Rebecca's family is a little broke up. She has her mother and her Grandmother who she lives with and she has another step-brother who's not of Half-blood. She barely sees said brother due to his father who has custody over him... and she's fine with not seeing him cause he's an annoying kid.
As for her mom and grandmother, well. She loves them both equally.
