You looked to Spidey who looked back at you. You looked back at Black Widow who looked at Spidey. You looked back at Spidey who looked at Balck Widow. Black Widow looked at you and you looked at her.

Spidey: We were just, having, a, race....

You quickly nodded in agreement.

Black Widow: And you thought that was a good idea why?

Spidey looked over to you. You just shrugged.

Spidey: To be fair, we didn't even know he could do that.

Black Widow rolled her eyes and looked over to you.

Black Widow: So you're the new guy? I read the reports on the way here. You got some interesting powers.

You just nodded as a thanks. There were a lot of people here. You looked back at the kitchen and winced. Talk about a bad first impression.

Y/N: Sorry about that.

Black Widow just sighed and told the others to sit down. You kind of felt bad since they were still in their uniforms. Black Widow then signaled for you and Spidey to stand next to her.

Widow: Alright guys, this is our new member. Y/N.

She then turned to you.

Widow: This is everyone. First we have Riri Williams aka Iron Heart.

Riri: Hey.

Widow: Sam Alexander aka Nova.

Sam: S'up.

Widow: Miles Morales aka Kid Spider.

Miles: Yo.

Widow: Gwen Stacy aka Ghost Spider.

Gwen: Hi.

Widow: Kitty Pryde.

Y/N: Is that a dragon?

Widow: Viv.

Viv: Salutations.

Widow: Laura Kinney or X-23.

She just looked at you.

Widow: And finally, Ms Marvel.

Ms Marvel: Greet to meet you.

Thats a lot of girls. Where are the dudes? You just awkward stood there for a moment trying to figure out what to say. These were actual Heroes after all. Plus you already embarrassed yourself enough by slamming into the cabinets.

Nova: So, what can you do?

You looked over to Spidey who gave you a thumbs up. You lifted up your hand and watched as the flames engulfed it. You quickly put them out and brought out your claws. You then put them back and reached over to lift up the nearby table with no effort at all.

Ms. Marvel: Woah! You have a lot of powers! You even have claws like Laura!

You looked over to Laura who just kept glaring at you. You looked over to Spidey who looked like he was trying to find a way to help. This was a bit weird for you. You noticed that Viv, Laura, Kitty, and Gwen were all looking at you a bit harder than the others.

Black Widow: By the way, why are your shirtless?

Your cheeks were burning when you realized you didn't put your shirt back on. You looked down and sure enough, your bare chest was on display for all to see. You looked over to Spidey with a look of embarrassment.

Y/N: Can I tag along on that sandwich run?

Spidey slowly shook his head. Looks like you were stuck here.

Black Widow: Well I'm guessing Peter showed you around the tower already so I won't bother. It also looks like the two of you just got done with training to.

You raised a brow.

Y/N: Who's Peter?

Widow looked over to Spidey who awkwardly lifted up his mask to show a man around his 30's.

Spidey: That's me. My name is Peter Parker.

Oh. That explained, nothing actually. Who the hell is Peter Parker?

Peter: I work at the Daily Bugle. Maybe you've seen one of my photos?

Y/N: Oh. I think I used it once for a blanket.

Peter immediately looked embarrassed while everyone else was just confused.

Widow: That's right. The reports said that you were homeless. How have you been adjusting?

You gave a thumbs up.

Y/N: Though I was wondering if there was anyway I could take the bed out? Just to make more space.

Widow: Where would you sleep?

Y/N: Oh, I've been sleeping in my closet.

Everyone looked at you even more confused. You already knew that it was weird but you didn't need the extra sets of judgmental eyes.

Widow: I, guess?

Y/N: Cool! Can I go shower now?

Widow nodded before reaching her hand out for you to shake.

Widow: Well, welcome to the Next Avengers Program. We're glad to have you.

You smiled and reached your own hand out to shake hers when you suddenly found your hand covered in ice. You quickly pulled it back confused.

Y/N: Uh...

Peter: That's a new one.

Looks like you weren't done with new powers just yet. You got rid of it and tried to summon it again, which you successfully did.

Kitty: Ice? Like Bobby?

You suddenly got and idea and covered your left hand it ice while you covered your right with fire. You then popped your claws out and watched in amazement as the left claws were now ice and the right were on fire.

Y/N: Alright then. I can use this.

You returned your hands to normal and turned back towards Peter.

Y/N: I got an idea for a new test.

The other Heroes watched as you and Peter talked about adding a new setting into the simulation so you could further test out your new powers. You suddenly remembered your clothing situation and excused yourself to hot the showers.

Widow: Well he's, interesting.

Miles: Interesting? The dude sleeps in his closet and has a bunch of powers.

Gwen: We also have to keep in mind that he just got those powers. Plus he's a part of the Program now.

Marvel: And it is our job as his team mates to make sure he fits in. Besides, it would be nice to have another guy around. Nova and Miles are cool but we have a new person on the team.

Miles: You just want to put in one of your fanfics.

Marvel: That to.

Widow shook her head at their banter.

Widow: Regardless, Marvel is right. Y/N is on this team now so I expect all of you to treat him with respect. Make him feel welcomed.

All: Yes Ma'am.
