You look out of the cave in which you live. You look back at your sister Dead Lullaby, she is fast asleep. You smile to yourself and leave the cave drinking in the Moon's light. Your smokey black coat turning grey as you soar through  the night sky. What a wonderful night, you think to yourself. You notice a castle on the mountain and the surrounding city joined to the castle. Curious you move closer and the White Castle grew closer revealing a single pony standing on the balcony of one tower. She seems lonely. You fly closer and realize the pony as a horn and wings and she's staring at the moon. Then you hear her speak but she sounds distant and faraway,"Why does the whole of Equestria sleep through my night?" The winged unicorn lifted her wings and flew into the sky. Her grace and beauty makes you stop dead. The winged unicorn flew through the sky and seemed to touch the stars before returning to the balcony.

Quick POV change
Princess Luna  stared into the sky, tears brimming her eyes. "No one witnesses my night," she sighed. Then she saw a pony, hovering in the air. "Huh?" She spread her wings and leapt into the sky

Back to you
You are still frozen in the air, the only noise you can hear is the flapping of your own wings. Then you hear a voice. "WHO ARE YOU AND WHY ARE YOU NOT IN BED LIKE THE REST OF THEM?" It boomed causing you to fall out of the sky. "Ow," you screech as you touch the ground.  Suddenly the Winged unicorn appeared in front of you. She was dark blue grey with a flowing mane. "Who are you, why do you experience my night?" The Alicorn boomed again. "I could ask you the same," you retort. The Unicorn sighed. "I am Princess Luna, Moon raiser and downer, sister of Princess Celestia, Adoptive co-aunt of Princess Cadence, I was once Nightmare Moon but was defeated, my sister nicknamed me Moonbut." Luna says as your mouth drops open, revealing two pairs of fangs. "YOURE A BAT PONY," Luna exclaimed. You blush and smile awkwardly. Luna's pupils contracted. "You have a thing for the Princess of the night?!" Your already pink face turns scarlet. Luna's cheeks turn pink with embarrassment. "M-My name is L-Lost M-M-Memory," you say. Luna looks at you. "Want to be my royal guard?" Your ears prick up. "Do I!"
