Your heart leapt at the news then immediately sunk.

"Wa-Wait? You mean you found it?"

Monkey King nodded with a smile.

"In Macaque's lair after we got out."

You frowned and thought for a moment.

"Do you...Do you want me to go?"

Monkey King stared at you then started rubbing the back of his neck.

"Well...you want honesty?"

You nodded hopefully.

"Then...no. Sorry, peaches." He looked away guilty.

You took his face in your hands.

"Good. Because I don't want to go. I want to stay here. With you."

Monkey King's eyes lit up and he grinned.

"Really?!"

A giggle slipped from your lips and you nodded.

In that instant Monkey King kissed you passionately.

Your eyes widened then slowly slipped shut and you returned the kiss with a smile.

Now was the beginning of your own personal happily ever after, and you intended to follow it. Besides, you weren't sure about time differences between worlds but atleast you'd miss that pop quiz you caused. Although, now you were positive you would answer every question perfectly.
