The day of the meeting had arrived and the thing they were all afraid of happened. Li had high fever since the morning.

"Liyana i told you so many times to not tire yourself, now see whay you have done." Izhaan mustafa had rushed to his office when raina had called.

"I am okay, i have just taken a pain killer. I will be good to go in a while."
Sitting up from the couch she stated stubbornly.

"Are you sure? " He asked and she nodded with a dizzy head.

As per promised she was all ready in a few minutes to head over to board of meeting. Izhaan was leading them all and she was rigjt behind him replying to everything she understood though she felt extremely dizzy and her head was throbbing with pain.

"Hey Li, boss Li aint well." Maaz who had seen her falling screamed and turning around in his tracks Izhaan had caught her in his arms.

"Call the ambulance!" He barked. His heart seemed to stop. Liyana laid in his arms pale and unconcious.

"Liyana open your eyes please!" He whispered hard. He himself felt helpless.

"She is sleep deprived, dehydrated and overworked. She needs medical assistance right away. We have to admit her."
The doctor said professionally. The medical team had given her iv's and she was better apparently but was very unhealthy.

"No, its an important meeting, I cant miss it!" Wincing in pain she stated.

"Liyana , I can handle this. Please coperate with the doctors."
Looking at her he said softly.

"But boss, I need to be there and.." she continued and he sighed rubbing his forehead. She was stubborn.

"If you move from this hospital bed then you are fired. Raina you are staying here with her."
Warning her in a stern tone he left her speechless. He was always lenient with her but today he spoke like he really meant it.

"I will see you in the evening." Bidding farewell he left because he had to reach to the meeting.

The meeting was a succes and that was mainly because of liyaana's efforts, her paper work was remarkable.

On the way to the hospital he had stopped at a jewellery store seeing the pendant on display that she had once wished she had.
Smiling he had entered inside and had bought it for her along with a get well soon card. Propping down his name he hurried away to the hospital. He was hoping to see a smile on her face.

Entering the room he looked around to find raina and liyana missing. Getting worried he turned to leave for the nurses station when he heard their voices coming from the balcony. Sighing he walked towards them but his steps halted hearing liyana's words.

"Boss will never love me back raina, right?" She had asked.

"He dosent show but he likes you li. Its in his eyes. He always ends up doing what you tell him to do." Raina had replied lovingly.

"No raina. He only listens because I am always right regarding work, he dosent love me. He just keeps me around because I am good at the job."
She felt heart broken and his heart pinched at her words.

"Dont think that way li." Raina hekd her hand and said.

"Be realistic raina, i am always getting on his nerves showing affection and telling hm how much I love him but he never reciprocates infact never shuts me off either just because he is afraid i will leave the job. If I wasent good at the job then he would never keep me around."
She sobbed.

"Dont think negatively li." Raina had said and taking a deep breath he walked away not before putting the neckace in the drawer.

"What are you doing in here?" Entering liyana's office Izhaan asked maaz who was sprawled on her couch going throug some papers.

"She set me a task to go through this survey and print them out and place them in the OBJ outlets."
Sitting up maaz told him.

"What for?" Questioning he moved towards liyana's locker.

"Marketing and fun purpose. What are you doing here?"
Replying maaz asked.

"Need some important files from her locker." Enterimg the code he replied.

"Do you know her password?". Maaz questioned.

"My date of birth." Opening the locker he replied.

"Man! She really is in love with you." Maaz had said and izhaans hands stilled. Her voice played in his head. Numerous times she had told and showed him how much she had loved him and deep down very deep down he understood all her actions, they were always love filled for him.

"Boss listen to the questions." Maaz called out again.

"Ye, yeah go ahead." Coming out of the trance he said and started rummaging through the papers and files.

"Question number one states, is there any lucky day in your life. The day or moment that turned out the best for you?" In came maaz's voice and izhaan's mind automatically went back to the day liyana saqib had walked into obj.

"Hire me!" She had said confidently. He smiled remembering that day that had turned lucky for him.

"Question number two says, what moment you dread the most, in what moment did you get scared?"
Maaz had read the paper and izhaan recalled the time when liyana had fainted, his heart had seemed to stop that moment. He could never imagine anything happening to her. She was precious. Very precious.

"Question number three! Anyone you are extremely grateful to?"
Another question poured in and a tinge of wetness arrised in his heart as he the events of the day when liyana had recorded everything, all the confession of ramiz pasha.

"Boss, boss I have recorded it all!" She had come running. And he had embraced her in a hug.

"Anyone you really need to apologise to?" Maaz voive echoed in the room.
"You must be mistaken about your feelings." He had replied to her confessions.

" i was never more sure boss, never!" With tears she had said. He had been the reasin to her pain and tears. He had rejected her effection, her care, her love.

"Final question! Is there anyone you dearly love? If there is then dont waste time and let them know right now." Maaz's voice came in again and without a second thought Izhaan mustafa knew who. Throwing everything away he ran away.

"Hey boss!" Maaz called but he was long gone.

Raina had just gone home to rest as she was with liyana at the hospital throughout the day. Liyana had forced her leave as she herself wanted some sleep. Liyana's mother was currently out of city and she had forbidden everyone to not let her know at all.

Taking off her ear studs she opened the drawer to put them in but was surprised to see a package with a card in it.
Picking it up she read the card which stated " get well soon!" Your well wisher " Izhaan Mustafa!".
Raking a finger over his name she smiled. So bosa did care, she thought and openee the package.

It was a beautiful diamomd pendant inside. Exactly the same she once wished she could buy. He remembered. He remembered exactly. She could have bought the other day herself but she never liked wasting money and boss has got her one. Her smile had broadened.

"Maam, I need to give you the injection please." She looked back hearing a males voice. It was some male nurse in a mask.

"They gave me all the medicines and injections just an hour ago."
Confused she said but he was quick to grab her and prick in the drugged injection. She had tried fighting but blankness took over her.

"Leave me you jerks!" Gaining conciousness she screamed.

"Oh really baby girl! Oh no! You are freaking trapped, now I will record it all and send it to that pathetic of a boss of yours! "
Roaring with laughter ramiz pasha said..

"You are a psycho! Leave me now!" She yelled not giving up though deep down she felt weak and scared.

"Leave you! Just like this....NOPE! NEVER!, remember you are the one for which I went to prison my darling! You cant be left just like this!"
Pulling her from her hair he yelled and she winced in pain.

Entering liyana's hospital room Izhaans world had started to spin. Liyana was no where to be seen and the state of the room yelled what had happened. On the side laid a paper stating.

"Told you, you will regret it! R.P!"

"YOU BASTARD!" Yelling on top of his lungs he threw the paper away and went and confronted the hospital staff. Getting the cctv footage his heart pained. Trying to track ramiz he had made many necessary calls and had also informed the police.
His next step was to confront mr shahzad pasha !

"Welcome welcome! How did Izhaan mustafa grace my house today and that too at such an odd hour!"
Mr shahzad grinned. There was blood seen in izhaans eyes. He looked around to find irha also present there along with her mother.

"Shut the hell up! And tell me where is your freaking son!"
Izhaan yelled.

"Why are you asking? Didnt your emplou sent my son to the prison" Mr shahzad fumed in rage.

"That psycho is out and he has abducted liyana! You know what that means? He can be sent for life imprisonment!"
Banging his fist hard in the table izhaan shouted. He was going crazy. He needed liyana  right now and that too safe and sound.

"What do you want from me?" Mr pasha looked confused.

"Tell me about all of your sons hideouts, you know any idea where he has taken her? Or the address to your farm house."
Izhaan couldent stay calm but he was trying.

"To gain something, you have to lose something! First give me something in return!" Mr Pasha said with calculated words.

"What do you want!" He replied.

"Kill your ego!" Mr pasha said.

"What?" Izhaan sounded confused.

"Bow down, apologise and take the address!" The old man smirked and izhaan looked at him with disgust.

"Anything  for the girl who burnt for me! Who built me and who loves me unconditionally!"
Murmurring loudly izhaan bowed his head down and putting his hand on mr pasha's knee apologised.

Irha right there, that instant knew that she had lost the battle to that little girl. Izhaan had never put down his ego, his ego was his pride, and today he did only for Liyana saqib.

Laughing mr pasha had scribbled down the address and grabbing it he rushed.

"Izhaan ,dont do anything stupid!" Irha rushed behind and yelled.

"If something happena to Li then I swear,  all the pashas are ruined!"
Glaring at her he meant each word and rushed away.

He had informed the police and had rushed to the location with maaz and haris following behind. All had gotten the news by now.

After alittle hurdles and a chaotic fight izhaan mustafa had reached her. She was half unconcious.

"Hey li, wake up!" Sitting beside her he propped her up and securely embraced her in a hug.

"Boss, you are here! You saved me! I, I was scared. They would have killed me!" Opening her eyes she whispered.

"I would have  never  let that happen! I I love you Li, alot!" Hugging her tighter he stated with tears rushing down his eyes.

"What, really, say that again please." Murmurring she fell unconcious again.

"Hey Li, wake up! "Patting her face he picked her up in his arms and rushed to his car.
Police was taking care of ramiz pasha!

"Liyana you awake! Oh my child!" Opening her eyes she saw izhaan on one side of her hospital bed and her mother on the other. Seeing her open her eyes her mother stated and izhaan had held her hand.

"You okay?" Izhaan asked and she nodded. Leaving the mother daughter duo he left the room.

"Boss can I ask you something?" She was discharged from the hospital and izhaan was taking her home when she asked and he nodded his head.

"The other you said that you liked me, can you say it again..."
Smiling from ear to ear she said

"I never said that." He replied seriously.

"Then?" She huffed, hands on her sides. She looked absolutely cute.

"I said I love you." He replied seriously.

"Oh yes!" jumping on him she snuggled in his chest and he smiled.

"I was a fool to not recognise a gem Li! I waa scared to lose you the other day!" Patting her head he said and she felt the luckiest girl alive.

"Then hurry up propose! Before I change my plans..." she chuckled.

"You did not change even once though I kept denying Li!"
He replied.

"Because I love you boss! And I love it that you are calling me Li! Liyana sounds so boring!" She smiled.

"No boss anymore! Just Izhaan!" He smiled.

"Roger boss! Oops izi!" She laughed and it seemed colours had popped all around him.

Life seemed perfect for the first time in ages!!!

Hey guys...sorry sorryy for abandoning this story for so long but finally its here... i just wanted to end it nicely.

Yes its totally and absolutely inspired from itaewon class. ( congrats many of u had it right). Its my fav fav kdrama... i have watched so many times..

I know this story is not perfect! I was just so obsessed and admired that I started writing about it and i admit I was so offlane in the middle of the story... sorry guys... if u guys didnt like the story, no issues bcoz i know it has many loopholes.. ( i am never copying again or writing on others ideas.)

Anyways the k drama itaewon class is amazing...if u guys havent watched it plsss dooo..u will love the characters, specially kim dami!
