He about to proceed further opening her jeans button but stopped as something came in his mind and he laid beside her and she looked at him shockingly and asked"am i dirty that you don't want to proceed further "

"No nandini , you are not dirty "listening to her words , he immediately replied coming on top of her  "you are most beautiful girl for me , please stop calling yourself dirty , i request you because , it's hurt when you call my angel dirty "manik said cubbing her face. His and every words were depicting his true feeling of love.

"Then why you stopped "she asked sadly and she was looking at him for answer. "Because  when we make love , i want that night should be very special "he told her answer and she was not looking satisfy with his answer.

"Manik , please today don't stop , for me each and every second which i am spending with you , that is very very special and precious  , you don't need to wait for special day " she said lovingly , her each and every words were showing that how much she was craving for his love.

"But , your health , your body is weak , we need to wait angel , i really love you and i don't want to give you pain in any manner now "he said and kissed her forhead as promise that he will never hurt her.

"Now sleep , and don't take any kind of tension , you will be absolutely fine soon , i am with you na "he assured her while taking her in his arms. Nandini hugged him tightly and closed her eyes.

Next morning

Nandini woke up and after opening her eyes found that manik was staring at her without blinking his eyes. She found only and only love in his eyes. "Manik "she called him in low voice and he came out from his thought.

"Angel when you woke up "he asked confusingly and nandini smiled "morning "she said kissing his cheeks. "Gud morning my love "he said kissing her knuckle.

"Nandini I want to ask something from you , i was waiting for  good time and I hope so you will tell me the truth "he said taking her in in his arms , she looked at him confusingly and nodded her head positively.

"What had happened to you suddenly that you faked your death , I know we shouldn't talk about past but this question is eating up my mind from the very first day when i had came to know that you had faked your death "finally gathering courage , he asked while nandini became blank.

"Manik i am sorry , i can't tell you the truth , it doesn't mean that i don't trust you but i don't want to see you in pain and more guilt and specially i don't want become the reason of your pain "she thought and a apologized to him in her mind.

"Manik , it's just that i didn't want that you should live with me in pain , a day i felt a lot of pain , that day i saw mom and dad was crying alot for me as my condition was becoming worst , i didn't want to see you with my parents crying , manik , this was the only reason i took that step , only for you because i love you very much "she said cubbing his face , that was also a truth and only one of a reason that she had left him.

" I love you angel and you will never be the reason of my pain ,  you are the reason of smile from starting , may be you had left me , because god wanted to punish me for my deed and that's good as  god had punished me because i deserved the punishment "he said , again having guilt in his eyes.

Next movement nandini slammed his lips making him shocked , after few second he also started responding. She was sucking his lower lips and he was her upper lips. With that , their lips started moving in rhythm. Nandini hand was cubbing manik's face while his hand were moving softly on her  bare stomach , which was making her feel good. His hand move upward and pressed her breast carefully and made her moan in his mouth and after that they deepen the kiss and in between kiss , manik was giving massage to her upper part. Both were enjoying the kiss alot and pouring all the love in their kiss. Through the kiss , they were conveying  that how much the love each each other. There was no lust , there was only love in their kiss.

"Manik , please let me wear full sleeves , these marks , i am looking dirty  , everybody will run away from me "nandini said looking herself at mirror , she was wearing a full length , cut sleeves gown as doctor told manik that she should wear loose fitting dresses and marks shouldn't be covered.

"Nandini , please first try to love yourself , here in this house , no one will hate you and run away from you , trust me , you will be fine very soon if you will cooperate with me "he explained her and in last she nodded her head and he kissed her forehead.

He made her sit on bed and started applying lotion on her marks. He was applying it so lovingly and carefully and keeping in his mind that it doesn't hurt her. Nandini was just looking at him without blinking her eyes. She was finding only love in his eyes. Her lips were smiling , seeing his love and care. She always felt blessed to have him in her life. She was sure , she will be fine soon because he was with her.

"Now medicine "he said giving her medicine and she took it and then he gave her water. After that he kissed her forehead .

They entered inside practice room , fab 5 were waiting for them in that room. Everybody hugged nandini , nobody stared at her marks and made her feel that her body had covered with marks. They acted normally. That made nandini feel comfortable , she was so nervous but seeing that they were behaving normal , she took relief. Then they started doing practice , everybody appreciated nandini alot for her voice. With that appreciation , she developed confidence and sang more well.

"I am so excited for the first performance of fab 6 "Alia said excitedly " we gonna rock the stage , it will going to  the best as now we also having the best female lead singer , miss nandini kapoor" cabir said while manan looked at each other having smile on their faces.

"Thank you so much guyz "she said having smile on her face and they all hugged her together.

Like that days started passing , nandini was getting better. They daily practiced for their performance. Nandini was getting back her confidence which she had lost in past few years. Doctor had told manan , she will be fully fine in  half year. If she will took medicine on time. Manik was taking best care of her. Their love was increasing with each passing day. They cared about each other alot like always. Fab 5 were also very supportive. Because of them , nandini was getting back her confidence. They never let her feel that she having any mark on her body. Manik was also happy seeing his friends love and care toward nandini.

After a month

"Manik it's inching alot "nandini cried rubbing her marks with her palms. . "Shu.. calm down , i bringing your medicine "he tried to calm her down while cubbing her face.

He ran inside his room and found in drawer that her medicines was got finished  "manik how could you be so careless" he shouted on himself. Then remembered a packet of medicine , nandini always kept in her hand bag. He finally took a little relief and ran toward her table where her bag was kept.

He immediately opened her hand bag chain and found , the ripped page of diary. He looked at them shockingly thinking that why she must had ripped them but immediately kept them in pocket  as first he had to give medicine to nandini then he immediately took out medicines and ran outside of room.

Manik felt sad seeing her in pain , his eyes had also became teary . The way she was rubbing her hand all over on her body. He immediately gave her medicines and from his one hand he made her drink water and from other hand he caressed her hair to calm her down and then hugged her carefully. With in few minutes she felt relief. After that he took inside their room and made her sleep putting her head on his lap. When she slept , after kissing her forhead he made her ly down on bed properly.

Manik took out page from his pocket. He was looking at them confusingly then looked at nandini . He knew , in these pages something big secret was there which nandini was trying to hide. Then finally​ taking a long breath he started reading.

"Dear diary , bye for always as today i have decided to end my life in everyone eyes. Manik i am sorry as i am going to give you pain , but how can I live with you , your mom said right u having no future with me and i will give you pain only , you deserve better girl , i will leave manik diary , nyonika aunty is right , i should leave him for his better life. He will cry for me few days but afterward he will have a great future ahead. Thank you nyonika Aunty for showing me the mirror , that i don't deserve manik , i will miss him alot , i will not able to forget him and always pray for his better life but i will never come back , i love him so much that  i can even leave in pain for him "he became blank after reading the last page. He was shocked his mom was only the reason of his pain.
