October. This was actually a favorite month of yours due to Halloween. It was pretty much the only holiday you actually got to celebrate. Plus, it was the Old Man's favorite holiday as well. Besides that the school held a Halloween dance, The Monster Bash they called it, and that meant you could take Felicia to it.

Venom: I hope sssshe wearsss sssomething sssexy.

Y/N: Of course you do.

You were walking through the halls of the school towards your next class. You ended up stretching a bit which earned you a few stares from the ladies and a few glares from the fellas. Training has been good. Plus it was almost your 5 month anniversary for joining the Program.

You ended up entering your science class, which you shared with Miles, and found someone waiting at your desk. Felicia. You walked over and dropped your bag off before she spotted you.

Y/N: Hey.

She just smiled awkwardly. Yeah. That was one thing you didn't really get to fix during September. The two of you never broke up so you were still hopeful that you could patch things up.

Felicia: Are you doing anything tonight?

It wasn't Friday and you didn't have patrol.

Y/N: No. I'm free.

Felicia: Great. I was hoping we could do something. I, I kinda miss being around you.

So it wasn't just you.

Y/N: Me to. Feel like dinner and a movie?

Felicia: I'll text you later for that stuff. I need to get to class.

She picked up her bag and looked around to make sure no one was looking before kissing your cheek.

Felicia: See you later.

She rushed out of the classroom.

Venom: You may have a chance.

You hoped you did. You really did. This was your month's goal. Take Felicia to the Monster Bash as your girlfriend once again. If you can take down two evil bases, one of which you were pretty much poisoned for, and single handily defeat bad guys, you can fix your love life.

Teacher: Time for a pop quiz.

You ended up getting the message to meet at her apartment which meant you had now gotten back visiting privileges. Maybe. Hopefully. You dressed up nice enough and freshened up before heading out to the elevator. Miles, Gwen, and Kalama were sitting on the couch.

Gwen: You look fancy.

Miles: He's meeting with Felicia to "patch things up".

Kalama: Wait, you two are still fighting?

You shook your head.

Miles: They're back to talking but still aren't dating. This will be their first date since she found out he has powers.

You nodded while pointing at him.

Gwen: Well we wish you the best of luck.

Kalama: You better not mess up. I need this in my, story.

You rolled your eyes and entered the elevator. Walking down the sidewalk towards her apartment was a bittersweet moment. You used to walk this street to see her when you were still just Y/N to her. Now you were just trying to keep what was left together. You ended up thinking things over in your head as you rode the elevator up to the penthouse.

Venom: You got thisss kid.

Y/N: Thanks.

You took a deep breath before knocking on the door. You waited for a moment before the door opened. Felicia was standing there looking tired.

Felicia: Thanks for coming.

Y/N: Yeah. Of course. Are you alright?

She just nodded before letting you in. You entered her apartment for the first time in the last month and a half. You think. It had been a while.

Y/N: Sooooo, what did you want to do?

She just looked towards the ground. She suddenly sighed.

Felicia: Please don't scare him.

What? She suddenly looked up and it was now Cat.

Cat: We're going to talk. Just the four of us.

Venom appeared on your shoulder.

Venom: Why me?

Cat: Because you're a part of Y/N. You're as involved in this as we are.

Venom actually seemed surpised. He didn't say anything and he didn't disappear. Cat looked around the room a bit before turning back to you.

Cat: I have something to confess. A few things, actually.

Things to confess?

Cat: Head up to the roof and we'll talk there.

She dissapeared towards the hall leaving you confused. Might as well head up. You ended up exiting the window and headed up the fire escape. You had been there once with Felicia to enjoy a moonlit dinner. Venom's idea, surprisingly. You reached the roof and looked around. The sun was setting now.

Venom: I wonder what thisss isss about.

Y/N: Me to.

You leaned against one of the vents and looked out towards the sunset. You were actually even more nervous than you were before. You began to play with your hands and look around the roof. What was she doing. Suddenly, your senses went off. You soun around and found Black Cat land on the roof.

Black Cat: I thought I saw you up here~

You sighed.

Y/N: Yeah. Long time no see.

Black Cat: Too long for my liking. You avoiding any secret bases?

You rolled your eyes as you crossed your arms.

Y/N: I'll have you know, I took down an A.I.M base last month.

You then looked down.

Y/N: Actually, I ended up loosing someone in the process. Someone who knew my mother.

Black Cat suddenly looked concerned. She let her posture drop like she realized something.

Black Cat: I had no idea.

You shrugged.

Y/N: No way you could. Plus it isn't like it's your problem anyway.

Black Cat: But it is.

You looked up at her and noticed that her eyes seemed to change. Venom looked closer and suddenly realized the same thing you did. You stood up straight as Black Cat looked down. She knew you knew. She slowly raised her hand to her mask, before pulling it off. The grey wig came off with it.

Y/N: Felicia.

Felicia was standing there. Your Felicia.

Y/N: You're....

Venom: That'sss why the ssscent wasss ssso familiar.

Felicia just nodded.

Felicia: I am, or rather, we are the Black Cat.

You should be more surprised. More mad. You weren't.

Y/N: So, you already knew about my powers?

She nodded.

Y/N: You knew about Venom?

She nodded again.

Y/N: And that entire time, it was you hitting on me.

Felicia: Well, that was Cat. Cat mostly takes the reigns when we're Black Cat. I handle the contacts.

This whole time, your girlfriend was also your bad guy. She knew you were a Hero. She knew you had Venom. She, helped you. You slowly slid down against the vent. This was a lot.

Felicia: I'm sorry for hiding everything. Really, I am. I didn't want you to get hurt.

Cat: We also didn't want you to start changing your morals for us. What we did is bad, we know that. You're a Hero and that's part of the reason we fell for you.

Y/N: So this whole time, we were hiding things from each other.

Venom: Technally they knew it wasss you. They ssshould have come to usss when they found out.

Felicia: We know that! We were, we were scared. That you would, leave.

She really did look scared. You stood back up and looked at the shorter girl. She almost looked like a child confessing to breaking something. You walked over to her causing her to look up at you. You just pulled her close and held her against your chest.

Y/N: This is going to be hard. You do know that right?

Felicia: A thief in love with a Hero. Things will really be rough.

You just chuckled.

Y/N: We can work on it. For now, let's just go on a date.

Felicia began to cry.

Felicia: Thank you.

She hugged you tighter.

Cat: Thank you so much.

You just held her.

Y/N: Anytime.

As the sunset for the day, you felt yourself grow closer to Felicia than before.
