【 Jungkook 】

Gentle sun rays peeked in through the windows of the study hall; prettily lighting up the place in what you only could imagine being beautiful warm-toned shades. Though a soft sigh left your lips as you skimmed through the different sheets of papers your professor, upon request, had provided you with— listing different types of available courses which you potentially could apply to join for some extra credits.

While you had thought it'd be an easy pick at first, after seeing the options and details of all the different courses you were eligible to apply for, it suddenly became far harder than you had imagined. All of the courses had their pros and cons, and even after being able to cross out a big number of them on the list due to them either clashing with your schedule, not having a lot of credits or other reasons, you were still left feeling torn between two options, those two being none other than marketing and art.

Both of the courses had the same amount of credits, and they both had their own separate benefits, though you admittedly found yourself favoring arts a bit more since you wished to improve your creative work, especially within graphic design— not to mention you had always had a big interest in forms of art, so being able to add it to your studies sounded pretty cool.

- The only issue making you doubt your choice was of course your complicated relationship with color vision, which surely would become an issue if you picked art...

You took a sip out of your favorite takeaway coffee whilst tiredly leaning back in your seat, momentarily raising your gaze to give it a break from the same papers you had been staring at for a long while now, only to spot two familiar faces not too far away which you didn't hesitate to softly wave at as they saw you and began coming over

Jimin: Hey Jungkookie, what are you up to?

A soft smile found its way onto your lips as they both sat down with you, and you uttered out a soft ''Hi'' while your gaze briefly traveled over to Taehyung who also flashed you a gentle smile as he nodded at you before you let your gaze quickly travel back to Jimin and then your papers

Jungkook: I'm having an internal fight trying to decide which extra credits course I should join...

Jimin leaned over as he looked at the papers you had been going through earlier whilst humming softly

Jimin: Well do you have any favorites you picked out from these?

You nodded lightly before pointing towards two of them, a sigh leaving your lips as you shrugged softly

Jungkook: I managed to narrow it down to marketing or art, I'm just feeling really torn between the two. I like the idea of art a little more, but since I uh... —might have a little more use of marketing, I don't know which one to pick...

It was safe to say you did your utmost best to not let the panic show since you had almost accidentally revealed the real reason as to why you're hesitating about art in the first place, though thankfully Jimin didn't seem to catch on to it at all as he merely handed you your papers back with a warm smile— though Taehyung soon spoke up while resting his chin against his hand, subtly looking at you as his tone was calm, certainly surprising you a bit

Taehyung: If you like art more, then you should pick that one.

A brief silence surrounded you all as you gave him a wordless look that you hoped would make him realize why you were so hesitant, yet he only flashed you a gentle smile before he broke the silence once again

Taehyung: You've got help here, so do what you feel you'd enjoy more and don't worry about the rest Jeon.

His subtle point towards himself while he spoke helped assured you that he knew what you had been worried about, and you couldn't help but bite back a grateful smile feeling much more encouraged and confident in what choice you'd make now.

Jimin: He's got a point Jungkookie, do what you feel like you'd like more. You know you've got our help and support either way!

After thinking about it for a bit more, you glanced down at the papers one more time before nodding as you finally began to fill in the application form for the extra credits, writing down the art course's name under the course section before finally signing it off as it was ready to be handed in to the professor; and once you were done Jimin patted your back in a friendly manner as he smiled brightly whilst giving you a thumbs up of support, clearly happy to see that you were able to make a choice you felt good about— he then proceeded to glance down at his phone when he got a notification before swiftly looking right back over to you in excitement

Jimin: Jungkook-ah are you free now? We were planning on going to the movies together with the rest, you should join us!

You rubbed the back of your nape as you hesitated for a bit, unsure whether it was okay for you to suddenly join them like this, and more specifically... You weren't sure if Taehyung would be okay with you joining them, especially after what had happened between you both a few days ago.

Neither of you had seen each other since that day as the weekend had rolled around the corner at that time, which then was followed up by Taehyung taking two days off to cure a fever he had developed during those days off— which wasn't all too surprising since he allowed you to shower first that day even though he was equally as cold and drenched...

Either way, it left a big uncertainty in the air on whether the event of that day now had made things awkward between you both or not, and it was hard to tell what he truly was feeling right now since Jimin was present at the moment.

Jungkook: Well— I don't know Jiminie...

However, when Taehyung proceeded to gently nudge your side while uttering out an encouraging ''Come on, join us it'll be fun'' in his deep and soothing voice; your worries about the potential awkwardness were able to ease, and so you finally nodded in agreement while letting an excited smile tug at your lips

Jungkook: Fine, I'd love to join you guys

This of course instantly earned a happy and excited cheer out of Jimin while he swiftly helped you pack up your things so that you all could begin to head over to the cinema together.

| Later...

Upon arriving at the cinema you all made your way over to the spot that you were supposed to meet the rest of their friends at, only to get pleasantly surprised as you found out Jin and Namjoon had invited Yoongi and Hoseok last minute as well, meaning the whole group was now accidentally assembled.

The pleasant surprise of course only made cheerful laughter erupt out of all of you since it was nice to have the whole friend group gathered to hang out and watch a movie together— even if it had been accidental. And so after having a nice chat for a little bit, you all bought your tickets at the automats, ensuring you all got seats next to each other.

Once the tickets were all sorted you headed over to the snacks and drink section, which arguably could be one of the best things about going to the cinema; a soft hum left your lips as your eyes scanned the options until noticing the slushie machine, and more specifically, its different flavors

Jungkook: Blue raspberry? I thought they were pink...?

A deep chuckle could be heard right behind you before you felt your hair playfully yet gently being ruffled

Taehyung: They are pink, this is quite a popular flavor though. Do you want to try it?

You looked up at him before flashing him a gentle smile as you nodded, feeling curious about how the taste would differentiate from a normal raspberry-flavored drink. And so he proceeded to walk up to the counter where he bought one for you along with a strawberry one for himself— which he also paid for before you could argue about splitting the bill

Jungkook: Hey— I was gonna pay for my own one Kim

Taehyung playfully stuck out his tongue at you whilst handing you your slushie, a proud grin lingering on his lips as he spoke in a teasing manner

Taehyung: Yeah? Well you simply just owe me now Jeon

A soft giggle escaped past your lips as you rolled your eyes at him, muttering out a soft ''Jeez what's the point of owing you when I could've paid for it just now dumbass...'' before taking a sip out of the slushie he had handed you, instantly raising your eyebrows at the taste as you looked up at him in excitement

Jungkook: Woah this is actually pretty good! But it doesn't really taste like a raspberry though...?

This earned an amused chuckle out of Taehyung as he shook his head slowly before playfully nudging your chin upwards

Taehyung: Come on little dummy, our hyungs already bought the popcorn and the movie starts soon so they're probably already in there waiting for us.

| Later...

After making it through more than half of the movie, you found yourself being rather unimpressed and almost bored as it was nothing like you had expected it to be like, and needless to say it just didn't live up to the hype it had been getting.

A soft sigh left your lips while you stirred the last bits of your slushie in your cup, already having given up on paying attention to the movie since nothing could make up for the confusing storyline that practically just got worse with every minute that passed.

Though you didn't seem to be the only one unhappy, as you felt Taehyung gently nudge your arm before whispering a ''Should we sneak out of there, I'll fall asleep if I stay here any longer'' into your ear

And so you glanced over towards your hyungs who were busy paying attention to the movie before looking back over at him while swiftly nodding in agreement— thus resulting in the both of you quietly getting up from your seats and successfully sneaking out of there, laughing softly as you got out and into the dimly lit hallway outside

Taehyung: Man what kind of storyline was that, it feels like they tried to fit 3 different movies into one.

Jungkook: I don't even know, I tried to stay optimistic but towards the end, I just gave up.

He nodded in agreement as he ran his fingers through his hair while you leaned against the wall; giggling softly before taking a sip out of the slushie in your hand, and Taehyung hummed softly as he came closer

Taehyung: Hey let me have a taste of that, I haven't ordered that in years

You scrunched your nose and moved the cup away from him while speaking in a teasing manner

Jungkook: Your loss idiot— you should've ordered one earlier if you wanted it Kim

Taehyung: Oh yeah, you won't let me have a sip?

A playful grin painted your lips as you shook your head before taking another sip out of the cold liquid, only to widen your eyes as you felt him cup your cheek and press his lips against yours, and it wasn't long before you found yourself melting into the kiss, breath hitching lightly as he boldly snuck his tongue in every now and then whilst his other hand wrapped itself around your tiny waist to keep you steady.

Once you both eventually pulled away from the kiss slowly, he smirked proudly while licking his lips and humming softly in amusement

Taehyung: You weren't lying when you said it tastes good.

You reached up and touched your lips while a light crimson painted your cheeks— only now properly registering what he had done and what he meant

Jungkook: O-oh fuck off that's—... j-just shut up Kim.

He playfully winked before moving away from you as the sounds of the doors opening were heard shortly followed by people whom began making their way out of there, so you looked away while trying to hide your flustered state knowing your hyungs would appear any minute now.

【 Bonus scene 】

It wasn't long before your hyungs walked out of there and approached you, clearly a bit confused as to why the both of you weren't there when the movie ended and the lights turned on

Namjoon: There you guys are, we were gonna call you to see where you had run off to

Taehyung chuckled as he calmly put his hands into his pockets while shrugging

Taehyung: We snuck out to go have some fun because the movie was boring.

Jungkook: Yeah I'm surprised you guys made it through the whole movie without falling asleep

They laughed warmly yet didn't deny it as they also felt quite disappointed by the movie, though Hoseok frowned in confusion as he looked at you both

Hoseok: Hold on Jungkook, your slushie is blue...

You glanced down at the slushie in your hand before nodding in confusion at his odd statement

Jungkook: Yes it is...?

Hoseok: Why is your tongue purple then?

A confused frown now painted your face as you looked at him, still not really understanding what was going on until Jin suddenly spoke up

Jin: Oh Kim Taehyung, yours too? But your slushie is red-

They all paused for a bit while eyeing you both suspiciously, and once you finally realized what had happened you swiftly forced out a believable giggle as you remained calm

Jungkook: Oh that? This idiot stole my slushie earlier, so I simply just stole his as revenge.

Taehyung: Well yeah you wouldn't let me take a sip when I asked, so I did what I did.

He then leaned down closer to your ear with a proud smirk as he continued in a deeper and more suggestive tone, making you gulp nervously

Taehyung: And it was worth it, because it tasted really good.

Thankfully your friends didn't catch on since the scenario was actually very believable for the both of you, though you certainly had a hard time hiding your flustered state.
