You yawned as you sat on the throne of Asgard. Even though you were now the king and had three blessings from the Gods, life seemed to have slowed down. Everyone was still recovering from the recent battle against the dark forces so no one was really around to talk to or even relax with. Nadia was busy with wedding preparations for Doreen and Tandy's marriage to you, Robbie was still watching over Katie, Sam was still injured from over using his power with Molly watching over him, Tyrone has been meditating with Danny and Silk, and the Guardians were out with Valkyrie and Thor training the Gladiators.

Where did that leave you? Bored as hell on your throne.

Y/N: This sucks.

Robbie: What does?

You looked over and saw Robbie walking into the throne room.

Y/N: Being stuck here. I get that I died and everything but, I kinda want to get back into things.

Robbie: You mean you want to get into another fight.

You shrugged.

Y/N: Kinda. You can't tell me that you don't like a good fight.

Robbie: I can. Especially after my girlfriend got critically injured.

Oh. Right. You rubbed the back of your neck nervously.

Y/N: Sorry. How is she anyway?

Robbie: She's doing better. So is Sam. He's able to move around now but the maids said it was best for him go stay in bed.

You sighed in relief. At least everyone was doing good. Even Viv was getting taken to Earth to be fixed up. You stood up and streached before you looked around.

Y/N: Hey, call me crazy but, does something seem off?

Robbie looked around.

Robbie: Actually, it kinda does. I just rubbed it off as some Asgrad mojo crap. If you're feeling it to then maybe there's something up.

You and Robbie walked around a bit as you tried to find something out of place. The wind was the same, the smell was the same, everything looked the same, and you didn't recall any spells being cast today.

Y/N: What do you think it is?

Robbie: No idea. Though, as weird as this sounds, I think the Rider is scared.

Y/N: The Rider?

That wasn't good news. If the Rider was scared, maybe something was wrong. The doors opened and you watched as your wife and two fiancees walk in.

Tandy: What's up with you two? You guys look like you saw something.

Robbie: Not see. Feel. Do you guys feel any different?

Nadia and Tandy shook their heads but Doreen looked at her tail.

Doreen: Yeah, actually. My tail's been bushy all day. Like, it's been on edge.

Y/N: So it's not just us.

Robbie: Maybe Danny knows what's going on. That Chi hippie seems to always know when something mystic is going on.

The doors swung open.

Danny: Something mystic is going on.

Robbie turned back to you and you just shrugged.

Nadia: What are you talking about? Seriously. Someone explain this to me because I'm getting a bit concerned.

Y/N: No one needs to be concerned. I'm sure nothing is going on.

The doors opened again and in came Molly with Sam.

Sam: My helmet is going crazy. I thought it was because of the fight but it's just going awol.

Everyone turned to you.

Y/N: Ok, so maybe something is going on.

???: Indeed it is.

Everyone looked around for the source of the voice.

Y/N: Who's there?!

???: No use in looking for me. I'm everywhere and no where.

Molly: Show yourself.

???: I don't think I will.

Y/N: Who are you? What are you doing?

???: I'm collecting for my ultimate battle royale. You all make for some incredible additions.

Cindy: Battle royale?

???: Yes my child. Warriors that have peaked my intrest such as yourselves.

Y/N: Yeah well, fat chance. We're not joining this stupid game.

???: It is not a game. This is a fight for your very existence. And rather or not you accept this calling, you will be apart of my vision.

There was suddenly a loud noise that resembled glass shattering. Everyone suddenly felt a sharp pain in their chests and fell forward. You hit the ground and looked up to see that everyone had a card like object hovering over them.

Danny: What is this?

???: Your game begins now.

Everyone felt another sharp pain which knocked everyone out. You were still able to stay awake long enough to see a figure dressed in all black walk towards you. He kneeled down and looked at you before smiling.

???: I expect great things, Monster.

And with that, you were out cold.

You winced in pain as you slowly opened your eyes. The ground seemed so cold. You pushed yourself up and realized that you were in some empty warehouse. You stood up and shook your head as your ears rang. What just happened?

Tyrone: Boss?

You looked over and saw Tyrone. Your raised a brow when you noticed he was missing the beard he had going.

Y/N: Uh, you look younger.

Tyrone: You're one to talk.

You rubbed your chin and realized how smooth it felt. You looked around before you saw a window. You walked over to it and looked at your reflection.

Y/N: Ok. Why the hell do I look like I'm 17 again?

You turned around and noticed Doreen laying on thr ground. You walked over and kneeled down to wake her up while Tyrone looked around the warehouse.

Y/N: Hey. Fuzzy. Wake up.

Doreen: 5 more minutes.

You just playfully rolled your eyes before shaking her fully awake.

Y/N: Come on. We need to find out what's going on.

You stood up and helped her to her feet as Tyrone walked back to you.

Tyrone: It looks like it's just the three of us.

Y/N: So the others are gone. Alright. First priority is to find them. After that, we'll need to find out what the hell is going on.

They both nodded and you sighed as you looked around.

Y/N: Where are we even?

Doreen: You think that we were put here by that weird voice?

Tyrone: It would make sense. He said this was some kind of battle royale.

You started to rub your chin before Doreen grabbed your hand. You looked down at it and noticed a black king chess piece mark on it.

Doreen: When did you get this tattoo?

Y/N: Good question.

Tyrone looked at his hand and saw a rook piece. Doreen even looked at hers and saw that it was a queen piece.

Y/N: This must also be apart of the game.

Tyrone: So I'm the rook. Interesting.

Doreen: I'm queen of the castle!

You just laughed a bit before you noticed your outfit. It was the same one you wore when you were still one earth. The one you wore during the battle of the champions.

Y/N: Ok. This is getting even weirder.

Doreen: Maybe this guy is a fan?

Y/N: Oh god. I really hope not.

???: A fan of what? I never even seen you three before.

You all turned around to see a new figure enter the light. He was dressed in all black with a wolf following close behind. Everyone was immediately on guard as he stopped. He looked at you confused for a moment.

???: Who the hell are you guys?

Y/N: You should know! You threw us in here!

Despite the fact that he was wearing a helmet, you could tell he was confused.

???: What are you talking about? I just woke up.

Y/N: Bullshit. I saw you before I passed out.

???: I'm telling you the truth. I have no idea what's going on.

Tyrone: I wish Viv was here. She has an easier time telling if someone is lying.

???: Viv? She's here?

You raised a brow.

Y/N: You know Viv?

The man nodded.

???: She's my friend. How do you guys know her?

Y/N: She's my girlfriend.

The man seemed genuinely surpised. He looked down at the wolf who also looked confused. The man then looked back at you.

???: Right. Uh, I didn't think she swung that way. Especially after what happened between her and Ironheart.

Doreen: You know Riri to?

The man shook his head and lifted up his hands to stop everyone.

???: Ok. Let's just take a few steps back. How about we start with introductions?

You looked back to your friends and nodded.

Y/N: Right. This is Squirrel Girl and Cloak. I'm Monster.

The man nodded.

???: Ok. Progress is good. This is Timber, my wolf. My name is Leviathan. I'm the Co Leader of the Champions.
