Backstory: Seraphina was friends with the Bjorgman family ever since she was five years old. Being the same age as Kristoff, she gets along famously with him. She considers Chris and Eve (Kristoff's parents) her family too. When she and Kristoff spend time together, she discovers that she's a panromantic asexual, coming out to Chris, Eve, and Kristoff. They accept her, and Seraphina accepts that she's different.

Extra: Seraphina is socially impaired, which helped her connect with Kristoff. She was also diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, but she doesn't let it stop her from getting her life in order.

Looks: Seraphina has a diamond-shaped face and curly dark golden hair hair that reaches down to her kneecaps. She usually braids it back. She has a golden beige skin tone and bright sea green eyes. She also has soft-angled eyebrows and an inverted triangle body shape. Seraphina has a Roman-type nose and stands at about 5'2 (eight inches shorter than Kristoff).

Personality: Seraphina is sarcastic and has little tolerance for people wasting her time. She is also very kindhearted and sometimes lets people boss her around if she's mentally unstable. Because she hardly has a connection with her parents, she spends time with the Bjorgman family. She knows when to swallow her pride and often has to tell Kristoff to do the same thing. She's very empathetic and knows when to help people.
