_first person's view_
i was awaken by the bright sunlight. i sat up noticing that i had fallen asleep on the floor last night. checking my phone it was 9:34 am. i sighed going to the bathroom to shower and cleansed my everything.

after that, i slipped on a hoodie and some shorts then walked outside. "morning."-Sophia looked at me with a bright smile. "morning."-i replied back flashing her a quick smile.

she was sitting on the couch working on her computer, sipping a cup filled with liquid which i assumed was coffee because of the smell in the air.

"have you eaten anything Sophia?"-i asked. "no i just woke up. and also call me sophie. sophia's a bit long."-she said.

"ok sophie. you wanna go get food? and show me around while we're at it?"-i walked closer to her.

"sure that'll be fun. give me a seccond let me finished my shiz then let's go."
"jeez girl what are you majoring?"
"atronomy/physic. i'm hoping to be a physicist someday."-as she spoke her eyes light up.

"wow you're insanely smart. well goodluck with that. i'm gonna go change and see you in a sec."-i walked back to my bedroom as sophie continued to finished her work.

i slipped on some thing cute but not too dressed up comfortable but not too lazy which is just a pair of jeans and t-shirt.

while i was applying a make-up, i heard knocking on the door. "hey! y/n, you done yet?"-she asked.

"yeah all set."-i quickly grabbed my stuff and got out. when i walked out, sophia stood there and stared at me for a quick momment. was she checking me out?

"you look beautiful."-she smirked. "thankyou. now can we please go i'm starving."-i whined. "let's"-she opened the door and let me walked out first.

i asked her where we were going. she told me it was a small breakfast café with amazing food and we'd walked there. i nodded and followed along.

we finally stopped and the place was really pretty. it has small plants and vases of flowers on every table.

"this place it cute."-i said sitting down. "right and it's not even that expensive here."-she sat down facing me. we started flipping through the menu.

"hi what can i help for you two ladies?"-the waitress came up to us with a small notebook in hand.

"oh i'll have the chocolate and banana crepe with an almond milk latte."-sophia said. "ok and you ma'am?"-the watress wrote her order down and looked at me.

"oh french toast with fruit and a cup of hibiscus tea for me please. thankyou."-i closed the menu giving it to her.

she quickly left. "so y/n, have you found a job yet?"-sophie asked.

i told her that i hadn't yet cause i had just landed yesterday. she said the bar she worked at was offering jobs as a waitress there so if i wanted i could come in for an interview.

"wow really? that'd be amazing. we can go this afternoon. can you take me."- i smiled brightly. "sure i don't have anything to do anyway."-she shrugged.

"here you go."-the waitress laid two plate of food and two cup down. "thankyou."-i spok softly before admiring the food.

i took a bite of it and it was amazing. "you like it?"-sophie asked. "gosh i love it. it's so delicious."-i smiled.

after finishing our food, we decided to walked around. vancouver or the small part of vancouver we were in was beautiful...obviously.

the canada "summer" air was so lovely and not totally freezing. she showed me the way to my college, which was quite closed to the apartment, then the park where she would hang out with her friends.

we went home quickly to get my resume then immediately headed out to the bar where sophie works at.

after doing the interview, the interviewer asked me whether i had any further question. i shooked my head and i got the jobs. the interviewer tole me that my training start tomorrow.

i thanked sophia then we got back to the apartment. i finally finished unpacking and fell asleep at like 4pm that day.
...
i worked up too the sound of laughter and giggles comming from the living room. probably just sophie's friends.

i got myself up and take a shower. after that i went on my laptop to look at random stuff. i sighed and fell down to bed.

the loud laughing and bantering made it impossable for me to sleep. i groaned then sat up. slowly i made my way to the door.

i peaked my head outside. "hey! can you guy keep it down?"-i asked politely. "oh did we woke you? i'm sorry y/n. of course we will."-sophia stood up from the couch and said.

i was too tired to notice who were sitting next to her. i just closed the door and stumbled back to bed.
