I tried to hide the wistful look,

The news boring into my ears made me crook.

It was 'Convocation Day' in college,

'Graduated' they'll now be acknowledged.

I averted my mind whole day,

Delienating not to fall in dismay.

I didn't expected myself to be sloppy,

When my friends showed me a copy,

Photograph of them wearing graduation caps and gowns,

Elated they look, their smile knew no bound.

They said I was being remembered,

I just smiled back feeling my heart tender.

I knew the decision was for my good,

The heavyhearted feeling I didn't understood.

My Moments of Pain made me miss on something again,

Few droplets of tears rolled from my eyes,

Yet a thought crept in my brain.

I stand here because of my Moments of Pain,

Each breath I take is a blessing from God,

Gifts of life, I couldn't afford.

I'm no one to complain, I'm no one to weep,

There are plenty with troubles deep.

I'll fall and uprise, I'll walk this babbling lane,
