Suddenly lift door opened with ding bell.

Sanskar was the one who ran towards lift without wasting a second when he heard door opening sound.

The scene infront of him was took out of his breathe as Sara was lying on floor lifelessly with bleeding head and all the things were scattered here and there which she was carrying.

"Saraaa" Sanskar shouted and quickly entered inside following him Jay, Karan and Ragini also entered and he sat on his knees, lifted her head and placed on his lap.

"Sara, open your eyes...Sara" He was calling her while patting her cheeks but she didn't move a bit.

"Sara, please open your eyes" He literally pleading her to open her eyes as tears were threatening to fall from his eyes by seeing her in this state.

"Sara, open your eyes" Ragini said while rubbing her palms.

"Karan call Alex to bring car at entrance" Sanskar shouted in loud voice.

All flinched from their place by listening his loud voice as they were already looking at him like alien. They were seeing their angry, rude, ruthless, khadoos boss was worrying and crying and pleading for a mere a office girl like this for the first time as he never easily showed his emotions or care to anyone untill now but for this girl he took whole office on his head. They thought something must was there between them for surely but who would tell them. It's not possible to dig out their boss personal life.

Karan immediately called Alex to bring car.
Sanskar picked her in his arms without wasting a second as her head was bleeding so much.

All gasped seeing the scene but Sanskar was too busy to notice. Sanskar made his way towards exit as Alex was already ready with car.
Sanskar placed Sara in back seat and also sat by placing her head on his lap while pressing her head wound with hanky and Ragini sat at passenger seat. Karan and Jay took another car.

All the while Kavita was enjoying the scene but she got confused seeing Sanskar's reaction. If Ragini would have worried for her it's reasonable because she was her best friend but why Sanskar? She was looking the scene with rage in her eyes and burning in anger because of seeing Sanskar lifting her and taking her to hospital himself.

"Why the hell did he take her to hospital? Why he is caring her so much for that bitch orphan?" Kavita shouted literally on Mansi who was standing beside Kavita as they were standing little far away from them.

"What are you seeing still?" Atul said in his strict voice as all were still looking at the way they went with wide eyes and open mouth not able to believe their eyes what were they seeing just moment before. All got dispersed seeing his serious face.

Sanskar reached hospital with Sara within 10 minutes as Doctors were already present there because Karan informed them on the way to hospital only. Sanskar picked Sara in his arms and placed her on stretcher and they moved inside and Sanskar was holding her hand tightly in fear of loosing her.

They came near OT door but stopped as Sanskar still holding her hand.

"Mr. Maheswari" Doctor said while pointing towards his hand. They moved stretcher inside as Sara's hand slipped from Sanskar hand. Sanskar stood there while staring at OT door where she has taken inside.

Karan and Jay also reached there. Sankar sat on chair with thud which was opposite of OT.

"Sanskarrr" Jay gasped seeing him.
They hurriedly went towards him. Jay and Karan sat beside him from each side. Ragini called Radha and Yash as they brought to Malhotra's hospital only.

"Sanskar relax, nothing will happen to her" Jay said while placing his hand on his shoulder inorder to console him.

"I can't bear another loss Jay as I already suffered seeing you in that state for three years before and again if anything happens to her then I can't able to live with another guilt. I will die in the guilt that I can't protect my loved ones" Sanskar said with painful voice as his throat got dry to say anything in agony. He only knew what he was feeling by seeing her in fool of blood while lying unconscious on floor.

"Sanskar don't loose hope, nothing will happen to her. God is not that much cruel to take innocent life, trust on God. If you don't believe in God then just keep trust in your love, you love her right? Then just believe in your love, she is fighter from childhood, now also she will fight with any problem" Jay said while trying to sooth his pain.

Sanskar looked at him with still eyes.

"Don't look at me like that I know you love her, it is clearly evident in your eyes" Jay said while looking at him back.

Sanskar averted his gaze and looked at OT door as he face has no emotions but so many emotions were running inside him but not showing anything outside even Ragini and Karan also heard their talk but they were not in the situation to get happy that Sanskar loves her.

Radha and Yash reached there with worry on their face as they knew Ragini and Karan wouldn't come to hospital at this time leaving office so they thought there must be an urgent.
When Karan called hospital and asked his Dad but he was told that they were in emergency so he told to arrange some other doctors.

Yash and Radha reached there with worried face. They got confused by seeing Sanskar and their eyes got widen by seeing blood on Sanskar's shirt and hands.

"Ragini what happened? Sanskar is here?" Radha asked with her worriedly by eyeing Sanskar who was sitting with blank expression even Yash was looking worried by seeing them all at hospital.

"Mom, Sara..." Ragini choked while saying as she couldn't say further tightly hugged her and started to cry.

"What happened to Sara?" Yash asked worriedly by seeing Ragini as he came to know that something big must have happened to Sara that's why Ragini was crying otherwise she wouldn't have cried like this for small things as for he knew he never see her crying like this much.

"Dad, there was a lift crash in office. Sara was inside the lift and she got severe head injury so doctor took her inside the OT" Karan said getting up from the chair.

At the same time Nandini was passing through corridor to go her cabin but stopped seeing Yash, Radha and some others were gathering infront of OT. She saw someone was hugging Radha and Radha was consoling her as Ragini's back was facing Nandini. She didn't see Sanskar and came near them to check. She got confused seeing Ragini hugging and crying and her eyes went towards Sanskar who was sitting at chair with blank expression while staring OT door and his dress which was stained with blood. She got worry seeing him and also Ragini who was crying and then Radha broke the hug.

"Ragini nothing will happen to her, you stop crying" Radha said while wiping tears from Ragini's eyes.

"Radha" Nandini called her from behind while placing stethoscope around her neck and holding file in her hand. She came near them and looked at them with questionable eyes.

Radha and Yash looked at each other face like "how to tell"

"Aunty, Sara met with an accident and now she is in OT" Karan just blurted out without knowing the truth that she was Sara's mother.

Nandini stumbled in shock as files fell down on the floor which she was carrying and going to fall but Jay who was standing beside her held her before she fell down.

"Aunty/Nandini" Karan, Ragini and Jay/ Radha and Yash shouted seeing her.

"Aunty are you ok?" Jay asked with worry being confused by seeing her as he didn't see Nandini before and just knew her name name Nandini and bring Arjun's wife.

"Swara..." Nandini barely whispered her name in shock..

"Nandini" Radha shook her. Nandini came into sense and tears slide down from her eyes as she looked at Radha with painful eyes.

"Radha again she is....." Her voice choked while saying as she gulped huge lump in her throat.Tears were already flowing from her eyes continuously. Radha hugged her tightly.

"Nothing will happen to her, you stop crying Nandu" Radha said while rubbing her back who was crying in her embrace vigorously.

Sanskar was not in his sense as he was just lost in his thoughts forgetting about his surroundings. He just wanted to see Sara only now.

Ragini and Karan were looking at Nandini only, confusion was written all over their face by seeing Nandini who was crying so much as per they knww she didn't have any connection with Sara, she met Sara that too once in SR hospital pooja. Jay has guessed that it must be Arjun's wife and Sara's mother.

Radha broke the hug forcefully "Nandini stop crying, if you crying like this how could you console Arjun? You know how much sensible regarding about them?" Radha said trying to sooth her pain.

"Arjun" Nandini got worried listening Arjun's name.

"Yash call Arjun fast" Nandini said while turning towards Yash on which he nodded his head in yes.

Yash called Arjun and asked him to come to hospital urgently as he didn't tell him about Sara because he knew he would drive rashly on his own to come here.

Jay brought two glass of water and handed over it to Radha and Yash. Radha gave it Nandini who was sitting on chair. Yash made Ragini drink water and all looked at Sanskar who was sitting just staring at OT door as they couldn't predict what was going on in his mind except Jay. He knew what was running in his mind at this moment.

"Sanskar" Jay called sitting beside him and Sanskar turned towards him then again looked at OT. Nandini also looked at Sanskar and started to cry silently.

At the same time Arjun came to there while searching Yash as he called him to come near OT.

"Yash" Arjun called him from behind as he didn't see anyone and he just recognised Yash from his posture.

All turned towards voice except Sanskar. Nandini looked at him by lifting her head above. Arjun came near to them and got confused seeing them gathering infront of OT.

Nandini got up from chair and walked towards him with fast step and hugged him tightly.

Arjun startled with sudden hug and got worried seeing her crying face but he hugged her back.

"Nandu, what happened? You are making me worry" He tried to break the hug but she tightened her grip on him.

Arjun looked at all with questionable eyes then his eyes went towards Sanskar and blood on his shirt. He got more worried by seeing the scene. He felt that something must have happened in the family otherwise they wouldn't have been here.

Arjun forcefully broke the hug.

"Nandu, tell me what happened? Why are you crying this much?" He asked her but she kept crying only.

Then he looked at Yash "Yash, you tell me" Arjun asked him but he also kept quite as he didn't get to know how to say but he was going to say, before that Nandini told him

"Arjun, Sara...." She was saying in between her cry.

"What happened to Sara?" He asked impatiently with worried face and heavy voice as he couldn't able to live if anything happens to his daughters.

"Sara met with an accident and now she is in OT" Yash said after gaining little bit courage.
As soon as Arjun heard this, his hands loosened which was holding Nandini's shoulder.

"Arjun" Nandini whispered seeing his blank face as she knew how much he loves their daughters and missed them but never showed his pain because of her. He tried to stay strong because if he falls weak then he wouldn't be able to console her so he always kept hidden his emotions and pain while smiling out.

"Arjun, nothing will happen to her, she is our brave daughter Arjun. She fought with death once when she didn't know about anything now she has reason to live then how could she leave us now?" Nandini said while cupping his one cheek with her hands. Arjun looked at her then closed his eyes in pain by remembering 25 years back accident. Nandini hugged him tightly still sniffing in his embrace.

Karan and Ragini were standing numb by listening Nandini. Jay got fully confirmed that Nandini is Sara's mother only when he saw Arjun. Arjun also hugged her as his eyes were filled with tears but couldn't fall weak infront of them then he looked at Sanskar who was sitting blankly. He broke the hug and wiped Nandini's tears silently then moved towards Sanskar.

"Sanskar" Arjun placed his hand on his shoulder on which Sanskar came into sense and turned towards Arjun but didn't say anything.

"She will be fine, she should be fine at least not for us but for you. Nothing will happen to her when she is having so much loved ones beside her" Arjun said trying to console him as he was already trying to stay strong for all.

Jay called MM and told about Sara's accident. They were on the way to hospital.

At the same time OT red light got off as all got up from their chair and stood up. Sanskar also got up by listening OT door opening sound and doctor came out, all rushed towards him.

"Doctor how is she?" Sanskar was the one who asked him quickly.

"She is out of danger but she had so much blood loss so we need to keep her under observation for two days and she is weak also then we will discharge her" Doctor said as all let out relief sign.

"Doctor, can I see her now?" He asked impatiently with pleading tone.

"Yes but not now, we need to shift her to general ward so there you can meet her" Doctor informed and Sanskar nodded his head in understanding.

"Doctor, there is no other problem right?" Arjun asked him still worrying about his daughter.

"No Mr. Raichand, he will be fine soon" Doctor replied.

"Thank you doctor" Arjun said on which doctor smiled while nodding his head and excused himself and went to his cabin.

All Maheswari's came to hospital except Laksha as he went out of city on business work for two days. All asked about Sara's health.
Sujata ran towards Sanskar hurriedly.

"Sanskar" Sujata called him while placing his hand on his shoulder.

Sanskar looked at her and then hugged her but said nothing. Sujata also hugged him back while caressing his back to console him.

About 20 minutes later nurse came to them "Mr. Maheswari you can see her now but she is still unconscious please make sure she doesn't get disturb" Nurse informed and left the place.

Sanskar nodded his head in yes and then turned towards his family.

"You go inside first" Ram said while patting his shoulder.

Sanskar slowly opened the room door and entered with slow steps. He saw her who was lying on bed with big bandage on her head with pale face. He tighten his fist in anger on himself by seeing her like this. If he didn't shift her to his floor then she wouldn't have enter the lift to come, this wouldn't have happened. He took deep breathe to control his anger and moved towards her bed. He looked at her who was sleeping with pale face and IV was attached to her left hand and right hand wrist was bandaged. He sat on chair which was beside the bed and he slowly held her right hand palm in his hand delicately not to hurt her then slowly kissed her fingers.

"I am sorry" He murmured slowly and he sat while staring her face only.

Arjun was looking at them through glass window.

After half an hour Sanskar felt some movement in his hand and looked at his right as Sara's fingers were moving little. Sara furrowed her eyes to open then slowly her eyes balls moved and opened her eyes slowly. Sanskar got happy by seeing her eyes opening and he felt that he got his life.

Sara fully opened her eyes and blinked her eyes several times to get clear view then only she saw Sanskar who was looking at her with unknown emotions.

"Sara" he called her softly but she felt that it's soothing words to her by listening her name from him.
Sara looked at him with weak smile on her face.

"Doctor, nurse" Sanskar called, within two minutes doctor came inside and checked her.

"Don't need to worry, she will recover soon but she needs 1 week bed rest completely.

"Ok doctor" He said nodding his head while seeing Sara with corner of his eyes. Sara was staring at him only without blinking her eyes as if she blinked then he would disappear from her eyes.

All family members came inside and asked her about her health. She talked with everyone but her eyes were searching for someone other than Sanskar as she again and again looking at door. Sanskar observing her from long time but kept quite seeing all family members even Jay also observed her and got to know that she was looking for her parents.

All family members left the room to give her rest. At last Jay, Sanskar left in the cabin.

Jay looked at Sara as she already looking at him with questionable eyes. Jay nodded his head in understanding her question and Sara let out suffering sign. Sanskar looked at them who were exchanging glances that he understood that there was something.

"Jay send all to home, I will be with her" Sanskar said while turning towards Jay. Jay looked at him for a second and then nodded his head.

"Take care, if you need anything just call us" Jay said and gave last glance to Sara and was going out but stopped listening Sara's voice.

"Bhai" Sara called him with weak tone yet audible to Jay. He turned back even Sanskar also looked at her.

"Do you want anything ?" Jay asked her with light smile.

"Send them inside" Sara asked him on which he nodded his head in yes and went out. Sara looked at Sanskar who was staring at her with confused face.

"I want to say something" Sara said in her weak voice. Sanskar came near her bed by listening her and stood silently just looking at her to continue. Sara looked at him as both eyes met each other.

"I...." She was going to say further but stopped by listening door opening sound and both turned towards door to find Arjun and Nandini. Both were standing at the door step.
Sara looked at both of them and got that they were crying for her by seeing their face which was visible on their face. Sara lifted her hand and signed them to come but felt pain in her arm.

"Ahhh....."She winced in pain.

All trio ran towards her but first one Sanskar held her hand as he was near to bed.

"Why do you tried to pull stunt when you know you have wound on your hand" Sanskar scolded her while glaring her little bit angrily, Sara lowered her eyes seeing his angry glare while making sorry face. Arjun and Nandini smiled little by seeing them. Sanskar moved aside by seeing Arjun coming towards bed.

"How are you feeling now?" Nandini asked her while caressing her cheeks lovingly and her eyes were filled with tears by seeing Sara in hospital bed.

"Maa, I am fine, it's just small head injury, nothing happened to me" Sara said while smiling at her.

"You scared us to the hell you know" Nandini said in complaining tone.

"Sorry..." She said making sorry pout on which Nandini melted easily and smiled little.

Sanskar was in big puzzle to understand what was happening here, how could she knew them and calling then Maa and so many questions were running inside his head since Jay went out. He wanted to ask her but seeing her health he kept quite.

"Papa, won't you talk with me?" Sara asked Arjun who was standing silently watching mother and daughter.

"How can you expect me to talk with you when you know what have you done with yourself" Arjun asked her with little but anger in his voice and pain could be seen in his eyes.

"Papa" She whispered slowly.

"You know by listening your accident my breath had stopped for a minute. We don't have any reason to live if anything happens to you both as we already suffered without you 25 years. Don't give us this much big punishment for both of us. We don't have strength to endure that pain of loosing you both again" Arjun said while caressing her head as tears threaten to fall down from his eyes.

"Papa, please don't cry. I can't see you both crying because of me" Sara said on which both wiped their tears quickly.

"Papa" Sara called Arjun and he looked at her immediately by listening her.

"Sanskar" She said while looking at Sanskar who was standing with shocked expression on his face. Sara could understand him what was going inside his mind now that he would get angry by feeling betray for not telling him or he might be hate her by breaking his trust but one thing she didn't know anout him that he was the same Sanskar who was in past with mature, sensible man. He couldn't have come to decision in haste. Once he made mistake by misunderstanding Siya, this time he couldn't do..

Arjun and Nandini looked at him while turning back.

Arjun assured her through his eyes and moved towards Sanskar.

"Sanskar" He called while placing his hand on his shoulder.

Sanskar came into sense and looked at Arjun with blank face.

"I want to tell you something, I know you are confused about us, why she is addressing us Maa and Papa?" Sanskar was just listening him.

Arjun looked at Sara who nodded her head with little faint smile to continue and she was scared from inside for Sanskar's reaction after hearing about truth.

"Sara and Ragini both are our daughters" Arjun said making Sanskar hell shocked. He instantly turned towards Sara who was looking at them and nodded her head in yes.

He told him how they met with an accident and lost both daughters then Ragini and Sara but didn't tell about Gadodia. Then he told how he got to know about his both daughters and how Sara got to know about them.

"We wanted to tell you all but...." Arjun stopped and closed his eyes in pain.

"We were scared for their life. If my rivals come to know about my daughters then they won't sit quite like 25 years how they tried to kill us, now also they will try to harm them so kept quite and wanted to tell you by at right situation" Arjun said and didn't mention about whom his rivals and exhaled his breathe to calm his mind which was burning in anger and rage to destroy them who was reason for his family serration.

Sanskar was looking at him with shocked expression. He never think that they suffered so much in their life. Arjun told Sanskar that some rivals tried to kill them but didn't tell him about past as he didnn't want past effect their present and future life.

"You know, might be for this reason only we felt you are so connected to us" Arjun said while looking at him.."I am sorry for not telling you before when you have right to know everything about her but at the same time we don't want loose both of them like last time. We are sorry, please forgive us" Arjun while folding his hand infront of Sanskar. Sanskar immediately held his hand.

"No uncle, don't join your hand infront of me. I am not angry on anyone neither you nor her for hiding this thing but happy that she finally got her parents whom she craved from childhood. I know how it feels when our loved ones life is at stake then we have to choose toughest way to keep them safe if it makes someone angry or betray in their eyes. In your case you chose your daughter's safety so I am not angry at all but I am very happy" Sanskar said with light smile.

All smiled listening him as Sara's eyes filled with tears by having misconceptions about him..

"You are same Sanskar how you were in past" Sara mumbled herself with proud smile on her.

Arjun hugged him tightly "I am proud of you boy, my daughter is lucky that she got you" Arjun said while breaking the hug.

"Uncle, can I ask you one thing if you don't mind?" Sanskar asked him with little bit hesitant.

All were looking at him only and Arjun nodded his head with light smile to ask.

"You said you have two daughter, one is Sara and another one is Ragini, where is she?" Sanskar asked him with curious eyes.

Screen shifts to Yash's cabin.

Yash, Radha were sitting on couch with sad face while Karan and Ragini were standing opposite to them with look like 'need an explanation'.

"Dad, I know you are hiding something which we don't know. Please say, why Arjun uncle and Nandini aunty crying for Sara and calling her their daughter. Is it true that what they were saying some time before?" Ragini asked them with frustratedly seeing them silent.

Yash looked at her and took deep breathe while closing his eyes and then opened.

"Yes, Sara is their daughter" Yash said looking at her.

Ragini and Karan got shocked by hearing Yash. Thet looked at each other face.

"Dad, how?" Karan asked him in her disbelief tone.

"Then why she was in orphanage when she has parents?" Ragini asked him not able to believe the truth because she knew how much Sara suffered in orphanage alone craving for parents love which she was heard from Riya.

Yash told them what he got to know from Arjun but didn't tell her about Ragini being their eldest daughter.

Karan and Ragini was getting shock by one another one.

"Then their first daughter, what about her? Where is she now? Did she die in that accident?" Ragini asked them by feeling bad for them.

Yash and Radha looked at each other what to tell her? should they disclose truth or not? but they couldn't hide it more longer being selfish for her or anything. She has the right to know about her biological parents.

"No, she is alive and here only" Radha said with heavy voice.

"Here? Where?" Ragini asked being impatient to know about her.

"You are their first daughter" Yash said making both Ragini and Karan hell shock. Ragini rooted in her place being numb by listening their answer.

"Me?" She barely whispered not able to believe what she heard just now.

"Yes, you are only their lost daughter" Radha said while looking at Ragini's shocked face.

"Uncle, Ragini knows about this? Then Yash Uncle and Aunty?" Sanskar asked him.

"Yes, they know about Ragini being our daughter but Ragini doesn't know about this. Yash might be told her by now" Arjun said while looking at Nandini.

"I don't know how she will react or might be hate us" Arjun said with helpless in his voice.

"Don't worry uncle, she will understand your situation and will accept you all whole heartedly" Sanskar said while giving assurance to them and looked at Sara who in return smiled at him lightly.

"Papa, you know what are you saying?" Ragini asked him again to confirm as it's not truth to believe.

"Yes, it's only truth beta" Yash said and Ragini stumbled in her place.

"Ragini.." all shouted seeing her but Karan held her before she fell down.

"How could you hide this truth from me?" Ragini asked in painful voice while staring at her parents.

Radha started to cry seeing her like this. Yash came near her and stood infront of her..

"Do you hate us for hiding this truth from you?" Yash asked while looking at her with calm tone.

"No Papa never, it's just I am hurt. You have hidden this truth from me" Ragini said instantly with painful voice.

"We never wanted to hide this but Arjun stopped us telling to you because he didn't want to risk your life by disclosing truth about you to world and 25 years back when we got you that time you were just 2 years old. We searched for your parents and complained file but no one came to search for you so we adopted you then we didn't find any reason to tell you about adoption" Yash told her.

"Sara knows about this?" Ragini asked him.

"Yes, she got to know on the day when we went to their home" Radha said while composing herself.

"Then why didn't she tell me anything?" Ragini asked with confusion in her voice.

"Might be Arjun stopped her from saying this to you" Yash said while taking suffering breathe.

"Do you want to talk with them? Don't get angry or hate them for hiding the truth. They were right at their place beta, they chose to keep you distance rather being killed by them so don't make them suffer by distancing yourself from them by knowing they are your real parents. By time passing you will get to know about all and I know my daughter is enough mature to take right decision" Yash said but he didn't get any answer from Ragini as she was standing with blank face being lost in her thoughts.

"Ragini" He kept his hand on her shoulder. Ragini looked at him with blank face as she was in confusion at this moment to think anything.

Yash made her sit on couch and sat beside her while facing her.

"I know what are you feeling at this moment. Don't think that you are not our daughter after knowing your real parents, you are always be our younger, brave daughter only but we want you to accept them whole heartedly. I am not saying because he is my friend but I have seen pain in their eyes for loosing their daughter. I couldn't imagine just for a second when they told that you are their daughter and thought that you will leave us and go to them then think about them how they lived without you both for 25 years. They suffered so much already but don't make them suffer more. I am not pressuring you but saying truth only. It's up to you, if you want to talk them and go to them otherwise no but remember you always will be our daughter and this fact no one can be able to change" Yash said while caressing her cheek.

"Yes Ragini, Dad is right" Karan also supported his father.

Ragini sat for a while thinking something then wiped her tears and got up from couch.

"I am going to see them" Ragini said with smile on which all smiled brightly.

"God bless you" Yash said while patting her head.

Ragini went out of the room towards Sara's room.
