"So here we meet again!"
At the airport ready for their flight back home ayirah had said to yashab Harris.
"This was due. Uncle had booked us a flight together. " He smiled handing her the coffee he had just brought from a cafe.
"My Baba seems fond of you. What have you done to vow him?"
Jiggling her brows she asked.
"Ah well, I have that kinda charm to vow people. "
He smiled. It was the first time ever he was enjoying someone's company.
"Hmm, bari khush fehmian hain. Wese bio data nikala hai mene tumhara, baray, Harvard sharward kay parhay hue ho."
She teased and taking a sip from his coffee he chuckled on her style.
"Bus kabhi gharoor nahi kiya." Shrugging his shoulders he replied.
"Tumharay sath kaam karke maza ayega. Wese sari Dunya kay offers chor kar, why have you decided to work for our company? You could easily get a job in France, England or anywhere. Infact they must be dying to hire you? Then why us yashab?"
She questioned.
"Are you getting insecurities from me? That your father will always praise me rather then you. "
Raising his brow he teased .
"Hmm, cocky much. Itne bhi seedhe nahi ho tum..." Smiling she proceeded towards their plane where boarding had started and Nodding proudly he followed suit.

After a week of their return Mr hadeed had organised a party in the honour of ayirah. It was a grand get together. Many business associates were invited.
Getting ready in an Eastern dress unlike the moto of the party ayirah headed out to greet everyone.
"Eero, itna desi attire, koi suit ya skirt hi pehen leteen." As soon as jamal haiq had seen her he had said. She was adorning a white pishwas.
"You are right per Ye meri mama ne apni graduation per pehna tha or mene sambhal kay rakha hua tha kay jis din mene koi bara kaam karna hai to usi din pehna hai."
She told him.
"Oh nice." He nodded smiling but her smile had dimmed alittle.
"Hey, I didn't know that otherwise would never say that. Cheer up pretty girl."
Jamal encircled his arm around her waist holding his ear from one hand.
"Jamal, move ! " feeling awkward at his behaviour she moved away.
"Now you are my fiance, I can atleast hold you." He grinned.
"Hmm, nope! Not until nikkah." She chuckled this time.
"As per madames wishes."
Bowing his head naughtily he said and she smiled wholeheartedly now .
"Assalam o akaikum ayirah."
She was busy talking to jamal when she heard clearing of throat and then salam from a voice that she had always found pleasant to listen to.
Her whole being had started smiling and she instantly looked up to see his eyes.
"Yashab Harris, the hotel world maestro! Thanks for gracing us with your presence. "
She smiled.
"Thanks for having me and congratulations." He smiled and looked towards jamal haiq.
"You must be mr jamal. Heard alot about you but I am meeting you for the first time and its a pleasure. "
Shaking hands with jamal haiq he stated.
"Hope you have heard good things." Jamal chuckled.
"Oh yes, extremely lovable things one can say." Yashab Harris replied and excusing them went to meet Mr hadeed.
" Your France friend? And uncle hadeeds new head of management?"
Looking at yashab retreating back jamal asked ayirah.
"Yeah, and my ought to be manager too. Dad wants me to learn some things from him. He is a pro at all this. " She told him enthusiastically. She very seldom liked anyone and yashab was someone who had made a soft and respectable spot in her heart from the first meeting.
"Hmm, He is handsome." Jamal said. Something strange in his tone.
" Yeah, he might be but my hearts is all yours Mr jay!" She smiled smiled seeing him sound jealous.
"Thats more like my girl." Jamal grinned.
____
"So are you enjoying yourself?" Seeing yashab standing in a corner alone sipping on some juice ayirah had come to him and asked.
"Do I look like I am?" He scoffed looking at her thoroughly. She was shining in white.
"Not at all! But why?" She asked.
"In all honesty I hate events like this. Kiya yar? Koi khush nahi hota apki kamyabi se, ye sab jalan kay ooper khushi ka mask charha kay aye hain. "
He stated.
"Or tum?" She raised her brow. His words were interesting.
"Main to bezaar hoon." He shrugged his shoulders.
"Wajah?" She asked.
"Bekaar main mera time waste Horaha hai, kamyabi tumhari or hum khamkha kay sharakat dar. " He said taking a sip of the juice.
"Khamkhaaa?. Kisi ki khushi main shirkat karna ghalat to nahi."
She sounded offended.
"Aisi kamyabian tumhe roz millengi or aisi kamyabio per ap rozana itna paisa israf karke doosro ko complex me daltay hain or kuch nahi."
He seemed disappointed.
"Bohat brutally honest ho tum." Squinting her eyes she stated.
"Bus aisa hi hoon main! Pass kar ya bardasht kar." He smiled at his own statement.
"Pass kar ya bardasht kar? Interesting!" She smiled too.
"Read it behind a truck once." He enlightened her.
"Hmm wese ye tuxedo tumhe bohat suit kar raha hai." She just had to compliment him.
"Hmm well I was holding it back kiunke thora uncomfortable lag raha tha per ab tumne bol dia to main bhi boloonga that your choice of dress is amazing.
Beautiful dress and it looks good on you."
He replied praising her beautifully and his words for a second had her frozen. It was unlike yashab Harris but his words, they were beautiful.
"Thanks, Ah you are the first one here who actually complimented my dress and this made me happy. Ye dress mere liye bohat khaas hai, meri mama ka tha." She told him with a glint of wetness in her eyes.
"That's why it's looking Good on you." He smiled passing her a tissue paper.
"Hey! Thanks" Taking it from his hands she wiped the corners of her eyes.
____ ___
( Present)
It had been two days to the quarell between them and yashab Harris was no where to be seen. Last night she had asked lareb and she had informed her that he was currently out of city.
All this was now making her quite restless. She was the kinda of person who liked to solve the fights the next day but maybe with yashab Harris she had gone way too far.
It was the third day of his disappeance that she heard his voice coming from the living room of the house. Unable to stop herself she had dragged her wheel chair out to be surprised.
Yes he was here. He had a few months old ain in his arms and he was cuddling her smiling all the while. A happy smile formed on ayirahs lips seeing the scene.
"Bhai, bhabi apka pooch rahee theen kal. Apko miss kar rahi theen."
Seeing her lareb had teased yashab and ayirah had seen him instantly get rigid. His veins popping out of his muscular arms.
"How are you?" She finally managed to ask.
"Lareb make me some chai please and give me an oil champi after that. I need to relax."
Totally ignoring ayirah he had said to lareb and feeling awkward Nodding her head lareb rushed to the kitchen.
"Yashab, mene tumse baat ki thi." Sighing she had dared talk to him again but not uttering a single word in return he had retired to his room.
Sighing she took a deep breath and kept sitting there waiting for him to return.
Guess she really needed to apologise.
"Bhai apki chai." A while later lareb had come back into the lounge with a tea trolley and knocked on his bedroom door and that's when he came out clad in black shalwar kameez, with peshawari chapal in his feet. He looked a handsome pathan man. This attire looked amazing on him she had to agree.
"Bhabi ap bhi len." Lareb had forwarded her a cup and muttering a thanks she had taken it. Luckily rafia b, yashabs mother was currently not at home and ayirah felt to enjoy some time in the lounge.
"Shukriya lareb." Smiling she had taken some snacks in her plate and a cup of tea.
Her eyes for fixed on the man sitting opposite her on the floor kneeling on some cushions. After he had finished his tea lareb had started massaging his hair.
Ayirah could see he was enjoying it. And voila he looked handsome with messy hair falling on his forehead.
"Your hands are magic behna." He had murmured and lareb giggled.
"Bhabi main jab bhi Bhai kay laadian uthati hoon na to ye mujhe behna boltay hain werna main lareb hi hoon. "
Lareb had told her. Her voice was filled of love for her brother.
"Siblings hona bohat zaroori hai na. Bohat piara beloss rishta hai ye."
Ayirah smiled.
"Bilkul." Closing the oil bottles lid lareb stood up and left.
...
"Yashab, aik doosre se bol chal band karke hum dono ka hi nuksan hai, come on! Tum baat nahi karogay to main kissay bolungi? Please just be normal, maine kaha na I am sorry!"
Seeing him walk out also she stated frustatedly and his steps halted.
"Pehle bhi kiya baat cheet thi humari? Koi kaam hai to boldo, hojayega. "
Came his Cold reply and now she wanted to bang his head somewhere.
"Fine! Go to hell!" She yelled turning her wheel chair in a haste.
"It will still be better than this place. "
came his mocking voice from behind and in rage she looked back at him and had accidentally pressed the faster speed button on her wheel chair. In result, in a matter of two seconds the wheel chair had hit the table nearby and turned over. She had fallen on the floor.
"Ayirah! Careful!" He had rushed over to her.
"Ghanta Careful! Tum pehle larr to lo." She stated whimpering in pain.
"For heaven sake ayirah, Bus kardo. Chot to nahi ayi?" Kneeling beside her he had picked her up in his arms.
"Pata nahi tangon main bohat Dard hai. Aisa pehle kabhi nahi hua."
Closing her eyes tight she stated to control the pain.
"Bhai, bhabi ko hospital le jayen." Lareb who had rushed back hearing the noise suggested and nodding his head he had take her out to the car.
Placing her on the seat beside his he Took hold of the driving seat and rushed to the hospital where she was getting her paralysis treatment done.
"Ahista chalao yashab." Shutting her eyes tight due to pain she held his shoulder and said.
"Dair hojayegi." He looked towards her.
"Der se pohunchna na pohunchne se behter hai yashab or mujh jese hojanay se bhi behter hai."
Her words, her tone all screamed pain and instantly obliging he had reduced his speed and had held her hand squeezing it as if assuring her that all will be well and a small smile made a way to her lips.
____
She was well received by her doctors at the hospital, they had instantly given her pain relievers to soothe down her pain and she had gone through many tests and xrays in the past two hours .
Now they both were sitting in front of the doctors desk with alot of files .
"Ayirah, you are absolutely fine. No harms were done to your legs infact there is a goodnews that there's sensations in your legs and according to my teams analysis you Just need one more surgery and you will be good to go. You will be on your feet again".
The Doctor said enthusiastically and her eyes pooled with water. She was surprised. Yashab had seen the wetness in her eyes.
"R, a, are you you sure?" She stammered wiping the corner of her eyes.
"Of course. Just think positive. But it will be a big surgery. There will be akot of care and after surgery you will have to practice to walk again. Take slow steps, hold onto something or some one. Practice."
The Doctor briefed and she nodded slowly.
"And may I ask who are you ?" The doctor asked taking his attention towards yashab Harris.
"I am her..."
" He is my Husband." He was contemplating on what to say when he heard her words and his head shot towards her .
"Yeah, that I am." He smiled professionally towards the doc this time.
"Wow ayira, when did that happen? and congrats man."
The doctor was an old aquantice and had been treating ayirah since her paralysis so he knew her well.
"Last month." She smiled.
"Nice choice girl. The guy is handsome. " The doctor winked
"I agree!" she chuckled while yashab remained silent.
"It's always good to have someone beside you. So problem solved. Yo have your man. He will surely help you with your recovery."
Bidding them farewell the doctor stated and shaking hands with hum yashab smiled before leaving for their home.
____
"I am happy for you ayirah." On the way back he stated.
"Same. Can't thank almighty enough." She smiled taking a deep breath. She still couldn't believe her ears.
"You should let uncle hadeed know." He had said.
"Hmm, I will ." Wonderfully she had agreed.
"Good." Taking a turn towards home he nodded.
"Bahar nikal hi chukay hain to coffee hi pilado. For the sake of old times."
She said looking towards him whose focus was in the road ahead.
"Okay." Came in his one word reply before he stopped the car in front of a renowned cafe.
Getting down from the car he had after a good ten minutes brought in her coffee.
Muttering a thanks she took a sip and her tired eyes opened up the next instant, and a smile automatically made a way to her lips.
"You remembered?" She asked looking over at him who was busy driving and sipping on his coffee also.
"Black coffee, tiny bit milk and two spoons cream?" He had repeated her preference in coffee without a single mistake.
"Impressive. " She nudged on his arm and at this he looked at her with his cold steel eyes which were really deep.
"I never forget things." His sentence had a message and sighing she removed her hands from his arm.
_____
Getting home he parked the car and came to her side and had picked her up in his arms again. She felt miserable that she couldn't walk and he had to do this for her but his closeness was somehow giving her security and warmness.
Thinking of later to regret she had wrapped her arms around his neck and hid her face in his broad chest. She had felt his body go rigid but she didn't care of his uncomfortable state because she was definitely relaxing in his embrace.
Bringing her to her room he quietly laid her on her bed but she didn't let go of her arms around his neck. They were both in a very compromising position. He was extremely close to her, they body 's brushing with each other.
"Let go ayirah." He muttered, his minty breath fanning her cheaks. His mesmerising eyes met hers staring deep into her soul.
"Yashab, stay here for a while please." She murmured as if lost in a dream.
"Okay but leave my neck please. " He finally said and the next instant she untangled her hands around his neck and obliging he had sat right beside her on the bed. His back resting on the headboard.
Gathering courage she had slowly started making patterns on his arm with her fingers and he silently shut his eyes. His back now resting on the headboard. To her surprise he had not pulled his hand away or allowed about but he silently stayed there.
And she had slowly placed her head on his shoulder intertwining her hand with his and closed her eyes too.
And no one knew who had fell asleep first.
