Rocket and Peter controlled the ship as everyone else stood around to come up with an idea on how to fix you. Right now, Nadia was holding up a cup as you drank water through a straw.

Gamora: There has got to be a way to get him back to normal.

Drax: Maybe if we beat him hard enough he'll go back to normal.

Everyone looked at him.

Y/N: Nnnnnnooooo.

Groot: I am Groot.

Everyone looked at each other.

Gamora: I can't translate.

Mantis: Me neither.

Y/N: Hhhhhhhheeeeee ssssaaaaiiiiddd...

Nadia: Just drink the water hun.

Rocket: And we're landing!

Rocket: We're going to land away from the city for now.

The ship navigated in a way that no one would see it from the ground before it landed in the mountains. Rocket and Peter turned off the ship and made their way back to the lounge.

Rocket: Any luck?

You slowly shook your head. Nadia wiped the drool from your cheek and sighed.

Nadia: Is there a way to fix this?

Peter gave it some thought.

Peter: Well, yeah. But it's kinda unconventional.

Gamora: It's better than dealing with this.

Everyone looked at you. You started to sit up before Drax came over and smacked your with a metal tray. You fell to the ground and everyone flinched.

Gamora: Why did you do that?!

Drax: I thought I could knock sense into him.

Nadia: That's just a saying!

Drax: I know I said that. Just now.

You let out a low groan before everyone turned back to each other. Suddenly the ship's alarms went off. Rocket scattered to a nearby panel and looked at what was wrong.

Rocket: Enemies approaching guys. We nees to think fast.

Valkyrie: What's this way of fixing him Quill?!

Peter looked at everyone and sighed. He leaned in so he could whisper to Nadia. Everyone watched as her face heated up and her cheeks glowed deep red.

Nadia: T-That's the only way?!

Peter nodded.

Nadia: I can't do, that with everyone here!

Peter: We'll deal with the people approaching. That should give you enough time.

Everyone nodded. You slowly tried to give a thumbs up but your arm just dropped back down.

Nadia: Ok.

Valkyrie pulled out her blades while everyone else grabbed a gun. Peter activated his mask and opened the doors.

Peter: Get to work kid.

Nadia nodded as everyone left. It was just the two of you now.

Nadia: This is going to be so weird.

Y/N: Wwwwwwwhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaatttttt iiiiiiissssss?

Nadia just sighed as she reached for your pants. Outside of the ship, the Guardians and Valkyrie stood around the ship with their weapons ready.

Peter: So, what's the people like here?

Suddenly a spear stabbed into the ship right next to his head.

Valkyrie: Extremely dangerous.

From the trees emerged men and woman dressed in golden armor. All of them held swords, axes, or spears.

Guard: You are on Asgardian grounds. State your purpose.

Gamora: We are here to speak to Odin. We have a friend who needs his help.

Guard: Where is this friend?

Everyone looked to Peter.

Peter: Uh, he's busy.

The guards all lifted their weapons before Valkyrie stepped forward.

Valkyrie: They're with me.

The guards saw her and immediately bowed. The Guardians looked at her confused.

Groot: I am Groot?

Rocket: Yeah. Are you someone important here?

Valkyrie: We require an audience with Odin.

Guard: Right away Brunnhilde.

Drax: Brunnhilde?

Valkyrie: My name. You all just call me Valkyrie.

Guard: We still need to see this friend of yours.

Peter: Like I said, he's...

Y/N: Right here.

You and Nadia stepped out of the ship and made your presence known. You walked passed Peter and slugged his arm begore facing the guards.

Y/N: Where's Odin?

The guards all led you through the city where you kept getting stares from every citizen you passed by. The main palace came into view and everyone felt the sudden pressure of power radiating from it.

Nadia: Wow. Odin must be really strong to be putting out this much power.

Y/N: No kidding. I wonder what I have to do to get his blessing.

Peter: Probably some random trials. Hercules style you know?

You just shrugged. The guards reached the top of the steps and pushed the doors open. You all stepped in and you saw him. The alfather himself. Odin.

Odin: When I heard there was a Valkyrie here, I knew it was you.

Valkyrie quickly dropped to one knee and bowed her head.

Valkyrie: My king.

Odin chuckled as he waved his hand.

Odin: You do not need to bow to me. You are family.

Valkyrie shook her head.

Valkyrie: I abandoned you. I do not deserve your respect.

Odin: Yet you have it. Stand tall.

Valkyrie hesitated before slowly standing up. Odin shifted his gaze to you.

Odin: You. Approach me.

You looked at everyone and Nadia gestured for you to step forward. You nodded and walked towards the throne.

Y/N: It's a pleasure to finally meet you Odin.

Odin: I have heard stories of you. They call you Monster in Midgard. My son, before he became a drunk, told me you were quite powerful.

You raised a brow. Thor was a drunk now? What happened there? Where was he actually?

Y/N: It's an honor to be praised by you.

Odin: What brings you to Asgard. It is hard to find yet here you are.

You took a deep breath and clenched your fists.

Y/N: I need your blessing.

It was as if the entire room suddenly became silent. Odin glared at you as the Guardians grew uneasy. Nadia just watched you worried.

Odin: My blessing?

You nodded. No backing down now.

Y/N: There's a threat coming that will affect everyone in the entire universe. I need your blessing to fight against it.

Odin: You come to Asgard, approach me, and ask for my power? You have yet to prove yourself worthy.

Y/N: I'm aware. I'm also willing to do whatever it takes to do so.

Odin stood up and pointed his staff towards you.

Odin: There is only one thing you must do that will get you my blessing.

You looked up towards him and gritted your teeth.

Odin: You must defeat me in combat. When you win, and only then, I will grant you my power.

You nodded.

Y/N: Then we'll fight.

Odin shook his head.

Odin: It will not be so easy. You see boy, you must retrieve something for me.

You have to retrieve something? What were you? A Fed Ex driver?

Odin: I require a weapon that was lost. It was taken from my people.

A weapon? Alright then.

Y/N: What am I looking for?

Odin: A weapon known as Strombreaker. Bring that here to Asgard and I shall face you in battle.

You bowed your head.

Y/N: So be it. You'll get your weapon back.

You paced back and forth in the ship as everyone watched you.

Y/N: I don't even know what it looks like or where to even look! How am I suppose to find this thing?!

Nadia: Please sit down. You're making me nervous.

Rocket: Calm down kid. I might have an idea.

Gamora: You gonna drung him again.

Nadia: I'm going to drug him if he doesn't stop pacing.

Rocket: No drugs. Kid.

You looked at him.

Y/N: What?

Rocket: Remember my "buddy" that had what we were looking for?

You raised a brow before your eyes grew wide and a smile grew on your face.

Y/N: Yeah. Yeah.

You and Rocket began to snicker while rubbing your hands together as everyone else watched worriedly.

Valkyrie: What did I get myself into?
