Sly Pov.

    Newbie is getting more interesting by the day! Not always the good interesting though. She called herself a freak! Why would she think that? A question for another time I guess. I slowly lift myself out of the guest bed, but I think I spot something shiny in the closet? I step towards it, but I hear Newbie call from downstairs,

    "Breakfast! I made pancakes, bacon, eggs, and hash browns!" I run to the food, turning corners so Kala doesn't get it all. I show up in the kitchen, and see I'm the second one, except Newbie to show up. Newbie seems to be in the other room, Katz is already dishing a plate, and I eagerly got in line. The food looks amazing! The hash browns are a perfect golden brown, unlike Castor the 'cook', who always burns them! I eagerly scooped them onto my plate, as well as the bacon. The stack of pancakes is so big, that I don't feel bad for taking three right away. By this point, only Newbie is missing the meal. I look into the living room neighboring us, but apparently my hunch was wrong. I shout,

   "Newbie, thanks for the food! You're missing the meal!" I hear something, but it isn't a response. I don't think she's talking to me. She has an angry tone, but keeps quiet,

   "I told you to stay away from me. I would rather you leave." I hear a cold voice from under the floorboards. It sounds familiar, but I can't pinpoint it.

   "Aww. I'm hurt, you would do such a thing to your-" Newbie cuts him off.

   "Yes, I would do that, now leave." What was he going to say?

   "You take after me more than you like to admit. I'm glad. I know you can kill me, easily. But those guests of yours are a different story, especially when they're sleeping." Is he threatening her?! With our lives?! 

    "Leave, or I will kill you. Don't harm them, or it won't be quick." I hear a chuckle from the man, and then the sound of a teleport. Newbie quickly ducks her head under a small hatch in the wall, that I didn't know existed! "How's the food?" She still seems to be in a bad mood, so I respond jokingly,

     "Like heaven!" She smiles, but seems worried about something. Probably the encounter with the man. Did he leave? You can't track a teleport easily. I was about to say something else, but her phone rang. She glances at the name, then hurriedly said,

      "I have to take this." She speeds off, and I listen to the call. N-Newbie M-Mysterious caller 

      N"Sky, you know I can't go back!"

      M"I know, but at least visit? Shubbs gets worried without her BAQFFGOT, or whatever it is.

      N"Close, BAQFFGOTF."

      M"I know you still think what happened was your fault! It wasn't! This is why we need you, you're a great source of laughter."

       N"I'll consider it. Bye, Sky."

       M"Bye! Wheeezzyy!" Well that call was weird. I hurriedly sit at the table, trying to stop her seeing that I eavesdropped. I don't think she did. She seems nervous, and out of character for most of breakfast.
