Candy Heart had the ability to make everything nice and sweet, so she ignored the teasing. One day, she wondered why ponies aren't as sweet as she wanted them to be. To change this, she made candy hearts and added a secret ingredient in it. The next day, she gave it to everypony, turning them sweet. That's when she got her Cutie Mark, a candy heart. Nopony knows what was the secret ingredient she used.
