You let out a whistle as you looked around at the progress being made within the dead Celestial.
It was a whole week since you and your team saved the entire world. No big deal.
Y/N: You know, you didn't have to do all of this.
You looked at the man responsible for all the improvements and construction.
T'Challa: After you saved Wakanda, it is the least I could do.
You smiled. After the fight against the Final Host, T'Challa was the first to show up and congratulate you on your victory. Victor and Bobbi were actually quite shocked by the sight of your new headquarters after they returned from their meeting turned mission with Fury.
And, to show his gratitude for you all defeating the Final Host and stopping the Horde, T'Challa agreed to have some of his best to work to make the dead Celestial livable.
Y/N: So, how many rooms does this place have?
T'Challa chucked.
T'Challa: What you see around you is the desiccated, armored corpse of an alpha Celestial. It did not come with rooms. Only ventricles and cavities.
You nodded.
Y/N: So, no hot tub?
T'Challa placed a hand on your shoulder as you both walked along the halls. Wakandan drones worked at striping away the extra metal which you would be using to fix the houses and buildings destroyed in Burns during the fight.
T'Challa: The finest architects in Waknanda have been working for days with our best technicians in order to turn this corpse into a base for the Strikers. I suppose I could install a hot tub.
Y/N: Dope! You're the best, your highness.
T'Challa: Nonsense. You saved the world. I'm just making you comfortable.
He stopped and showed you a monitor on the wall.
T'Challa: The entire base has a total of 45 floors. You are now equipped with a medical wing, apartment sized bedrooms, training facilities, and some more fun rooms for your enjoyment.
You looked at the monitor with wide eyes.
Y/N: Movie theater? Game room? VR room? Bowling?! This is a lot.
T'Challa: Enjoy it. Now, do you know where Tandy Bowmen is?
You nodded.
Y/N: She wanted Bobbi to take a look at her. Evee since our fight with the Final Host, she's been feeling weird. Probably using that sick new hospital wing.
----------
Bobbi: You're right, Tandy. You are definitely different.
Tandy laid on the table as Bobbi ran the scans on her body. She had been feeling almost, sick. But also surprisingly powerful. More so than she had ever felt.
Tandy: Great. Good to know I'm not crazy. Now get to the point when you tell me I'm dying.
Bobbi looked at the scans. These were better than anything SHIELD had. She was honestly jealous.
Bobbi: Wish it was that easy, kid. Looks like your powers are evolving.
Tandy sat up and began to pull her shirt back on while Bobbi rubbed her chin.
Bobbi: It looks like you have more of that lightforce thing building up in you. It looks like you could use it to....do something new.
She turned back to the girl as she finished buttoning up her shirt. She walked over and looked at the scans. She raised a brow confused before she smiled.
Tandy: So, maybe this will be a new power?
Y/N: New power? Nice.
The two turned around and found you walking in with T'Challa. You lifted a hand as a greeting as Tandy smiled.
Bobbi: Hello, your majesty. Nice of you to visit us.
T'Challa: It is good to see you again, Bobbi.
You walked over to Tandy.
Y/N: So, new power? What is it?
Tandy shrugged.
Tandy: I'll have to test it out. Maybe we can do that? In the training area?
You smiled a bit.
Y/N: Yeah. Sure. Sounds fun.
The two of you stood there for a moment looking at each other. Bobbi cleared her throat causing you both to look at her with red cheeks.
Right. They were still there.
Y/N: Uh, are you guys done here or can we....
Bobbi: Go ahead. We'll do a follow up soon.
Tandy nodded in thanks and the two of you left the room. T'Challa laughed slightly.
T'Challa: The happiness of youth.

Laura and Robbie walked through the lower levels of the new base. The glass allowed a view of the ocean floor. A whale swam by as the two young heroes walked.
Laura: So, Kate was pretty excited that you actually texted her.
Robbie: Hm. Why?
Laura just shrugged.
Laura: She's been trying to get your number out of me for weeks now.
Robbie: Of course she has. Well, she seems cool. She kept sending me pictures of dogs.
Laura: She does like dogs.
The two walked a bit more before they stopped to watch the sea life. It was a peaceful sight. Hauntingly peaceful.
Laura: So, you gonna talk about what happened?
Robbie looked at her confused.
Robbie: What do you mean?
Laura: When you fell under that trance. What happened? You were just rambling on.
Robbie sighed before he shook his head.
Robbie: Just.....I had a lot going on. When the horde got into the Celestial, I saw things. I heard them talk. They called me a failure for not being able to save Gabe.
Laura placed a hand on his shoulder as he pinched the bridge of his nose.
Robbie: Even now, I can't cry about it. I tried, but I just can't. The hell is wrong with me?
Laura rubbed his shoulder as he sighed.
Laura: Nothing is wrong with you, Rob. People cope with things differently. Crying just isn't your thing.
Robbie: Maybe. Who knows?
Laura: I would say no one. I mean, look at our lives. Does anyone actually ever know what's going on around here?
Robbie laughed a bit.
Robbie: No. No we don't.

Tyrone was walking down the hall when he felt something. He stopped and looked around.
That was a lot of magical energy flying through the halls. He turned around and walked to follow the trail. What was going on?
He stopped in front of one of the new rooms. He opened the door and stepped in to find a rather strange sight.
Wanda and Amora were both mediating while facing each other. They were both hovering over the ground while red and green energy surrounded them.
It was....intense.
Tyrone just took a step back and closed the door.
Tyrone: Hell no.
He turned and walked away.

Doreen happily swung around the new gym while Molly practice with Victor. He had her attacking him while he blocked and dodged her. Toxin was off to the side cheering her on.
Toxin: Go Molly! And Grandpa!
Molly threw another kick but Victor blocked it again.
Victor: That was good. Give it another go.
Molly nodded and got back into her stance. Victor held up his hands and Molly moved to attack again. After a while, Victor gave her a break.
As he wiped his face with a towel, he spotted you and Tandy sitting to the side. You held a tablet and showed her the scans you took while she was practicing with her powers.
The way you sat by her and the way she leaned towards you raised his interest. To his knowledge, you weren't seeing anyone.
Then again, he never really asked.
Actually, he never really asked about a lot of things.
He himself never had a good father figure until he was a grown man. Even then, he never had a bond like a son and father would have.
Y/N: So, it seems like you have this energy building up. Maybe we could try to release it.
You looked up to see that Tandy was closer to you. She was looking at the tablet before she realized you stopped talking.
She looked up and saw how close she was, but she didn't make an attempt to move. Instead, she moved a bit closer.
Tandy: Yeah. We could give that a try.
You both looked at each other for a moment before you moved a bit closer as well.
Y/N: Then, why don't we.....
Victor: Y/N.
You both sat up at the deep voice of your father. Victor walked towards you.
Victor: Do you think we could....talk?
You looked at him for a moment before you looked at Tandy. You really wanted to know what this new power was. And...to spend more time with her. You sighed as you stood up and set the tablet down.
Y/N: Sure.
You turned to Tandy.
Y/N: I'll be back in a bit.
Tandy nodded and you followed Victor out of the room. Tandy sighed before she leaned forward and rested her head on her palm.
Doreen: Hey, buddy.
Tandy looked up to see Doreen was hanging upside down from the monkey bars overhead. She jumped down and landed perfectly in front of her.
Tandy: Nothing.
Doreen: Hm. Seems like boy troubles to me.
Tandy raised a brow.
Doreen: Monkey Joe told me.
Tandy just looked at her confused. Suddenly a squirrel popped up on her shoulder.
Doreen: This is Monkey Joe. Tippy Toe is running around somewhere near here.
Tandy: Wait. Can you talk to squirrels?
Doreen: Yep! I also have knuckle spikes. And my lips taste like nutmeg. Feel free to give it a try.
Tandy looked at her oddly. She was curious, but....no. Maybe? No. Well.......no.
Tandy leaned forward and quickly gave her a peak on the lips. She pulled back and raised a brow. It really did taste like nutmeg.
Doreen: Oh, come on. No need to be shy. Get in there!
She grabbed Tandy and pulled her in for a longer kiss. Tandy's eyes went wide but she found herself unable to fight off Doreen's gasp. Toxin happened to look over and spotted them.
Toxin: This stirs something inside of me.

You leaned against the porch railing while Victor popped open a bottle of beer.
Victor: The days out here are longer. Nicer.
You nodded.
Y/N: Yeah. So, what's up? Did you need something?
Victor shook his head.
Victor: I just wanted to....talk. See how everything was going and what not.
You raised a brow confused.
Y/N: You want to...talk? Why?
Victor: Well.......cause I care?
You looked at him confused.
Victor: So, uh, you and that Tandy girl. What's up with that?
You stared at him for a moment.
Y/N: What is this?
Victor: What?
Y/N: This. Why are you talking go me about this? Since when do you care?
Victor shrugged.
Victor: I just...we never really talk about these things.
You nodded.
Y/N: Yeah. Sure. What about you and Bobbi?
Victor suddenly shot you a look.
Victor: We're not...what does it even matter? What I do and with who is none of your business.
Y/N: And what I do with who is none of yours.
Victor: I'm your father.
Y/N: And I didn't need you worrying about me for the first 16 years of my life.
Victor crossed his arms.
Victor: You think I wanted to leave you behind? I didn't even know you were alive.
Y/N: Not like you even bothered to look. How about you stick with being a mentor? I already had a parent figure.
You turned away and headed back into the mansion. Victor stood there on his own for a moment before he lowered his head. He leaned against the rail just as T'Challa and Bobbi walked out.
T'Challa: Mr. Creed. I shall be on my way now. I hope that we can meet again soon.
He held out a hand but Victor just grunted before he took a drink. T'Challa just nodded and headed off toward the ship that would take him back to Wakanda.
Bobbi waved before she turned to Victor.
Bobbi: What's up with you, Grumpy Pants?
Victor grunted again before he stood up.
Victor: I'm a terrible father. Did you know that the kids think me and you are a thing?
Bobbi: Yeah. Wanda already asked me about it. I mean, me and you? Yikes.
Victor didn't laugh. Bobbi noticed this and sighed. She threw an arm around his shoulder, having to stand on her tippy toes to do so, and took his beer.
Bobbi: Come on. Let's go get wasted at the Blue Oyster. That'd cheer you up.
Victor grunted as Bobbi lead him towards the truck.
--------------
You headed through the manor before you reached the entrance to the new base. Yep. It was connected via a massive fucking hole in the wall.
You got on the elevator and hit the button to head up. Maybe you and Tandy can try out that new power. You reached the right floor and stepped out. However, you found Tandy running down the hall.
Tandy: Y/N, help me!
You took a step back as she reached you. She hid behind you before you found Doreen turn the corner and leap on the wall. She leaped from wall to wall as Tandy gripped your shirt.
Y/N: What's going on?!
Tandy: She's trying to kiss me again!
Y/N: What?!
Doreen: Give me kisses!
She suddenly tackled you and Tandy into the elevator. Tandy then did something she wasn't even trying to do.
She grabbed you, and you were both suddenly speeding through the hall. You stopped a few feet away where you both crashed go the ground.
Doreen: Uh, what?
She jumped up and turned to Tandy.
Doreem: You have super speed?!
Tandy looked at her hand to see that it was seemingly phasing around before it stopped. She stood up as did you.
Y/N: Super speed?
Tandy: What are you........
She took a step forward, but all you saw was a flash of white. Tandy was suddenly a few feet away, right in front of Doreen.
Doreen: I knew you couldn't resist me. Come here!
She grabbed Tandy and kissed her. Your eyes went wide as you watched Tandy try to escape Doreen's hold.
Tandy: Mmh! Mmh....mmmm~
She eventually gave up and allowed Doreen to have her way, which made the odd girl smile.
You just stood there.
Y/N: This stirs something inside of me.
Doreen eventually let go of Tandy, who dropped to her knees. Doreen then lifted a finger to her lips.
Doreen: Heh. I love that power.
Y/N: P-Power?
Doreen: My lips taste like nutmeg. Everyone loves nutmeg.
You raised a brow confused.
Y/N: What the hell is nutmeg?
Doreen looked at you to see if you were joking. You were dead serious. She then smirked.
Doreen: Why don't I show you~
She began to creep towards you which made you step back. You raised your hands as she got closer.
Y/N: Now, Doreen. Think about this. You don't want to do this.
Doreen: Oh, yes I do.
She leaped up and pounced on you. Now trapped on the ground, Doreen leaned down towards your face.
Doreen: Pucker up, hero~
Y/N: Dor...
She suddenly placed her lips on yours. You struggled slightly.
Y/N: Mmh! Mmh?
Holy hell. Her lips were actually really sweet. It was good. No wonder Tandy gave up in fighting her.
You even gave in ad Doreen deepened the kiss.
Tyrone left the gym and walked out into the hall. He stopped when he found Tandy in a daze, and Doreen kissing you.
He then turned around and went the other way.
Tyrone: Hell no.
New base, new members, and new powers.
Things were looking up.
Bang!
The monster cried out before it fell over, dead. It's killer stepped over it and continued on her way.
???: Bloody beasts.
She placed her rifle on her shoulder and looked out at the massive spiral in the center of this world. More ancient evils flew around and called this place home. No matter.
Hunting monsters was in her blood.
???: Another day, another hunt.
She smiled as she hummed. She walked forward as the many creatures screamed.
This place is a plain of existence simply known by a single letter.
