*Davy's POV*

At our house the next day, we, except Mike formed a line.

"Listen up guys, our best friend is sick, so we need to cater to her every need. That means if she wants something, she expects to get it..."

He turns to the audience with a disgusted look.

"Except sponge baths."

He turns back to us.

"We will wait on her hand and foot!"

Micky looked up.

"This looks like a job for..."

Poof!

"Monkee Men!"

We left in our superhero costumes.

Trudy waves at us as she left, she turned back to see us in costume, she shook her head in amusement and walked away chuckling. We went inside the house.

"Guys! Are you here!?" Alice shouted.

Our immediate reaction was to run to her room.

"Alice, is everything ok?" Mike asked.

"I knocked over my glass of water."

"We'll get it, don't worry."

Micky left and came back with some paper towels and cleaned up the small water puddle in front of her nightstand.

"We're here to cater to your every need alright, so if you need us-"

Peter had a small bell in his hand, out of nowhere.

"Ring this bell!"

Peter handed it to Mike.

"Where'd you get this?"

"It just appeared in my hand."

Mike handed her the bell.

"Keep this bell in your hand ok?"

"Ok."

"Do not let go of it. Ring the bell, we'll come runnin' like chickens at sunrise."

Alice smiled. Then, we got started.

We waited on her hand and foot. Ring ring, we had to give her a snack; ring ring, she needed her pillows fluffed. We felt like that bell rang every minute! Ring ri- she dropped her bell...then another refill. That lady's tiring us out!

We were in the living room talking while Alice was finally napping.

"I'm tired, I can't feel my feet," Micky said.

"I can't feel your feet either," Peter said.

"Guys, come on," I said.

We sighed.

"I bet you the next time she rings that darn bell she'll want another refil of water," Mike said.

"Well, I bet you she has to go to the bathroom here in a minute because of all the water she drank," I said.

Then, the bell rang.

"Your turn Davy."

"Why do I have to go, I went last time!"

"No you didn't."

"Fine, Peter you'll go."

"I went before Davy!"

We were arguing back and forth until...

"Will you guys stop it! Stop fighting over me!" Alice screamed at the top of her lungs.

"I'll go," I said.

I went to her room. She was crying.

"Alice, we feel awful."

"I know, all I wanted this time was help to the bathroom."

I walked to her.

"Alright."

I helped her up and walked her to the bathroom.

"I'll go in there myself so you won't see me naked."

"Alright."

She started feeling my face for a few seconds then she kissed me on the lips. Then, went in to use the bathroom. She kissed me! I can't believe it. That was a good kiss but she's my best friend! I heard the toilet flush, then the sink was on. I knocked.

"Yeah?"

"Need any help in there, where the soap is?"

"Nah I feel the soap, I'm good."

She washes her hands and came out. I walked her back to her room.

"Need anything else?"

"No."

"Ok. Why did you kiss me?"

"I don't know."

"Ha, well, I am the ladies man of the group," I chuckled.

"It's not that."

"Then what is? What if Micky help you to the bathroom instead of me?"

"I wouldn't kiss him."

"How about Mike?"

"Nope."

"Peter?'

"Nope."

I smiled.

"Do you have a crush on me?"

She was silent for a few seconds.

"Yes. You're so sweet and charming. And I know you thought I was pretty when you first met me."

"I'm like that with every pretty girl, but you were a special one. You moved in next door to us. I see you every day."

"Oh Davy."

I hugged her.

I saw the rest of the guys staring at us.

"Alice, we're so sorry we fought over you," Peter said.

"It's ok guys. I'm hard to take care of."

"You must be joking, it's not you, it's the bell, it's loud and annoying," I said.

We all laughed.
