Appearance: Dawn is a rather well-endowed woman with almost a permanent scowl. Having straight, librarian-like brown hair before her accident and then adopting a rather messy ponytail. She also has fair skin, hazel eyes and wearing a white labcoat, black short dress and comfortable and fashionable sandals

Strengths & Abilities: Dawn is a woman with a genius level intellect in computing and engineering. She unwittingly given herself the ability to manipulate data and turn it into physical matter. Due to her ability to bring inanimate objects made out of data into the real world, that can technically classify as Limited Reality Manipulation. Only being able to manipulate the constructs she created and herself. She's also able to give herself a second form which gives her city-level physicality.

Weaknesses: Despite Dawn's absurd power-set, She is only human and has human vulnerabilities. And she has generic weaknesses like aging, mortality and conventional damage can harm her the way you'd expect. She also isn't keen in combat and heavily relies on her powers and can misjudge a opponent or situation. She's also got a perfectionist complex. Her abilities can only affect the things she creates and herself.

Personality: Dawn is a workaholic and a bit of a perfectionist in her line of work. While she has a typically stoic expression, she can emote a bit and maybe even give from a small smile to a furious scowl. Though she's typically unapologetic and straight-forward woman who can be serious and won't be able to understand a joke in the first hearing. Though she does have a quite kind and caring softer side.

Family: Her immediate family is mostly alive. Her mother: Annalise Marie is a Government Official and her father was a private investigator named Akira Shiro who sadly passed due to investigating a case involving a crazy-ex lover. His estranged brother is Izuku Shiro. Who would become a teenage detective, who currently lives with his uncle.

Speech Patterns: Dawn's accent is a American. Though she gives off a mature aura, she has a voice of a well-educated young woman who can be a bit confrontational and can be a bit aggressive. And oddly make the history of computers or the description of what kind of computer specs is needed for a game sound believably interesting. Much like a very enthusiastic teacher who might sound bored when not enjoying a lesson themselves.

Likes: Visually Impressive Games, Reverse Engineering Computers and Machines, Lollipops, Coffee.

Dislikes: Being without Technology, People underestimating her intelligence, Small Inconsequential Details and People getting nosy into her family's background.

Theme: Electric Fountain (BGM from Tekken 6)

Notes: Dawn would be portrayed as a straight-forward, no nonsense woman who feels she's got something to prove. Her conflict shouldn't be that she's a woman and is smart, her conflict should be that she realised that she truly doesn't know everything and is allowed to muck up or be willing to branch out. Learning that humans are like chemical reactions. Growth, decay then transformation. And she's going to change and adapt to this new world of freaks and powers.

Admittedly this character might of been a Lightning in a Bottle moment. She was inspired from Eugene from inFamous: Second Son and a odd fusion between Hank Pym and Iron Man from Marvel Comics... more specifically when Iron Man had the adaptive armour in the comics. And maybe when Ultron made him a girl that one time. And the catalyst inspiration was definitely Dr. Juvenile from No More Heroes

Art: Obviously by me. But the design would be inspired by Naomi from No More Heroes, Tae from Persona 5 and a small bit of Bayonetta.

Scenario #1: You're a friend of Dawn's and she was missing for three days. Not enough to get too worried about, but, you decided to check to see if she was home... She opens the door, seems like nothing's going on- Oh, shoot! She's glowing in a pixel-like aura! She looked normal... just some weird particles seem to be around her.

What do you do?

Scenario #2: You and Dawn are coworkers. Maybe you had a romantic interest in her or you saw her as a great friend... Nevertheless, she was a very intelligent woman. If maybe aloof. She was out of witnesses for her next project, since other people were busy. You agreed and were a witness to Dawn's accident. She then quickly ran off before you could call out her name and guards and staff on que attempted to see what's going on.

What do you do? Follow after her? or Converse with the Guards?
