#18: Call Me for 'Round Two' (Pt. 2)
Can we just take a moment to rejoice in how amazing Felix looks?
Thank you <3

I was having a little trouble trying to come up with some art to go with this, but then I saw this pic and was, like, "LIGHT BULB!!!"
Here's the difference:
And now, there is a picture of Felix smiling, with messy hair, and in looser clothing!!
You're welcome, random viewers!!

You guys, I'm starting a new religion. It's called Felinettian.
In this religion, we worship everything Felinette. XD
You know, before bizzzyyyy requested the first part, I didn't ship Felinette.
I can't say that anymore....I totally ship it!! XD
Thank you, bizzzyyyy for introducing me to Felinette!!
'''''
So, before we start, I need to say something:
This is dedicated to Jelewsie for always being there for me and for showing so much support.
She's told me all about how excited she is for this oneshot, so I just wanted to dedicate this to her as a 'Thank you'!!
It really means a lot when I hear how excited people are to read my stories!!
AND it's Jelewsie's birthday!!!
Consider this oneshot as my birthday gift to you, Jels!!
'''''
Also, there is nothing bad or mature in this oneshot. Just a lil' bit of....umm....exciting stuff?
I don't wanna spoil anything!! XD
'''''
And now....
Prepare the Fangirl/Fanboy Squealing Pillows, my fellow fanpeople, because you're in for a very interesting oneshot!!

"No!" giggled Marinette. "That's not fair! You always win this game!"
"Well you know me, Mari," drawled the low voice of Felix Agreste. "I observe and study others; just for the fun of messing with them. I might as well turn it into a competition with you." Marinette blushed as he smirked.
Marinette had a problem.
She had fallen for Felix. Hard.
It had started out small; blushing at Felix's attention to her, remembering little details about him, and feeling tingles where his hand brushed against her's.
But it had gotten worse. Now she couldn't stop thinking of him; he occupied her every thought.
Was she thinking of what shoes would go with her outfit? Nah, she was thinking about a certain tall, blond-haired, grey-eyed man.
Work? Nope; Felix Agreste.
Thinking about lunch? Not even close....well, I guess kinda close. I'll give you a hint; his name starts with 'F' and ends in 'elix Agreste'.
Even now, she couldn't help but think about how attractive he looked.
Apparently, it had been a long day for him; he had taken off his ever-present waistcoat and loosened both his dress shirt and tie. She could see a sliver of his under-shirt and his collarbone.
Finally, his hair was messy and loose. It looked so soft and fluffy; she wanted to touch it.
But through it all; he hadn't shown signs of returning her feelings.
And it scared Marinette.
What would happen if she revealed her true feelings?
Would he reject them? Shut her out?
He was so hard to read!
What if--
"Marinette?"
She jumped at Felix's prompting.
"Oh! Sorry, Fe! I was just....lost in thought, I guess." she said, blushing with embarrassment.
He chuckled.
Marinette practically melted at the sound of it. After meeting up several times for games of 'Deductions', she had succeeded in making him laugh several times. And it thrilled her every time he did it.
Oh goodness. She was definitely a goner.
"I just said that it was your turn to play." he responded.
"Oh, right." Turning in the leather armchair, she looked out of the large window facing the crowded street.
But before she could search for her target, Felix spoke.
"No, Let's change the game a little."
She faced him, surprised, but intrigued.
"How so?"
"Let's play it against the other. You deduce what you can about me, and I'll do the same about you."
Well that's not quite what Marinette had expected.
"S-sure." she agreed, nervously.
She took a moment to sweep her gaze over Felix. Observing the loose tie and creased satin shirt. Taking in his sock-covered feet.
The lines on his forehead that had been made by furrowing his brows too much.
The mark on his right wrist that had been imprinted by his watch.
How his normally light grey eyes were now a stormy steel.
The muscles in his arms; relaxed yet st--
Oh wait, she was checking him out, again.
Marinette blushed and scolded herself. Finally, she began to relay her deductions to Felix.
"Well, to start it off; you're obviously comfortable enough around me. Your appearance shows it; your clothes are looser and more casual than I've ever seen you in, your hair is messy, and you smile, sometimes." She paused.
"Go on," Felix prompted; not bothering to confirm or deny what she said.
"Umm, you work really hard and are punctual; the lines on your forehead and wrist show that."
"Seriously, Mari? A toddler could have come up with that." Felix deadpanned.
"Well, that's pretty much all I can get from you! You're very hard to read, Fe!!" she retorted.
"I know, Marinette. That's the point of being mysterious and unyielding. But I am a little disappointed by you. I would have thought you could see a little more into me."
"Well, it's not like you know me all that well, either!" she grumbled under her breath.
"Is that so?" Felix asked, his voice slightly deeper than usual.
Marinette's insides felt uneasy at his tone; she tried not to show it on her face.
"Yes," she said, challenging him.
Suddenly, Felix Agreste was on his feet. Marinette jumped in surprise.
He began to walk slowly towards her chair. All the while, he spoke in a low voice.
"You made a little more effort on your appearance, today, Marinette. You're wearing a tad bit more eyeliner than usual and your hair is lightly curled, however you put your hair in a low ponytail and are wearing casual clothes. So, it's obvious that you wanted to look nice, but not over-done. That was very considerate of you. You also added highlight on your nose because you feel insecure about it; you think it's big. Don't think like that, Mari; your nose is perfect."
Marinette's breath hitched, but Felix continued.
"Not only is your appearance evident, but it reveals your attitude and thoughts are as well. You're stressed about your fashion design exam; your bitten nails are proof of the stress, your fingertips have barely visible lines that only a measuring tape can give, and the side of your right hand has a slight grey residue from your sketching pencil."
Marinette felt hot tears prick at her eyes. She pressed further into the leather armchair, still shocked at Felix's revelations of her own mind.
"You sit here, curled in a fetal position in the chair, because you think I am being too harsh and frank with you. You're feeling exposed and conflicted."
He knelt in front of her. Felix raised his hand to her cheek and wiped a tear away.
Speaking softly, he began playing with the end of her loose ponytail.
"Now why do you think you are feeling conflicted? Hmm?" he looked into her watery blue eyes, waiting for a response.
When there was none, he continued.
"Because you know that I am not the nicest person out there, yet you are friends with me. You are also frustrated that I can both compliment you and insult you in the same sentence.
"You feel conflicted because I am a walking contradiction; I'm one mood for one moment and am another mood, the next. I am so very different than you. Yet, you feel yourself drawn to me. You like me."
Felix paused to look deep into her eyes for her reaction to what he'd say next.
"No, you don't like me. You, Marinette Dupain-Cheng, are in love with me."
Silence filled the room like a thick fog.
But Marinette's gaped mouth, flushed cheeks, and wide eyes were enough of an answer for Felix Agreste.
The next thing Marinette was aware of was Felix's lips on hers.
She was so shocked that she didn't move for several moments. Numbly aware of her senses, Marinette began to kiss him back. She gasped as he deepened the kiss even more by slipping his hand behind her neck and pulling Mari even closer to him.
The pair enjoyed the kiss for several more moments before they both had to come up for air. (Because, you know, lungs. )
They sat in the leather armchair--arms wrapped around each other and foreheads touching as they tried to catch their breath.
Felix gave Marinette a breathy smile. She was sure that, had she been standing, her knees would have given out immediately.
He rested his palm on the side of her cheek.
"Well," Felix spoke, in a low and husky voice. He looked at her, lovingly; his eyelids drooped slightly as he smirked.
"Call me for 'Round Two'?"
'''''
Whoooo! That was SAUCY!! XD
I blushed the entire time that I wrote the kiss scene! XD
I know it was really short, but I didn't want things to get too heated and to keep it PG.
I rarely write kiss scenes, but I felt that this particular request warranted one.
'''''
Well? Did you like it?
I think that this is one of my bests!! XD

You guys! I have sad news!!
My computer's being taken away!!!
It's a school-issued laptop, and the school-year is over, so I have to return it in less than a week!!! *cries*
They collect the laptops every year so they can update them and they erase everything!!!
So, now I have to transfer everything onto OneDrive so that it'll save everything. But I know that OneDrive has been having some problems lately, so I'm gonna email myself everything, for good measure.
And now, I have to write everything before the week is over so that I can get all the requests written and published before I gotta turn this in!
I'm gonna try and write Oneshots #19, #20, #21 (and possibly #22) before the end of the deadline.
I will be able to write during the summer, but I most-likely won't be able to post them often, because the only other devices are the old computer, mom's computer (which is off-limits to us, kids), or my phone (which has a 3-hour screen-time limit on it).
So, expect an update.....once or twice a month?
I'm sorry, but I can't do anything about it. I wish I could!!!
*cries some more*
'''''
Anyway, do you have any requests? It might take me a while, but I can add them to the list!
