring at his mother who felt immense love for him which made her take a step forward

Manik she sounded desperate and her voice had longing for him....opening her hands she was about to hug him when he all of sudden came out of shock and took a step back in haste and mumbled NAHII he said as he really didnt want to fall into trap again while nyonika just stared at her empty hands in air and her eyes went teary

U will regret it her anger wasn't coming to an end and manik who was taking steps towards the bedroom door stopped and nodded his head completely agreeing to her but dont worry u wont be asked to share the burden...I will bear it all alone and for the first time during their conversation nandini felt sth other than anger.....she felt like her heart drowned as she heard those words and she looked at him......she invested so much time and energy to come to a point where manik started sharing things with her and she again made him feel like he shouldn't be sharing anything with anyone and with this he went to make coffee for himself.....grabbing a mug he added few drops of water and some coffee beans on it....instead of using coffee blender he started blending it with spoon and the loud clinking sound produced by the hit of spoon with mug edges told the level of his anger........it increased and increased as he swung the spoon inside mug with plain face.........after 15 minutes of continuous blending the coffee with spoon he got the frothy coffee....slamming the mug on kitchen counter he looked for saucepan and finally spotted him......pouring some milk in he waited for it to boil with poker face.....he was waiting when phone inside his jeans pocket vibrated and he drew it out and saw mukti and cabir videocalling him.....he rubbed his face to make it normal and answered the call

Aur Kia karo he asked enjoying her state.....nandini raised her hand and caressed his cheek.......she then tiptoed and kissed his cheeks.....manik supported her back with his arm and pulled her closer

Exhaling a deep breath manik thought to focus on his toast.....picking it from basket he asked nandini to pass butter when nyonika said manik ur favourite kheer she placed the bowl infront of manik and manik's nose flared as he gave an angry stare to all the food items present at the table.....slamming the knife angrily on plate he looked at nyonika and asked I told u not to do this......why r u doing it

Bas kar de.... he said in irritated tone and nyonika had nothing to say....she just stared at his face with hurt expressions as she was awake from 4 in the morning to prepare his favourite dishes and he was returning the favour like that

Aur mein apna bura waqt nhi bhoolta......cuz usi waja se to mjhe logo ke true colours nazar aye hai he said rudely as he picked his wallet from table and walked out and nandini ran behind him with toast in her hand.....she tried to follow him but she couldnt match his haste steps taken towards the car and she saw him dismissing the servant as he took car keys from him and drove the car in speed out of mansion.......she really got sad as manik went away without having breakfast on his very first day of office........passively she went to sit on chair again and looked at the table which had every possible breakfast thing in menu but still he went away hungry

Mahesh ye lejao.....sare servants mein distribute kar dena nyonika's voice brought nandini of her thoughts and she raised her head to find her cleaning the table......nandini focused at her face to find any emotion but found it plain

Manik oh the other hand was out in parking area of his office.....pulling the key from ignition he opened his side of door and drew his one foot out of car.......but then turned around as he forgot to take his phone......he picked the phone and clicked the home button to show some message notification and he remembered his phone ringed while he was driving.....he pulled his foot back inside car as he sat in relaxed position and opened the phone......his one eyebrow raised in surprise as he read text sent by nandini

Reached office he texted her and then got down from car taking slow strides towards the building........as he entered the lift two lines of frown that were there on his forehead disappeared and a small smile appeared on his lips as he remembered her text......

Their day went with nandini busy in hospital and manik trying to focus on his office work and forget what happened at breakfast table but the things in office were so messed up too as some of the very important projects were kept pending......he was irritated and angry and took it out on several people but still anger couldn't make things right......arranging an emergency meeting he discussed about the projects and assigned tasks one by one.....in all that he forgot to eat or drink sth and as he got free from meeting he came in office with throbbing heabache.......he messaged his temple throwing himself on his chair and closed his eyes.......few minutes passed by but massaging didnt help so he ordered coffee for himself as he had no time to pamper himself and think about the headache when he had so much work to do.......after that he threw his both hands in his lap and closed his eyes when the sound of door opening made him look at the door

Tm he said sitting straight on chair as he saw nandini carrying packages of food and placing them on table

Hi she said in chirpy tone flashing a big smile

Hmmm....hey manik mumbled getting up from chair but the moment he raised himself a little he experienced increased pain which made him bite his lower lip and reciprocated with a small smile

Are u okay she felt something wrong with him that's why she went closer to him and placed hand on his arm

Yeah yeah m okay he said having a wider smile to not make her worry

U r not she said with worried expressions but seeing the same calm face she took steps away from him still looking at him with concerned face tm sach bol rhe ho haina she asked and manik nodded his head and patted her cheek theek ho mein.....pareshaan na ho they both were standing when the door knocked

Come in manik said as he sat on sofa and a peon came with coffee....he placed coffee on table and was about to go when nandini said

Ye abhi le jaye.....coffee lunch ke baad piye ge hm and peon looked at manik to get his permission who gestured him to do as nandini said although he badly wanted coffee at that moment

Too much coffee isn't good....I know kuch khaya bhi nhi hoga tmne.....ulcers hojane isi trah karte rhe to nandini said dishing out food for them and manik rolled his eyes at her mjhe yakeen hai kuch time baad tmne mjhe khna hai manik tm breathe bhi zayda time kar rhe....sb kuch band kar do tm mera his irritated tone made her laugh

Wife hn to mein tmhare she flaunted

Hn to mein bhi bechara shohar manik said with a bechara face......

What do u wanna have nandini asked and dished out food for him......giving him plate she served herself some and sat closer to him and they both enjoyed the food

How did u get free early manik asked chewing food

I have to go back.....I knew u like a baby would throw so much tantrums if on I would have asked u to have lunch on so I just came here with food she said and manik showed his teeth thnku , and yeah work load is too much

They ate their lunch and after that nandini went to stand behind manik.......she placed hand on his shoulders pressing them to pull him back

Close your eyes and relax she said as she caressed his forehead gently

It's okay nandini he said as he placed hand on her hand which was massaging her temple

Close ur eyes she stressed as she pressed his scalp and manik relaxed under her gentle touch........her fingers did much though it didnt relieve pain but it did release  the tension in his mind

Thakk jao ge nandini manik said

M already sitting on stool manik she said gripping his sides of head tightly as she said in warning tone to not talk further and manik went quiet.....nandini applied some pressure on his pressure points to relieve the stress.........manik felt alot better than before and he raised his both hands and placed them on nandini's......grabbing her hands he dropped them on his face so her hands were covering his face fully and manik relaxed while nandini just stared at him with amazement of what he was doing

It feels like headache never existed he mumbled and nandini smiled as her fingers caressed the small skin of his cheeks......later he pulled her hand making her lean above him from back....he kept pulling her till she rested her cheeks on his and she rubbed her cheeks over his while manik gingerly kissed her palm and they stayed like this with nandini's face resting on manik's and her hand entwined with manik's and their eyes were closed as they enjoyed each other's presence
