You opened your eyes only to be greeted by the light of day. You groaned slightly as you rolled over and pulled the blankets over your head. You still felt sick but after a full night's rest and some of your mom's delicious soup, you felt a bit better.

You heard your phone go off again but you chose to ignore it. You actually haven't looked at it since you left school the day before. You probably had a lot of missed calls and texts but, you just wanted to rest for a bit.

You heard a knock on your door and you looked over your shoulder to see your dad poke his head through.

Victor: Hey, you good?

You gave a thumbs up.

Victor: Alright. I'll see you when I get back.

Y/N: Kay. Love you.

Victor: I love you too, kid.

He closed your door and you laid there for a moment longer. Your phone went off again and you groaned. You rolled over and sat up to look at it to see what this person wanted.

It was Felicia.

Kit Kat- Hey, just checking in. Just letting you know we already miss you and love you. Get well soon.

Oh. Looks like Cat sent one too.

You clicked on it as you took a drink of water from the bottle of water that was on your night stand. You nearly choked on it when you saw what the picture was.

It was a rather, uh, adulterous photo of your girlfriend(s) in a very, very suggestive position.

While the two of you were married in the real world, you have yet to actually do anything like that in this one. You honestly haven't made it past a heated make-out session or two. Or three. Or...you get the point.

Things between you and Nadia were a bit more tamed. Some cuddling and maybe a peck or two.

Regardless, the photo caught you off guard. You blushed as you looked at it for a moment before you shook your head and sent back a quick text.

Frankie- Love you too. Both of you.

You went to set your phone down but you immediately got a text back. You read it.

Kit Kat- What did u think of the pic? Took it while thinking about u ;)

You locked your phone and set it down the on your nightstand.

You ended up reaching the bottom of the stairs where you found your mom sitting on the couch watching her show. You were still in your Grey long sleeve and sweats but she was dressed for the day. Not that she actually had anywhere to be. She had a few days off.

Y/N: Morning.

Your mom smiled and moved to make room on the couch for you. You sat down and looked at the TV.

Y/N: Why do you watch this stuff? It's just a bunch of rich people complaining about crap.

Elise: I like to watch them suffer, even if it's only a bit.

You smiled.

Y/N: You are most definitely my mother.

Elise: I can say for a fact that you did come out of me. You hungry?

You shook your head. You didn't like to eat breakfast since you saw no real point in it.

Elise: So, how are your powers? If you're sick, they might be messing up.

Oh yeah. You didn't even think about that. You lifted your hand and tried to summon some fire. It wasn't much and it wasn't really that warm. You struggled before you gave up and sighed.

Y/N: What the hell is wrong with me?

Your mom gave it some thought before she held out her hand. A ball of fire appeared in her hand and your eyes went wide in amazement. You actually never saw your mom's powers, now that you thought of it.

Elise: It seems like your body is either rejecting something or this sickness is worse than we think.

She got rid of the fire and looked at you.

Y/N: Wait, was was your power again? You're a mutant, right?

Your mom smiled as she nodded.

Elise: Yes. I was called the Copy Cat mutant. I'm able to copy people's powers just by seeing them. I was an Omega level mutant, believe it or not.

Y/N: Woah. I think I remember Reed saying something your powers being the reason I was able to be the Godslayer. Or, a Godslayer. My daughter is one.

Elise perked up at the mention.

Elise: Oh yeah. I do have a granddaughter. Speaking of which, when will you be bringing around those wives of yours?

You blushed while Elise laughed to herself.

Elise: Now that I think about it, I don't think I've meet these girls before. Do you have a picture of them by any chance?

You slowly pulled out your phone. You did have a group photo of everyone from last year's class trip. You could point everyone else out to your mom.

But then you remembered a bit too late that you still had Cat's photo on your screen.

You froze at the sight while your mom looked at it.

Elise: Oh my.

Y/N: What the fuck?!

You quickly locked your phone again and held it close to you while your mom burst out laughing.

Y/N: I sWeAr I dOn'T sEnD pIcTuReS lIkE tHaT.

Elise: Hon, what you do with each other is none of my business. Just remember that though you are technically an adult, physically you are still a teenager.

Y/N: I'm SoRrY!

Your mom pulled you closer to her and hugged you as you grew more and more red about the whole issue.

Elise: I can't wait to meet them.

Y/N: I cAn!

Robbie sat in class but for once, he wasn't paying attention to anything Widow was saying. It didn't even matter. He already graduated and he was not going to go through this shit again.

Instead, he was subtlety texting Kate who was in turn texting him. Nothing really of importance. It was just nice to be able to speak to her again instead of beating around the bush and trying to hide their feelings.

He loved her. She was his wife, after all. At least in terms of the original world. Or, timeline? They never did figure that out, did they?

Lil Birdy- Hey, have you heard anything from Y/N?

Skully- Nope

Lil Birdy- Have you even text him?

Skully- Once or twice

Skully- Hell either text back or bot

Skuly- *He'll, *not

Lil Birdy- He looked really sick.

Lil Birdy- Felicia and Nadia were talking about going to go see him after school.

Robbie read the last text again. Theose two going to go see you might be a good idea. You seemed more like you just needed to rest. But, maybe having people you can trust around you could make you feel a bit better.

Widow: Robbie?

Robbie snapped out of his thoughts and looked up at Widow.

Widow: Something you'd like to share?

Robbie narrowed his eyes while Laura watched out of the corner of her eye. She found herself practically on babysitter duty to make sure no one stepped too far out of line.

Robbie: I dunno. Do you?

And that was her cue.

Widow: Excuse me....

Laura: Ms. Widow? Can I get Robbie's help with something?

Widow looked at Laura.

Widow: With what?

Laura: Mr. Castle asked me to move some equipment from the shed to the gym. I could use Robbie's help since he knows where everything is.

Widow rolled her eyes and turned back to the board.

Widow: Go ahead.

Laura shot a look at Robbie as she grabbed her bag. Robbie followed suit. Once they were in the hall, Laura turned to him.

Laura: You need to stop egging everyone on.

Robbie: Whatever.

He shoved past her and headed down the hall.

You woke up on the couch sometime around noon. You were still wearing your nightwear but you could hear your mom humming in the next room.

It was almost like a weird dream.

Elise: Because it is.

Your eyes opened wide and you shot up straight. You looked around the room before you found your daughter standing in front of the TV.

Elise: Hi, daddy.

Y/N: E-Elise?

You slowly stood up and looked at the child.

Y/N: How...

Elise: I don't have long. I have to tell you something.

Y/N: But, how are you here? How are we talking? Where are you?!

Elise: Daddy, something very evil trapped you here. Something powerful. He's affecting your mind. Making you weak.

Y/N: Who?

Elise: Mephisto.

The name itself sent shivers down your spine. A name that was just infected with evil itself.

Y/N: Mephisto?

Elise: But he doesn't have a physical form. He needed to possess someone. Someone close to you.

You shook your head.

Y/N: But, who? Who did he possess?

Elise: I don't know. Daddy, you have to beat him.

You rushed around the table and kneeled down to look at her. You gently placed your hands on her shoulders, but they just went through her.

Y/N: Elise...I-I don't understand. Where are you? How do I free you?!

Elise: I was able to give you all your memories back with your powers. That's all I can do. I'm sorry, Daddy.

You shook your head.

Y/N: You did great, Pudding Pop. Thank you.

Elise smiled at you as she started to glitch out.

Elise: I love you, Daddy. I can't wait to see you again.

Y/N: Wait. Elise. Wait!

You reached out for her just as she vanished. You grasped nothing as you fell forward to your hands. You sat back up and looked at your hands. You then clenched them.

Y/N: I'm sorry. I will find you.

You sighed as your mom entered the room.

Elise: Y/N? What are you doing?

Y/N: I was just, talking to someone.

Your mom looked at you confused but there was a knock on the door. She dusted her hands off and walked over to it as you stood back up. Your mom opened the door and found Nadia and Felicia standing there.

Nadia: Uh, hello.

Felicia looked at her phone then at the address.

Felicia: This is the right place. Um, is Y/N here?

Elise: Oh! I know who you are!

Felicia: You do?

Elise smirked as she stepped aside.

Elise: Yes. He showed me a picture of you this morning. Come in.

Nadia and Felicia entered the house while you sat on the couch deep in thought. Mephisto. The one responsible for all of this. He was possessing someone you knew. Someone close to you.

Nadia: Hey.

You snapped out of your thoughts when you felt a hand brush against your shoulder. You looked up to see Nadia smiling at you.

Y/N: Hey. Hey!

You stood up and cleared your throat as you turned to your girlfriends. Your mom stood behind them with a wide grin.

Elise: So, you gonna introduce me to these beautiful girls you know?

Y/N: Y-Yeah. Uh, this is Felicia and Nadia.

Cat: Hmm.

Y/N: And Cat.

You then looked at the girls.

Y/N: And this is...my mom.

Nadia smiled and turned to your mom.

Nadia: Oh! We named our daughter after you.

Silence filled the room as Nadia blushed.

Nadia: I mean, we plan to.

Your mom just laughed.

Elise: He already told us that you all know. Don't worry, my dear. It's nice to meet my daughter in laws. Or, two of them, at least.

Felicia smiled.

Cat: It's nice to finally meet the woman who brought my lover to me.

Elise: Oh yes, Kit Kat.

Cat immediately blushed when she realized that she saw the picture she had sent you. So did you.

Elise: Well, I actually need to go run for some groceries. I trust you three will be good on your own?

Before you could answer, your mom had dissapered from your sight. All that remained was a cloud of blue smoke. You and the girls looked around confused before you spotted her at the door pulling her shoes on.

Elise: Be back in an hour.

She winked at you and phased through the door. The three of you just stood there, speechless.

Nadia: So, what can she do?

You just smiled.

Y/N: Everything. You guys want something to drink?

Robbie leaned on the rail of the rooftop with a cigarette in his mouth. Class was out and everyone was now doing their own thing.

Laura: Smoking is gonna kill you.

Robbie: Oh, fuck off.

Laura glared at him while he had his back to her.

Laura: The hell is your problem lately? Ever since Y/N flipped out yesterday you've been...

Robbie: If you have something to say, say it. I don't feel like people beating around the bush anymore.

He lowered his head as Laura sighed. She walked over to her friend and placed a hand on his back.

Laura: Look, Rob, I know things are tense. This is hard on all of us.

Robbie: You didn't see him, Laura. Y/N was a mess. This is seriously taking it's toll on him and I can see it. I've known him for so long now. He found me when I was in the worst place in my entire life. He...He saved me. The Strikers saved me. I hate seeing him like this.

Laura nodded.

Laura: Yeah. Me too.

Robbie: He's my brother and I love him.

Laura: Yeah. I love him too. Just, in a different way.

Robbie smirked.

Robbie: I know. You love him. Still have no clue how you keep avoiding talking about that kiss.

Laura: I'm just that good.

Laura looked at her friend and leaned on his shoulder.

Laura: I know this is hard on you. It's hard on all of us. We just need to keep our heads in the game and focus on what we're doing. We need to stay in the moment.

Robbie nodded.

Robbie: Yeah. Sorry for being an ass.

Laura: It's fine.

The two stood there, side by side. Looking out at the city.

Y/N: So, that's what happened. That's why I had to leave. I just...I'm being infected. Or...something.

Nadia and Felicia sat there and took in everything you just said. You told them what Elise told you but you still had no idea where she was.

Nadia: My baby.

Y/N: I just wanted to hold her. But, she wasn't really here. No physically.

Nadia slowly nodded. Felicia leaned back on the couch before she sighed.

Felicia: I wish things weren't so complicated. I kinda miss when we were able to just punch someone.

Y/N: Yeah, well, me too. God, I just wanna punch Mephisto in the face.

You lowered your head but you were smiling.

Y/N: But, now that I know that I can, I'm kinda excited.

The two girls looked at you as you slowly lifted your head. Your eyes were now glitching a F/C color.

Y/N: I honestly can't wait.

Nadia nodded in agreement as your eyes returned to normal. She stood up and sighed.

Nadia: Right, well, I need to freshen up. Can I use your bathroom?

You looked at her confused.

Y/N: Uh, yeah. It's upstairs on the left.

Nadia nodded in thanks and left. You then turned to Felicia.

Y/N: Why does she need to freshen up? Is that just a girl thing or...

Cat: We're staying the night, bozo. Didn't you notice our bags?

You looked over and saw that there were two bags sitting next to the couch.

Y/N: Oh. Well, my bed is a bit small. It could maybe fit two people but that's it. I guess I could just sleep on the couch.

Cat smirked as she stood up and moved in front of you. She then slowly lowered herself until she was straddling you.

Cat: Or, one of us can just sleep on you.

She then leaned in closer until your noses were touching.

Cat: And who says you're safe on the couch? Did you forget what happened when you stayed on mine?

Her lips then brushed against yours. Your hand instinctively rested on her lower back.

Felicia: What's your next move, Lover?

Well, that was obvious. You gently pushed her towards you and your lips finally met. Her arms snaked around your neck and deepened the kiss.

Felicia: She's not like me. She's firty and bold. She does things that I could never do. Says things that I could never say. I almost wish I could.

You looked at the smaller girl and saw that she was getting a bit more comfortable.

Y/N: Do you ever, try to? Maybe you could do something she would do?

Felicia began to rubbed the back of her hand with her thumb. She nodded.

Felicia: Ok. Maybe I could. B-but, could y-you help m-me?

You smiled.

Y/N: Of course. I'm here for you.

Felicia began to move against your hips. You heard her moan against your lips before you pulled her even closer.

Felicia: I've missed this.

Y/N: Me too.

You both fell into another kiss as she gripped your shirt hungrily. As you both lost yourselves in each other, the front door opened and Molly walked in.

Molly: Mom, I'm home!

She froze in the entrance of the living room just as you and Felicia froze and turned to her. The strap to Felicia's dress was now hanging on her shoulder and your hair was a mess.

The three of you stared at each other with wide eyes and red cheeks.

Nadia entered the room and noticed the scene before her. She was mostly confused.

Nadia: Uh, what did I miss?

Molly: I didn't need to see that.

Felicia: I am so sorry.

You just silently ate your food while Nadia laughed at the entire thing.

Nadia: Oh, I love this family so much.
