Sunshine Hospital Kolkata

It was around 11 pm at night. Sara was sitting on bench lifeless without reaction while staring at OT red light. All three family members came to hospital but they were sitting in waiting room except Ragini, Arjun, Nandini and Laksha.
Ragini and Nandini were sitting beside Sara. They were trying to talk to her but she didn't react for their talk as she was lost in somewhere and her mind was not in state of mind that how to react and console herself without Sanskar. Yash, Radha along some other doctors were inside the OT as operation was still going inside.

Flashback

"Sanskarrrrr" Sara shouted loudly by holding him near her chest tightly, at the same time Alex with other security guards came at the accident spot. They became shocked seeing the scenario. Alex immediately ran towards Sara and saw the condition of  Sanskar. He checked the pulse which was decreasing slowly.

"Mam, sir pulse rate is going down. Please we need to take him hospital immediately" Alex said on which Sara loosened her grip on Sanskar. Alex with the help of other guards made Sanskar lie on back seat and Sara also sat keeping his head on her lap. Now she was just crying silently seeing him.

Alex informed Laksha and Laksha told him to bring at Sunshine Hospital. They arrived within 15 minutes and Sanskar was taken to OT and family members were arrived after when he was taken into OT. Sara sat on near by chair with thud as her heart was aching with pain of loosing him again.  Now she was sitting silently as her tears dried up and no tears left to cry. She was just staring at OT door to open and doctor to confess that he is fine that only she wanted hear at this moment other than anything. Ap and Pari was consoling Sujata as she was crying for her son. All family looked vat Sara as she didn't utter a one world since they were here at the hospital. Alex only told them how they got emergency message from Sanskar's car so they tracked the car and came there.

Ragini and Nandini sat beside Sara and tried to talk with Sara but she didn't look at them. Nandini asked her to do bandage on her head wound and hand but she didn't budge a little from her place so she only brought first aid box where she was sitting and did her bandage but Sara was just staring OT door all the while. Nandini felt pain seeing her daughter in this state. Arjun looked at her daughter who was sitting lifelessly without a word as he knew what was she feeling at right now. He knew till Sanskar wake up, she couldn't be normal so he was standing silently with lost look.

Nandini came towards Arjun. Arjun saw her and looked at her with tears and helpless look.

"Why this things only happened to her Arjun? Whenever she is going to be happy then something will happen. Last time both lost their life but now he is in this condition. If anything happened to him then she won't be survive Arjun" Nandini said while crying on which Arjun side hugged her and looked at Sara who was looking very pale with lost look.

"Nothing will happen to him. They born again to complete their incomplete story then how can he leave her?" Arjun said while trying console her as well as himself also.

"Look at her Arjun, I never saw her this much vulnerable and misery. If Sanskar couldn't make it then I will loose my daughter also" Nandini hugged him burrying her face in his chest while crying not able to see her daughter state and even Sanskar also. Arjun was just praying to God.
Laksha and Ragini were just staring at them. Laksha came near Ragini and sat beside her while side hugging her. Tears were threatening to fall from their eyes but they were controlling themselves because not to fall weak. They have to console all family members so...Laksha looked at her.

"Nothing will happen to Bhai. Don't worry" Ragini said softly while squeezing his hand as she knew how he was feeling vulnerable at this moment seeing his brother on hospital bed with pool of blood. Sanskar wass not only brother but also best friend and mentor for Laksha and even Ragini also.

After long 3 hours of operation, OT light got off making them alert. OT door opened and Yash came out along with Radha.

Arjun and Laksha immediately ran towards them.

"Yash, how is he?" Arjun asked him on which Yash looked at him.

"Nothing to worry, he is out of danger but he had lost much blood and head injury so we need to keep him under observation. When he will get conscious, we will move him to ward till then he will be in ICU" Yash said making all took relief sign.

"Can we meet him?" Laksha asked him with desperate tone.

"Not now as he is still unconscious and we need to take some test so. You can meet after shifting him to general ward" Yash said.

"I will come back after changing dress" Yash said and went to his cabin and Radha also went to change her doctor gown after talking with Nandini and Ragini. Ragini went to inform all family members.

All looked at Sara who was still sitting ideally. Nurse came outside with Sanskar's belongings and came near Sara who was sitting on chair.

"Mam this is sir's belongings" Nurse said while forwarding one packet with his white coat which was soaked in blood. Sara shifted her gaze towards nurse listening her and looked at her and then her hand. She slowly lifted her hand and took it in her hand. It was containing his white coat which was dipped in his blood, wallet, watch, neck chain with one gift box. Sara stared at them then her eyes went towards gift box and she slowly took out gift box and opened with trembling hands. It was beautiful diamond ring of white big stone at middle and two small blue stones at each other side. She got to know that by seeing the ring that he bought this for her only so he was going to propose her and make it memorable that's why he....she couldn't think further as a lone tears escaped from her eyes seeing the ring and pressed her lips not cry and she went into past memory lane of them.

One boy was waiting for bus at bus stop it's nearly 10 pm, he could see one or two people around there, he got little bit late today due to project where he was working in company so he was waiting to catch bus but it seems there was no bus at this time so he called his best friend for help so he was waiting for him to pick up. He was just looking around till his friend comes. Gush of wind was coming from Arabian sea as it was a mansoon night so blowing with high speed then his eyes caught figure who was standing exact opposite to him at another end of road standing alone looking her watch time to time, could say waiting for someone. He looked at keenly in night road lamp, it was a girl whose face was covered with scarf except her eyes. She turned towards him, both eyes of them were locked at that instant.

Those eyes got attract him towards her, big round doe like eyes which was something fascinated him towards her. His eyes were just staring her eyes only, it has something special which he never felt for anyone which could make anyone hypnotise just by her eyes, those were holding pure innocent. He lost himself staring at her eyes and he came into sense when that girl removed her contacts from him when car stopped infront of her. She moved towards car by looking back at last time. She sat inside the car and car moved from his sight but he was staring that car till it disappeared. Suddenly his friend stopped his bike infront of him.

"Sanskar" He called by seeing him as he was still looking at the car direction.

Sanskar looked at him.

"Where you lost? I was calling you?" Arya asked him on which Sanskar nodded his head as nothing and sat behind him on his bike and both drove off towards their home..

Mumbai

Sanskar was standing at the same bus stop today also as usual today also he got late coming from office so he was waiting for bus it's 9.30 pm at night.

Sanskar got call and he took out his mobile from his pocket and saw caller ID. Seeing that his face broke into smile and he quickly received.

"Hello Di" Sanskar said with bright smile.

"Hello Sanskar, how are you?" A replied came from that side.

"I am fine Di ..you?"

"Yes I am also fine"

"Are you eating time to time and doing well right? Where are you now?"

"Di hold on ....if you asked so many questions at the same time then how can I reply?" Sanskar said while laughing.

"Ok say"

"I am eating very well and all is good here. Now I am standing at bus stop to go home as usual got late" Sanskar said with smile.

"Ok when you are coming to Bangalore?"

"Di now I might not be able to come. I got new project so I won't be able come till it completes" Sanskar replied sadly.

"Ok don't worry but be careful and if you need anything just call me"

"Ok Di "

"Ok good night tc"

"Good night" Sanskar cut the call and took deep breath and then looked at road for bus but there was no sign of bus. There was hardly people could be seen at this time.

"Aree Yaar! why this bus don't come at correct time" Sanskar said frustratedly while scratching his hairs by one hand.

Suddenly his eyes went towards at opposite side of road. Some children were sleeping at road side without any cover or anything. It's look they were slum children. Sanskar felt bad for them so he went near them by crossing the road.

"Hey" Sanskar called them and there were four children.

Sanskar took out some money from his pocket and forwarded towards them

"Take this and buy food for you all"

"How can they buy food at this time as here all shops are closed now" A voice came from behind and Sanskar turned back and looked, it's girl voice.

She came forward and gave them food packets. They grabbed the food packets by seeing them and started to gobble it.
Both looked at them smilingly.

Girl turned towards Sanskar as her face was covered with scarf. Sanskar looked at her then at her eyes, the same eyes which he saw three days before at the same spot. He stood in his place by staring her eyes which made him hypnotise.

Girl waved her hand infront of him and Sanskar came into sense and looked at her.

"Where were you lost? She asked him.

"In your eyes" Sanskar murmured himself.

"Did you say something?" She asked him seeing his face confusingly.

"No...nothing" Sanskar replied with tight smile.

"Don't you know it's not a safe for girls roaming alone at this night time?" Sanskar asked her making her look at him.

"Who said I am alone? She replied to him with smile.

Sanskar looked here and there but find no one except them and that children.

"Where no one is here?" Sanskar asked confusingly.

"Why not? You are here right?" She replied with smile.

Sanskar got surprise listening her.

"How could you trust me that I don't do anything to you?" Sanskar asked raising his eyebrow..

She laughed out by listening his question. Sanskar mesmerized by her melodious laughing sound.

"Without relation with them, you came here to help these children. It's enough for to know about person character how he is" She replied with a smile.

Sanskar also smiled listening her.

"How did you get food for them when all shops are closed here?" Sanskar asked inorder to continue his conversation because he didn't want to loose this opportunity to know about her whom he lost his heart just by seeing her eyes.

"No, actually I used to distribute the food packs for hungry people whenever I got a time so today I saw them and gave" She replied in her casual tone.

"Oh that's good" Sanskar said with smile.

"Ok my stop is here only. Do you travel by bus or have vehicle?" Sanskar asked her seeing a his bus stop.

"No actually I have a car" She replied while showing car which was stopped at one side.

"Ok that's fine, nice to talk with you " Sanskar said in his unwanted heart because he didn't know what to talk so he needed to end the conversation.

"Same here also. Are you waiting for bus?" She asked him.

"Yes" Sanskar replied with suffering tone.

"I don't think your bus will come soon. If you don't mind, shall I drop you?" She asked him making him surprise as well as happy.

"No it's ok, it might be coming" Sanskar said while denying her offer as he was a gentleman that can't accept unknown girl offer.

"I know it's late so come I will drop you" She asked him again.

"It's ok, I will call my friend and he will come" Sanskar said again not wanting burden.

"Oh that means if I am your friend then you would have taken my help right?" She asked him in questionable with raised eyebrow.

"Nothing like that..." He fumbled as he didn't get word what to say .

Sara laughed seeing his confusing face.

"Will you be my friend?" She asked him while forwarding her hand towards him.

Sanskar looked at her with surprised and amusingly as she was asking an unknown person friendship whom she met few minutes back.

Sara opened her scarf slowly and Sanskar was looking at her only. She opened her full scarf revealing her face to see. Sanskar's breathe hitched in his lungs by seeing her. Her fair skin, hazel nut eyes, round nose, pink lips and that smile made him fall for her at first sight only. He felt that she came from heaven to meet him.

"Hi, I am Swara" She introduced herself to him.

Sanskar looked at her hand then at her. She signed him through eyes while smiling.

"Hi, I am Sanskar" Sanskar gave hand to her.

"Friends" She asked in her chirpy voice.

"Friends" Sanskar replied with a bright smile.

"Now we are friends right. Shall I drop you?" She asked him.

Sanskar smiled with defeated face..

Sanskar was standing at bus stop like everyday but this time it's little early because his work got over before actual time so he thought to go home quickly and get sleep early. He was waiting for bus, some two or three people were waiting for bus. He looked at watch, it's showing 8.30 pm. He signed seeing it, he was standing for half an hour but there was no clue about bus. All people went by boarding the bus to thier respective places but Sanskar was still waiting. He got frustrated as he thought he would go home and sleep early but now it's going to be like as usual daily. He thought to call his best friend cum roomate Arya. He took out mobile from his pocket but suddenly one car came infront of him and stopped with jerk by making screech sound of tires. Sanskar got startled with sudden sound and looked at car by removing his eyes from the mobile and got surprised seeing Swara who was smiling at him with bright smile.

"Come, I know your bus won't come atleast not now" Swara said after lowering the car window glass.

Sanskar came near her car after stuffing his mobile in his pocket.

"You here?" Sanskar asked her with surprised eyes.

"Yes, I was going to home by passing  but I saw you here so stopped" Swara lied to him by giving lame excuse because she wanted to take a glimpse of him and that's why she came here early to see him from far by standing but got surprised seeing him so early, she stood little far away from the bus stop while staring Sanskar and waited for him to get bus. She was observing his facial expressions and when she saw his frustrated face so thought to help him and came Infront of him.

"Ohh" Sanskar gave her a small smile.

"Get in" Swara asked him but he looked at her confusingly.

"I will drop you" Swara said by seeing his confused face.

"No it's ok, I will go by bus. I don't want to trouble you everytime" Sanskar said by denying her offer..

"See what I told you last time, we are friends right so according to that you can't deny my offer?" Swara said with fake anger making cute face to him.

Sanskar got mesmerised by her cute angry face which was looking more cute for him and stared at her a for sometime being lost in her and he came into sense by Swara's voice and then got inside the passenger seat.

"Put you seat belt" Swara said and Sanskar put his seat belt.

Sanskar looked at her who was smiling at him and again Sanskar's heart fluttered seeing her mesmerising smile.

"Chaliye?" Swara asked him on which he nodded his head and Swara drive off the car with jet speed.

Both were silent and Sanskar wanted to talk with her but didn't getting words to talk with her.

"Hmm Swara" He called her softly on which Swara slow down her car speed and looked at him with small smile.

"Yes, say Sanskar" Swara said and look at front on road again.

"Where you live and your family?" Sanskar asked her with little bit hesitation.

"Why? You want to come to my home?" Swara asked him with tease.

"No" Sanskar gave sudden reaction for her question.

"Then?" She asked him and pressed her lips not to laugh by seeing his facial expression.

"Nothing like that, it's just out of curiosity" Sanskar said while  stammering little as he didn't know what to reply for her question.

"Ohhh!!" Swara exclaimed with hidden smile.

"Yes" Sanskar said while little scratching his head with tight smile.

"I will tell you definitely about my family, irst tell me about you?" Swara asked him while driving.

"About me? Nothing special. I and my sister only two in my family. My parents died when I was 12 and my sis 15. She only took care of me like her own child. After completing engineering I got offer from Mumbai so came here leaving my place" Sanskar told her.

"And your sister?" Swara asked him while turning towards him and Sanskar looked towards her.

"She is doing job in Bangalore. I didn't want leave her alone and come here but she insisted me to go so came here. Here I got Arya as a best friend and doing job for 5 days in week or sometimes 6 days and sometimes over duty, spend half of your day waiting for bus or traveling to reach home to office or office to home and eat and sleep then next day same routine. This is my life...so boring right? Without enjoyment and nothing and all" Sanskar said and let out small chuckle and then turned towards Swara.

"What you do in weekend?" Swara asked him looking at him.

"Nothing just sleep or do office work at home" Sanskar said with sign.

Swara smiled listening him.

"I thought everyone life is better than me but hearing you my view have changed that everyone has their own problem" Swara said while laughing..

Swara stopped the car with sudden halt. Sanskar looked at her with confusion and Swara turned toward him.

"Your place" Swara said while pointing towards outside.

"Ohhh sorry" Sanskar smiled at her and got down from the car and came to driver side.

"Thank you so much once again" Sanskar thanked her for her help and smiled at her

"You are welcome" Swara said while smiling back at him.

"Ok bye Good Night" Sanskar said with unwanted heart.

"Good night" Swara replied back with smile.

Sanskar turned to go and he walked two steps away from the car but stopped listening Swara's voice.

"Sanskar"

He stopped and his heart started to beat by making sound which he could hear himself with Lub Dub rhythm by hearing his name from her mouth for the first time. It's felt so beautiful for him by her melodious voice. He turned towards her and looked at her with thumping heart of him.

"Umm...Can I get your number?" Swara asked with little bit hesitation. Sanskar's heart started to flutter in happiness.

"Yes, surely" Sanskar came near car again.

"Give me your mobile" He asked forwarding his hand on which Swara handed her mobile to him.

Sanskar gave missed call to his mobile by her and saved his name in her mobile then gave back to her.

"Done"

"Thank you and good night " Swara said with bright smile on which Sanskar wished her back.

"Bye" Swara said and started the car.

"Bye" Sanskar said by giving bright smile.

Swara drove off the car where as Sanskar was standing by seeing her car to disappear.

He was coming inside while smiling himself by remembering today incident and lost in his thoughts of Swara. Suddenly dashed with Arya who was coming outside to see him.

"Ouchh" Arya let out small shriek and started to rub his forehead.

"Sanskar, where you lost man?" Arya asked him while frowning as Sanskar was still smiling himself being lost not caring about his surroundings.
Arya got confused seeing him like this.

"Sanskar" He shouted loudly to bring him back.

Sanskar came into sense.

"Ha did you call me?" Sanskar asked him. Arya folded his hand over his chest and stood while staring at him with questionable eyes.

"What? Why are you looking at me like that?" Sanskar asked him and entered inside while pushing him aside little. Arya frowned seeing his behaviour and he also followed him wherever Sanskar was going.

Sanskar turned back and looked at him with questionable eyes like' what'.

"Care to explain?" Arya asked him with raised eyebrow.

"How was the day?" Sanskar asked him while trying to change the topic.

"Sanskar don't change the topic, tell me why were you smiling like love sick puppy. I know you are hiding something, tell me who is that girl?" Arya asked him directly by knowing his best friend in and out.

Sanskar let out deep sign and looked at him.

"Her name is Swara. I met her at the bus stop and became friends and she is nice girl and I liked her at the first sight only " Sanskar finished telling him in casual tone.

"That's only?" Arya asked him while narrowing his eyes.

"Yes that's only now..." Sanskar said irritatedly and moved towards his room.

"You didn't bother to tell me about your love story?" Arya asked with fake anger still tailing behind him.

Sanskar stopped and looked at him frustratedly "Yaar! now only started so I thought to confirm my feelings and then will inform you but you are nagging me so I told you" Sanskar said while taking his towel and entered inside the bathroom leaving Arya in thought.

"He won't say whole story to me so I have to plan something to make him blurt out all" Arya stood there while thinking how to make him confess all.

"Idea" Suddenly he realised something and took out his mobile and  messaged someone. He looked at bathroom door after sending message.

"Now I will see, how you won't blurt  everything to me" Arya smiled victoriously and went to his room.

Sara came home and entered inside while smiling herself.

Swara was going to her room while climbing the stairs but stopped listening someone's voice.

"Swara from where you are coming at this hour?" Sharmishta asked her angrily.

Swara turned towards her and looked at her and her daughter who was sitting on sofa with her mobile.

"Chachiji I had a shoot so got late" Swara said with low voice.

"I called the director but they told me that you left early from the set then where you went without coming home?" Shsrmishta asked her on which Swara got little angry but composed herself.

"Woh chachiji I went to meet one of my friend so got late" Swara said while trying to convince them.

Kavya looked at her like 'oh it is really' as she knew Swara didn't have close friends in Mumbai and she doesn't make friendship with anyone so easily. If she wants to make party or enjoyment, only with set workers that too in set only.

"Don't make late again that I won't keep quiet" Sharmishta warned her and left to her room.

Swara let out relief sign and looked at Kavya who was busy in her world, she left to her room.

Sara came to room, and changed her dress into comfortable dress. She sat on bed and took her mobile to make a call to someone.

"Hi doll, how was the day?" Opposite person asked her on which Swara makes irritated face.

"Don't ask me Bhai, Chachi spoiled my happy mood at last moment" Swara said irritatedly on which she heard laughter sound from opposite side.

"Ajju Bhai, you are laughing at me?" Swara said in complaining tone making cute faces.

"Ok I won't laugh on my doll, leave last moment of Chachi and then tell me how was your remaining day?" Arjun asked her on which Sara remembered about Sanskar and shy smile came on her face. Arjun felt her silence and got to know that she must be shied.

"Surely something is there which made my doll smile in shy" Arjun said on which Sara covered her face with her both hands not able to listen him further.

"Doll, I never see you like this shy Swara who was bold and straightforward" Arjun said while teasing her. Swara's cheeks turned into tomato red with blushing face . Slowly Swara opened her palms with slowly.

"Who is that?" Arjun asked while smiling on which Swara got shock with surprised.

"Don't get surprised, I know someone stole my sister heart that's why bold Swara became shy baby all of sudden" Arjun said in teasing.

"Bhaiii" Swara whined by listening him...

"Ok fast tell me, who is that lucky boy?" Arjun asked her while smiling imagining her baby sis blushing face.

"His name Sanskar" Swara said with bright smile while remembering his face.

"Then?" Arjun asked her further.

"He is working in one of the IT company as a engineer and middle class boy from Bangalore" Swara said with shy smile.

"His family?" Arjun asked her like possessive brother.

"Bhai... " Swara frowned listening him as he started to enquire about him already.

"If you want my green signal then you have to tell me about him everything" Arjun said in his possessive brother mode. Swara frowned listening him and started to tell.

"He has one elder sister and she lives in Bangalore only and working in one small company as a accountant and he doesn't have other family except his sister, that's it" Swara finished her talk. Arjun asked her 'that's only'

"Yes Bhai, I just met him before week and still so many things are pending to know about him. You are asking everything now only?" Swara said with irritated face.

"Bhai, I know what you are thinking? I am film star so many boys are behind me just for one of my glance and ready to become my boyfriend and some are behind my money but he is different Bhai" Swara said while trying to convince her brother.

"How will you say that he is different from everyone?" Arjun asked her in his serious tone.

"He doesn't know who I am Bhai" Swara said making Arjun surprised as well as shocked

"What! He doesn't know about you being actress?" Arjun asked with little bit shock on his face on which Swara nodded her head in no.

"What if he is acting infront you like not knowing about you to get close with you" Arjun asked her again with a doubt.

"Bhai, I know the difference between acting and real. He is very different from other boys which I have seen before" Swara said with a smile while remembering his helping nature.

Arjun felt her trust on him and happiness which he never saw after their parents death. They came to Mumbai to live with their uncle and aunt then he went to New York to study MBA and Swara chose to become actress as it's her dream to become famous actress in film industry and wanted to show her talents to the world that she is best in acting but she made shell around herself after he went to New York leaving her in India so that's why she doesn't mingle with anyone easily. She does her work efficiently and came to home or do her social work for her satisfaction that too without being noticed from anyone. Arjun didn't want to go to New York but Swara only forced him to go but in return he took promise from her that she wouldn't stay alone and live with their uncle and aunt till he return back. Swara agreed to his condition. But he never saw that happiness and glow on her face which was he seeing now. He thought he might be someone special from others but being a brother he needed to make sure that she is in safe hands so he asked her about him.

"Doll" Arjun called her being lost and Swara came into sense and looked at mobile.

"Where you lost?" Arjun asked her on which Swara nodded her head negatively with shy smile.

"Make him meet me once. I need to know about him" Arjun asked her on which Swara laughed out inside seeing her over possessive brother and then she agreed.

"Where is Nandini Bhabhi" Swara asked him.

"I am here only Swara" Nandini came from back and sat beside Arjun. Arjun put call on speaker.

"Oh! you both are here only" Swara asked both teasingly. 

"I came to talk to you only as he told that you will call him at this hour so" Nandini said with pressed lips while trying to hide her blush.

"Bhabhi don't blush too much ha" Swara said on which Arjun laughed out loudly listening Swara.

"Arjun" Nandini whined while glaring him.

"Ok Bhai and Bhabhi you both enjoy your time, I am getting sleep and Good night" Swara said while yawning.

"Ok good night Doll/Swara" Both wished from other side. Swara cut the call and lied on her bed. She took her mobile to message but got surprise to see message from Sanskar. She opened the message box and read the message.

"Hi, have you slept?" Sanskar sent message to her.

"Not yet, now going to sleep" Swara replied back.

Sanskar who was going to lie on bed, heard mobile beep sound of mobile and opened the message box to see Swara's message. His face got brighten seeing message from her.

"Ok sleep good night" Sanskar replied.

Swara saw his message and smiled.

"Good night" Swara typed and hit send button and kept her mobile aside and then lied on bed while staring at ceiling. She closed her eyes to sleep but only Sanskar's image was coming infront of her. She opened her eyes and then turned to her right side, looked out of the window through glass door. Moon was brighting brightly today with his all glory. Swara got up from the bed and went towards the window and stood there watching moon.

"Sanskar what are you making to me? I was never like this before? Even in my film set and with my co workers, I never felt this kind of feeling which I am feeling now for you. So many boys are behind me but I never cared about them but you made me mad at first meet only. I don't know which thing is attracting me towards you but I feel some kind of happiness and being protective with you" Swara looked at moon and bright smile was playing on her lips.

"You know, I thought no one is beautiful and handsome other than you but I found him more handsome and beautiful from heart. Sorry! but don't worry, you always will be my first love" Swara said while taking with moon cutely making face.
