Monster!

Monster had went on a solo mission to find and return all of the stolen goods with the help of the Black Cat. However, he was betrayed and left alone. Meanwhile, he had sent his team out on two separate missions. One mission was lead by Wolverine, Laura, in an attempt to investigate a mysterious fog.

The Inhuman royal family arrived to handle the situation, but the Strikers never back down.

Strikers: Monster, Cloak, Dagger, Wolverine, Toxin, Bruiser, Bloodstone

Inhumans: Black Bolt, Medusa, Gorgon, Karnak, Crystal, Lockjaw, Seeker

Tandy was helping with the evacuation when she heard something overhead. She looked up to see that it was actually you flying down. You landed and she noticed that you had your gear on. You also had a bag.

Tandy: Y/N? What are you doing here? I thought that you were helping out with the stuff that went missing.

You nodded. You set the bag down and opened it up.

Y/N: I got it all back. Kinda.

You showed her all of the Striker's gear that was taken. She smiled, but she quickly noticed the look on your face.

Tandy: What happened?

You just shook your head as you stood back up.

Y/N: It's...nothing.

You walked over to her and took off your mask. You kissed her cheek as everyone came over to you.

Laura: Look who finally decided to show up. What took you so long?

You were shot in the face by your former friend and first love.

Y/N: Complications.

Elsa: My baby!

She grabbed her necklace and quickly put it on. You all noticed that it seemed to glow a bit when she did.

Toxin: I'm here, too!

Toxin appeared on your shoulder and raised his tendrils up. Molly happily took him back and the two partners were reunited.

Y/N: Everyone else's stuff is back at the tower. I just figured I would stop by here first to see how everything was going.

Tyrone: Well, we responded to that distress call. But, uh, looks like we weren't really needed.

He signaled to the town where you found the Inhumans working to keep the alpha primitives at bay. You spotted Black Bolt and found your eyes grow wider.

He was one of the original Strikers. He worked with your mom and dad. What was he doing here?

Y/N: Uh, what's going on here?

Laura: I'll catch you up to speed. Basically we responded to the call, but it turns out that those creatures were created by the inhumans. Their ship crashed and they ended up escaping into the town.

Y/N: And they started to attack?

Molly: Ms. Medusa said that they're normally not this mean.

Toxin: Let's break them!

Y/N: Ah, Let's hold out on that. What's that smell?

Laura: Terrigen Mist.

Right. It kinda smelt like Kamala. She was an Inhuman, right? However, there was something else.

Laura: You smell it too?

You nodded. Alone wit that familiar smell, you smelt something else laced with it. It almost smelt like copper or rusty steel.

Elsa: I had scanned the gas that Tyrone absorbed. There's some kind of unknown chemical compound in the gas.

Tandy: Mystery chemical might what's driving those clones into a frenzy.

Seeker: Contaminated Terrigen could indeed be responsibility for the alpha primitives behavior.

Lockjaw sniffed the scene as you looked back to the Royal Family. He jumped on a piece of rubble that fell over and revealed two alpha primitives. They both ran away.

Molly: Careful, pup!

Lockjaw: <Whine>

Seeker: A concentrated sample of Terrigen crystal would certainly calm down the primitives. If I weren't needed here, I could return to Attilan and get some.

Laura and you looked at each other. Well, he did say that it would help. Plus you wouldn't be in the Inhumans' way.

Y/N: We could go and get it.

Lockjaw walked over to you and sat down.

Lockjaw: <Woof!>

Seeker: It is of the utmost necessity, my lord.

Tandy leaned over to Tyrone.

Tandy: Even the dog is royalty?

Tyrone just shrugged.

Seeker turned back to you and reached into his coat. He pulled something out and handed it to you.

Seeker: Take this key. It grants you permission to venture anywhere within Attilan.

You took the key and looked at it. It was surprisingly light. Lockjaw sat down next to you.

Seeker: Simply grab a hold of his majesty.

You and Tandy looked at each other and shrugged. You both grabbed a hold of him.

Y/N: Okay. What now....

The dog suddenly began to glow and just like that, the three of you were gone. Everyone looked at the spot you once where then to the Seeker.

You and Tandy were suddenly in the center of the flying city, Attilan. However, you were both on your hands and knees.

Y/N: Why is every form of teleportaion so sickening?

Tandy: Oh, god.

Lockjaw simply tried to scratch his ear. You both got up and looked around before you noticed the building in front of you. You looked at the symbols and easily translated them.

Y/N: This seems to be the Science Center of Attilan. I'm guessing the crystals are inside.

Tandy nodded and you both started towards the building. Lockjaw went to follow, but he suddenly started to whimper, causing you both to stop and turn around.

Tandy: What is it, boy?

Lockjaw began to lick his paw. Must have hurt himself when he knocked down that piece of rubble earlier. You walked over to the dog and smiled.

Y/N: Alright. I'll carry you. But Molly did say to be careful.

You picked the dog up, just as armed guards showed up. You and Tandy both took a step back as they aimed their guns at you.

Guard: Outsiders. And they've captured Lockjaw! Release him! Now!

Tandy looked at you as you awkwardly smiled. You slowly started to set the dog down.

Y/N: Now, this is all just a misunderstanding. We're not...

However, you had set Lockjaw down on his hurt foot. He started to whimper, and you froze.

Guard: He's torturing Lord Lockjaw!

You quickly reached back and grabbed the key that the Seeker gave you.

Y/N: Wait! I'm just here for...

You presented the key, only for it to be destroyed. You and Tandy watched as the green dust rose from your hand.

Y/N: Oh, shit.

The guards opened fire, and you and Tandy made a break for it. Lockjaw simply went to sleep on your shoulder.

Back on the surface, Laura and the others followed the Inhumans to the local library. Seeker was looking at his device and nodded.

Seeker: Most of the Alpha Primitives have been accounted for, but I have pinpointed one last unusual life reading here.

Laura sniffed the air and lead her team over to an aisle. Everyone stopped, however, when they heard what seemed to be a heartbeat. They all gathered around and looked at the blue heart like organism that was implanted in the floor.

It was slowly beating, like it was alive, but it also looked like it had roots.

Tyrone: I think this definitely counts as unusual.

Elsa scanned the area with her own device and checked out the data.

Elsa: The energy readings are off the charts.

Seeker: Terrigan emissions are incredible. This changes everything!

Laura noticed his excitement.

Laura: What do you mean? What is this thing?

Crystal looked over to Black Bolt who nodded.

Seeker: Well, when an Inhuman...

Crystal: It's...it's nothing.

The team turned to her and the other royals.

Crystal: It merely an Inhuman right.

Tyrone: Wait. If it's nothing, then why are you Inhumans so concerned?

Molly: Mr. Black Bolt, Ms. Medusa, can you please tell us what this is? It might be dangerous.

Medusa looked to her husband. He said nothing. He simply looked at her. She nodded and stepped forward.

Medusa: Black Bolt has decreed this is Inhuman business only. We owe you no further explanation.

Gorgon: You have one last chance to leave this place peacefully. We suggest you take it.

Laura stopped for a moment and did a quick head count. Let's see here.

Her.

Tyrone.

Elsa.

Molly.

Toxin.

Then there were the Inhumans.

Black Bolt.

Crystal.

Medusa.

Gorgon.

Karnak.

Seeker.

Yeah, they were outnumbered. But, the Inhumans were outgunned!

At least she hoped.

Elsa: Is that a threat?

Laura walked forward.

Laura: We're not going anywhere without answers.

Gorgon simply looked down at her.

Gorgon: Here's your answer!

With no warning, he suddenly kicked Laura in the chest, sending her flying across the room and through a wall. She hit the street a few times before she ended up hitting the building across the street. She groaned as her body healed.

Laura: I really hate that answer.

Elsa immediately pulled out her guns while Molly charged forward with Toxin covering her.

Molly: I thought we were on the same side!

She jumped up and delivered a kick to Gorgon which caused him to stumble back. He caught himself and returned the blow, but Molly blocked it.

Tyrone flew over and started to attack him with his cloak which caught Gorgon off guard. He quickly stomped down on the ground and caught a large chunk of the floor. He then threw it at Tyrone.

Tyrone was quick to dodge, but he suddenly found himself wrapped in Medusa's hair and slammed into a wall. He was then thrown outside where the others were now fighting.

Laura pushed herself up and looked around before she spotted Black Bolt watching the fight. She growled and started over towards him.

Seeker: This battle is not good. Especially so close to an awakening.

He looked back at the blue thing in worry.

Ontop of the library, Black Bolt watched his family battle the Strikers. He wasn't impressed by this new team.

He recalled his time as a member. How he had met the others and the things they had accomplished. It hurt him to see how far they have fallen. You were all children. And you shall suffer as such.

Laura: Strikers versus Inhumans is madness!

Black Bolt looked over to Laura to see that she had her claws out.

Laura: You used to be a Striker. I'm sure we can reach an agreement.

Black Bolt did not move. Laura sighed.

Laura: Fine. Plan B it is.

She let out a cry and charged towards Black Bolt. He simply flew up and looked down at her. His antenna began to glow and he opened fire upon her.

The fight continued to escalate as Tyrone found himself against Karnak. He avoided his blows, but Karnak suddenly hit him right on the neck. Tyrone gasped and dropped to his knees.

Tyrone: What the...

Karnak: I can find the weak point in anything and anyone. You do not stand a chance against me.

Tyrone: We'll see about that!

He flew up and opened his cloak. Karnak was confused at first, but his eyed suddenly grew wide.

Karnak: Oh, dear gods.

Form the darkness came a McDonald's drive thru menu. It crashed onto the street but Karnak was able to narrowly avoid it.

Tyrone: Random bullshit, go!

Molly punched the back of Gorgon's knee which dropped him down. She then spun around to deliver an uppercut that sent Gorgon into one of the stone pillars.

Gorgon growled and got back up. Molly leaped back to avoid his stomp, but she instead landed right into the path of the breaking street. She hit the ground and looked around.

Molly: Hey! Watch it! You'll bury us both!

Gorgon simply lunged at her and punched the ground.

Elsa rolled out of the way of Medusa's hair and opened fire. However, Medusa simply used her hair to form a shield that blocked the oncoming gunfire.

Elsa used this as a chance to rush forward. When Medusa uncovered herself, she found herself suddenly tackled to the ground.

Medusa: Unhand me!

Elsa: Look, lady. I ain't one to shy away from a good fucking fight, but this doesn't need to happen. So how about you talk some fucking sense into your king?

Medusa simply smirked.

Medusa: You'll find that I'm more than a simple mouthpiece for my ruler.

Elsa was suddenly wrapped in hair and lifted up. She struggled before she was thrown through a shop's window.

Gorgon picked up a car and threw it at Molly. She was quick to dodge it and lunged at Gorgon. The giant Inhuman simply caught her and threw her back at the library. She hit the wall and fell to the ground.

Molly: Ow. I really wished Y/N and Robbie were here.

The Inhuman scientists were walking around the science center when they heard gunfire outside. They all looked at the door just as you came crashing through it, followed by Tandy.

You were still carrying Lockjaw who was simply enjoying the ride.

You and Tandy stopped when you found the scientists all staring at you. Tandy quickly lifted her hands and stepped forward.

Tandy: We're here on official business. We were sent by Black Bolt himself.

However, they all ran away anyway. Of course it wouldn't be that easy. Why would it ever be that easy?

Guard: Liars! Free Lockjaw and surrender peacefully!

You turned around.

Y/N: I'M WITH LOCKJAW! HE BROUGHT ME!

The guards opened fire again and you and Tandy made a break for cover.

Tandy: Can't you tell them to stop?!

Lockjaw: <Bark!>

Y/N: What do you mean this place is off limits? Aren't you a part of the Royal Family?

Lockjaw: <Whimper>

Y/N: Only Black Bolt can do that? Oh, great. Now you tell me.

You and Tandy got behind cover and you set the dog down.

Y/N: You go get the crystal. We'll hold them off as long as we can.

You and Tandy turned back to where the guards would enter. You flexed your hands and your nails emerged. Tandy summoned some of her knives.

Lockjaw: <Muffled bark>

Y/N: Yeah, I know. Use your three good legs.

Lockjaw nodded and hurried off to get the crystal. You and Tandy looked at each other.

Tandy: Your face looks better.

Y/N: Thanks. Yours is as lovely as always.

Tandy: Aww. Such a charmer.

The guards appeared and all took their positions. You just smirked under your mask.

Y/N: Alright. We can flirt after. Time to kick some ass.

Tandy: Agreed.

Well, guess you were technically an enemy of the Royal Family.
